Will gave me a ride to work and was very kind and funny.Service: Keith was very thorough in explaining the issue. He even kept the old brakes and rotors to show me what was causing the roaring and why they needed to be replaced. They also did a full inspection on my car and topped off other fluids at no cost. My car is running beautifully, no further issues.Price: I originally was quoted $800 for the work from a competing repair shop, my cost at Downtown repair was less than half that. The best part, is I will need new front brakes in 6 months or so, but they didnt push to add on more than I needed at the time. We took our car in on a Tuesday because it was overheating we told them we did not need it until Friday. By Thursday I was expecting a quote from Keith that I never got I called four times and he was never available to take my phone call when I called first thing Friday morning I still could not get a hold of Keith and I could still not get an estimate of the cost when we had told them we needed it first thing Friday morning. He called me Friday at 2:00 after I had called him three times and he told me that all he had the parts pulled out of the car all that I needed was a fan a gasket and he was looking for one more part a radiator top and thatradiator still and that would be it however KEITHtold me an estimate o $500 he could clearly see what parts were needed so he told me $500 finally at 5:30 in the afternoon when we get our car back all the sudden its leaking from the radiator and we need a whole new radiator. Without calling us without okaying it or verifying it to us he just decides to put the radiator on now were running 3 hours behind from what we needed to leave on time for hes crunching us for time and expecting to get $300 more!!!! Dont waste your money or your time or your aggravation

AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER! Everything was done wrong. Went in for a re-gear and a truss and left with a broken front locker and noises Im still trying to diagnose. Stabilizer brackets were welded to the axle (should never have been welded) in the wrong location. I have to cut them off and purchase a new brackets. Wheel speed sensor lines were zip tied to my sway bar links! This was done because he lost the factory brackets theyre normally routed to. Had to buy and install new ones. They got caught in the rotors and chewed down to the wire. Had to be replaced. My brake dust shields are also gone. Had to replace and install new ones. Its like theyve never seen a Jeep in their lives. Ive already spent almost $800 fixing the damage they did on a 2016 Rubicon. I still have much to do in both labor and parts to make it right. The original quote was more than doubled before it left his shop. He has unskilled labor and the shops a filthy mess. My parts were thrown around and covered in grease. I cant express how incompetent these guys are. Stay far away.

I had to call the police, it was the most terrible experience I’ve ever had in a car shop in my life, what happened was that my battery died so a truck driver pick my car up and the owner of the shop wanted me to leave my car for the night, they told me my car had an electrical issue but while I was waiting for them to finish things up for me to leave my car a woman enter the shop and said that they had her car for 5 months without fixing it, she paid 1300.00 dollars and her car was not even in the shop because according to the owner they outsource car repair for that specific problem the lady’s car had, so I went to the back of the shop because I had the original title inside my car so I was not gonna leave my car with the tittle in it, as soon as the owner saw me going towards my car he started yelling at me, he was extremely disrespectful, I was very mad. if he was nice to me I would’ve understand that “for liability” reason he didn’t want me in the back, he said. so I ask him I want my car back to take it somewhere else and he said no, he was planning on not giving me my car back that day. and I call the police, he would’ve had the perfect business out of me, for a dead battery he would’ve charge me for the “electrical issue” he told me previously my car had. Well, the police came, and a tow truck I called as well, the tow guy helped me recharge my battery as soon as we get to my place and there was no electrical issues whatsoever. Please don’t ever go to this place.

One of the few honest mechanics Ive dealt with in South Florida. If you need a tow call them and have them fix your car at their shop. Everyone at the shop was so helpful and friendly. I came in not knowing what was wrong with my car and could only give a vague description, they explained the various options that it could be so I understood. I felt completely comfortable there as with some mechanics being a woman you can get the feeling they are trying to oversell you but not here. It was like getting help from family. When all was said and done all that had to be done was tightening the oil canister, they were so kind as to not charge me for the service or diagnostics test either. I will definitely be back as well as to recommend them to my family and friends.

My car died on the way to work one morning, I called AAA and they sent out, hands down, the most friendly and helpful tow truck driver I have ever encountered (thats saying a lot). Turned out I needed a new alternator- the driver recommended I take my car to this service center. The customer service here was impeccable. Professional and very friendly. They had my car done on time, and the price wasnt too bad either. Its a 2006 civic, new alternator with labor was about $350 after tax. I dont usually write reviews, but after reading some of the negative ones on here, I had to share my positive experience.

STAY AWAYOwner and employees are thieves and cowards. They will mess with your gas mileage (age old trick). They will do a half *ssed job and charge oh I dont know anywhere from 600 to 2,000. Aggressive and will ignore you with your car in shop. If you write a negative review he calls you Darren to try and dismiss your claimSTAY AWAY

The worst customer service and horrible reliability.I have on more than one occasion dropped my vehicle off for service first thing in the morning and at 5 PM it is still not done. The convenience of location to my work had me give them another opportunity, but I am done. They will never get my money again. There is nothing more frustrating than working all day and dropping your car off for something as simple as an oil change and having to wait until almost 6 PM to get it done, especially since they’ve had my car since 8:30 in the morning. What kind of business does that? They now have me hostage because I can’t take my car off the lift.

Had a major electrical issue with my truck. Henry and his team got the job done and the truck is running better than before. Highly recommended for the difficult stuff!

Worst place to rent a U-haul. Not properly trained, no etiquette, unprofessional. Why make an appointment when they dont show up for it. The front desk person says they dont even know about the rental until the appointment time. If they are not equipped or prepared to do U-haul rentals they shouldnt be on the list. Customer service is for U- haul and for the mechanic shop is poor. During the time working there all I heard is I dont know, or he didnt finish his job so you have to wait. Unfortunately I would never recommend this place to anyone.

2016 Jeep Wrangler JK. They balanced my tires, installed some front shocks and a steering stabilizer, and fixed a noise in the back end suspension. Great experience - they communicated well, were friendly, and fast.

These guys are awesome. Ive been around the block to other mechanics and dealers. They will all rip you big time for unnecessary parts and services. These guys will tell you how it is without the BS and give a reasonable price for the job. They handle imports no problem. I trusted my old Benz with them and saved a ton of money and aggravation. They do great work on American and Japanese trucks as well based on my experience. Id look no where else. The other places get you in for an oil change and you leave broke and youre lucky if your car doesnt fall apart a week later.

My car broke down called got it towed for free since I got it fixed there (saved me $120 bucks) had my car back the next day and was over $300 less than quoted originally most places would of charged me what was quoted originally but they said some of the parts that originally thought to be bad, once they looked at them they found them to still be working and didnt need replaced! I dont know cars and I wouldnt have ever known if it wasnt replaced or not. Thank you for your honesty again, Id give 6 stars if I could!

Took our International Box Truck to Henry after he explained the intricacies of the problems we were having with it. True to his word, he was able to fix it without having to replace some very expensive parts. In addition he was a pleasure to work with and well be using him from now on. Cant recommend enough.

I had a awful experience with the shop. Absolutely worst ever I brought my car there for because it was running hot they told me the problem I paid for there work. Drove the car 3 days continue to run hot. Brought it back so they can fix it right this time its been 1 month and 3 weeks since I seen or heard about my car Im making monthly payments on this car that I cant even seen. I will go to Better Business Bureau about this shop. And also every time I call its either a attitude or someone who nothing about my car even being there. I have no transportation to work now that my truck put me down I might lose my job because of this shop

Great guys!! I went to pick up a U-Haul I ordered to move for the holiday weekend. When I showed up the person who rented out the truck before me failed to bring it back in. (which meant no truck for us on moving day)Henry and the guys worked hard calling the previous customer, as well as other customers to see if anyone would be returning a truck today as this was the last one in the area for the weekend. When he had no luck there he got right on the phone with the U-Haul main line and found us another truck. He set up the reservation with U-haul and all we had to do was drive down the street to pick up a truck from another dealer. They did not have to go the extra mile to help us that morning but they did it anyways. These guys are true gentlemen and know how to take care of any kind of customer that steps foot through their doors. Thanks again for all you did!!

I didnt actually use their service, however, had to experience one of their drivers with a road rage issue. On 6/30/2013, I was traveling I-95 in Ft. Lauderdale just north of the I-595 interchange. I was in lane three and was approaching a flat-bed tow truck number 121 with AAA Logos on it and the phone number American Fleet Automotive. He was in lane two with his left turn signal on. As I approached, I slowed down to let him in and he didnt move over, so I flashed my lights to let him know that he was clear to merge, still nothing. I figured that he must have forgotten to turn off the signal, so I proceeded to pass him. As the nose of my car reached about halfway passed his vehicle, he started to merge into my lane forcing me to either merge left myself into a tanker truck or to slam on my brakes. Since visions of me being squished between two large commercial vehicles, I chose to hit my brakes causing my dog in the back seat to hit the front seats, and me nearly losing control of my car. He returned to his lane and turned off his signal. As I eventually got back up to passing him, I blew my horn at him and he promptly replied with the sounding of his horn. I then moved on thinking is was all done and over with and I continued on. A couple of miles had passed and the driver of the flat-bed truck had merged over to lane five and sped up to pass me again and as he did, he blew his horn again and extended his middle finger at me! Seriously?!?!First of all, I was being a courteous driver and was giving him room to merge when his signal was on. Secondly, he entered my lane, nearly causing a direct crash (with me) and nearly causing a secondary crash (as I nearly lost control trying to avoid him). At this point, I felt it was better that I report him then to just forget it before he does hurt someone (either unintentionally through his driving or intentionally through his aggression), so I followed him and caught up close enough to get the number on the side of the truck, called dispatch and only got their voicemail. I left a message explaining what had happened and then called FHP to report an aggressive driver.I did receive a call back from their dispatcher who took down the information, but wanted to publicly warn other people out of this guy. If this is how driver of truck 121 from American Fleet Automotive treats other drivers on the road, just imagine how he treats customers and/or their vehicles.

Purchased a vehicle from Henry, gave me a title that he never transfered to his name so I could title it. Dragged me along for 2 weeks saying he was going to do it but didnt.Finally had to ask for my money back, which he agreed to and said he did. 2 weeks later nothing has been refunded. To say Henry is Bi-polar would be an understatement....one day hes extremely pleasant, the next day hes screaming his head off, the next day silence.Gave him every opportunity to correct the situation, and he failed to do so.All this after spending aprox. $1,500 on inadiquite Jeep repairs that didnt do the job.Now have the Jeep at another mechanic to fix the stuff he messed up.Oh ya...almost forgot...he gave me my jeep back with 1 lug nut missing on each of my front wheels!!!

Had control arms changed on my suv here, they slathered enough grease all over them that I had to clean my abs sensor twice. Two months later I went to the dealer and found out they didnt put any grease in the ball joints and one side wasnt even put on correctly. They tried to sell me a battery last minitet when I picked it up too when my battery was in good condition.

I WARN YOU NOW, DONT EVER TRUST YOUR VEHICLE WITH THIS SUPPOSED COMPANY. Me and my mother got into a car wreck on 595 and the only thing that was wrong with our car was that it had a really big dent in the front bumper, so WESTWAY came and took the car. The following day my mother went to pick up the car and when she left their shop, the car broke down right down the street from them (As ive stated before the only problem was the bumper was dented). So she had to call them and they came to get the car and then they told her that the engine mysteriously gave out. Come to find out a part in the engine was replaced with another part from a totally different car. So now my car doesnt work, they totally screwed up my engine.And the kicker is i had to get the car moved from my grandmothers house to mine so i called AAA and guess what company came to get my car?? DING DING WESTWAY. I was on the phone with my cousin and i could literally hear the tower screaming at my 62 year old grandmother about a damn tip, he was saying OH IM NOT GOING TO TOW THIS CAR IF YALL DONT GIVE ME A DAMN TIP Thats when my cousin had to step in and curse this man out.BOTTOM LINE, THEY HAVE A SHITTY COMPANY DONT EVER USE THEM. THEY ARE A CHOP SHOP AND HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE.
