We had a tire blow on our camper while traveling. We called and they were so nice. Came in and they took care of us and we got back on the road. Prices good too. Very pleased.

Great experience. Went really well. Got what we went in there for. All 4 new tires. Had to wait for tires to be put on but they have a very nice waiting room. Comfortable chairs and ithe temperature was pleasant.

I had no appointment and was able to come in near close and still find a crazy great deal on a great tire and have my new tire put on.

The guys here are always very helpful. Got there late and they still helped me with my flat. The insurance is super worth it. Tire wasnt able to be repaired and only cost me $30 for a $250+ tire.

Awesome staff. They really dont try to talk you into things that you dont need, or a more expensive tire for no reason. Theyre very knowledgeable and polite. Fast, quality work.

Cannot say enough good about this spot. I rarely feel confident or trusting of car places, and the staff here always listens to my concerns, helps me out/gives me advice, and always do a fine job. They never try and push anything on you to try and make a sale, and that is uncommon in the industry. They went above and beyond for me and made me feel safe in my car, which is priceless! Ordered tires online and scheduled appointment for 4 days later. Arrived for appointment and told the tires were not delivered. Rescheduled and told miscommunication in appointment time when I arrived. Frustrating organization. My time is valuable also. I will give a them a thumbs up for telling me theyd work me in and Id be out within the hour. They honored that statement and the shop gentleman came through. Work on communication issues please.

If you can schedule an appointment for tire installation your wait will be so much shorter. Also can purchase tires and schedule from the discount tire app or website. Road hazard option is well worth it. If something bad happens to your tire(s) related to driving they will fix or replace said tire(s) at no cost to you. Always ask about potential rebates, there is almost always a rebate.

My appointment was at 8:30 am. I arrived at 8:11am and greeted with professional experience when it was my turn. Explained I had an appointment and wanted the old tires.Paid the bill first which was strange, just different from other places but didnt effect me negatively. I waited in the car and drove in myself and sat in the car while the guys worked on the tires. Here it is 9:33 am and Im writing this review across the street from them.The guys at the counter were professional and laid back. The guys in the shop all tag teamed the work on my car and others in the bays. Overall best experience ever dealing with getting tires installed.I went off reviews and word of mouth for this place and when its time for tires on our own vehicle, well definitely be back and buy from here.Thank you guys at Discount Tires for a great customer service experience...

There was an issue that came up after tire put on and they fixed the problem. Not a lot of companies fix things that wasn’t customers fault. This place is amazing and friendly customer service. Definitely will keep coming here.

Good tires will replace if your tire goes bad

I bought a 4 brand new tire from discount tire got them installed and drove off after and I got home my tire was completely flat due to valve stem not being installed properly and 2 weeks after that I start feeling my steering wheel vibrating at high speed so I took it to a shop and had my tires looked at and come to find out my tires were not balanced correctly one tire had to much weight and the other needed more. I need you ladies and gentlemen that work down there to do better.

5/27/2020 I enjoyed my visit to this stores location. I was greeted, seen in a timely manner(with my appointment) I got to drive my car in and out of the shop. I was informed about my other tires being almost time to be replaced and was offered to be taken care of(though I knew this) Its nice to be informed valuable information. Guys didnt take long at all, they were friendly and even have me some tire caps. Highly recommend this location.

Very helpful, honest and great prices

The car I bought had tires on it from here that were still under warranty. They let me use the warranty to get 2 used tires that had very little tread wear for an awesome price, less than anywhere else and installed them. The service was great and they were very friendly. Thank you very much guys, the over 600 mile drive was much easier, even in the pouring rain.

Very friendly; customer service driven shop. Tires dont seem to be any cheaper here than other places even though people seem to think they are the cheapest. Their customer service makes it worth it though. Even without an appointment they can get you in and out pretty quick. Warranty is excellent as well.

A terrible experience. 3 weeks ago we went there for 2 new tires. Today we stopped in to see if there had been any progress. Never received a phone call from them. We were told that our tires were at the other store.for us to go there. Well I dont think that was proper. Thanks pep boys not only did they have our tires in stock but price was much better

If your spending money youll have their attention, Im a multi year customer and as which I can testify that their follow-up customer service lacks. Sitting here with a 3pm appointment yet its going on 4pm... For a simple tire rotation. What makes it worse is that they have pulled cars in that have came after me!!! So much for appointment!!!

Im a regular customer there and they always have great service! I just need to advise you to make an appt if it might be at all busy--or else you may end up having to wait for awhile (with their being popular as they are!)☺

Great place to get your tires fixs!

I have very little confidence in the services I received today. The service tech came into waiting room called my name James Leslie I waved at him as he looked directly at me. He then turned around and went to an elderly WOMAN. Prehaps he is afraid of black people, or someone with a rollator. The manager had to tell the tech he was talking g to the wrong person.Then as I go out to check the car the tech says my rear hatch must be broken, he pushed the button several times and it would not open. In reality he was constantly pushing the wrong button. The hatch has a very clear drawing of a raised hatch. The tech was pushing the door lock button on the door handle not the hatch button on the dash. He was exhibiting behavior of someone who had no time to follow through with a paid customer. A very poor service experience.

Discount Tire is absolutely the best tire shop Ive ever used. Today we had a slow leak in one of our tires. We decided to go to Discount Tire for their help. We were definitely surprised after they made the small, but irritating leak. They gave us a free flat repair. They even replaced the valve sensor which they said was a requirement. The best part was watching how they treated EVERY single customer. Alert and attentive staff throughout the facility. I highly recommend this business. You wont be disappointed.

The manual labor here is good in and out no problems. But the rebates are lies I filled my out sitting there waiting for the tire and said it was out of promotion period. Prices are INFLATED and the phone call I made telling me pay for the tires and everything is included in the price wasnt the case when I drove there. Tried to get me for another 140 for road hazard which they said was included over the phone. So I declined the road hazard just for the guy can chew it down to 40 dollars which should have been free but whateverdont like being bullied for lunch money.their going to paying for every inch of these tire with the amount of money I payed for warrenties.

I have purchased tires here before and had great service.Yesterday I brought in a different vehicle that had a tire with a slow leak, and I just assumed that I would be purchasing tires. The employee went out and measured the tread on all my tires, and showed me that they were still in an acceptable range. He showed me some tire prices just in case they could not fix the leak safely, and I went and sat in the waiting room.15 minutes later, an employee told me I was good to go and said he had located a small screw in the tire and was able to repair it for no charge!I highly recommend Discount Tire for anyone that needs tire service... these guys are professional and wont screw you over like some of the other shops I have visited over the years.

Good place to get tires at an competitive price. The staff has always been very informative and seem to know about the product they sell.

Went there to get new tires and had a great experience. The assistant manager Sam actually helped me find a better tire for cheaper than the tires I was already looking at. He also remembered me next time I went in there which I think shows that the staff cares. I did have a brake line break right by the tire well shortly after my new tires were put on but I’d like to believe this wasn’t their fault and just a coincidence.

I had a broken belt on my rear tires. They said that I need a new front tires. So when I drove out of their shop, I had the same problem as I had $360 later. Although they do carry great tires.

I had one of my free tire rotations from the purchase of a set of tires completed at Discount Tire. A few days later I noticed one of my center caps was missing. Discount Tire order a new center cap for me free of chat without hesitation. Great customer service!

I had an excellent experience here. I called beforehand and the guy on the phone was very friendly! As soon as I got there I was helped by another very friendly gentleman and I only waited about 30 minutes total for them to finish putting my new tires on. Tires themselves were inexpensive. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend going here for all your tire needs.

Called ahead and was quoted a price. I specifically asked if it was out the door price and was told yes since they didnt have the used tires I was looking for they could do that as an out the door price. When I arrived they would not honor the prince. Guess next time I will have to go somewhere where they honor what they say.
