Dartt Automotive is the BEST around, they are very easy to deal with because of their positive attitudes and work ethic. Growing up I remember my parents going to Dartt Auto, so when I got my license I decided Dartt would be my go to place. They have maintained every single one of my cars, and did a fantastic job every single time! I recommend Dartt to anyone local or far away! Support local, family owned businesses! Everyone I have met there from the front end staff to the repair men, are all so kind, and will explain anything to you that you don’t understand. They are here to fix your vehicle, not steal your money!

I hear good things about their work, so I had my daughters car towed into Dart last evening after her tire blew on the Expressway. I sent my mother to them, now my daughter, and was starting to call for an issue with my own car.That won’t happen. Ever.I’m not sure I’ve ever experienced such unprofessionalism as I did in the woman that handles the calls, etc…April. Rude, short, condescending, all while simply trying to explain and understand. It was a simple blown tire, she cut me off, hung up on my daughter twice, myself once, but not before both times telling us “come get the car!”Her car was there less than 12 hours, and two cars in the garage.3 customers lost and the ladies (the wife/mother as well), couldn’t have cared less.Oh! And left grease from their hands all in the car, simply to put a spare tire on.Kindness goes a long way, I have to say, I don’t see even a little bit.

Would give them 100 stars if I could. Time and time again they show me the best customer service. Finding a mechanic you can trust isnt always easy, especially when you have zero knowledge on cars. But I never have to question whether or not I am getting treated right. Best in town!

Very helpful at trying to find a crack in my windshield fluid container. Mechanic seemed knowledgable about the engine of a foreign made car.

Dale and his team are professional and honest. I did not have the budget to make all the repairs needed for my 2004 Nissan, but they gave me estimates on the future jobs needed. Now I can factor the jobs into my budget.Had an oil change done recently. Cost around $35 and only took about 1/2 an hour. Staff were happy and in a good mood (not something you see at most automotive businesses).Highly recommend Dale and his team.

Waiting on your car here, even though anyone who has ever been to a mechanic shop knows that its dreadful at times, is very comforting. The biggest reason for that is the people working here are very friendly, honest, and personable. The family running the shop takes great pride in it, and it shows in how they treat their customers and their work.
