I dropped my truck off at 3:00 with a starter issue. They called at 3:30 explaining the problem and had it done by 4:00. I couldn’t be happier with the service and reasonable price. I will be using them again.

Well had my 98 Toyota Camry LE to go in has 327,000 miles.And I mentioned to the shop owner I guess Brian I would need to make payments ahead of time anywhere from what I offered to start 350 before they ever even turned the wrench on repair and an additional 350 to 400 a week until the issue was taken care of but I guess that did not sit well with him and first he understood on a earlier call but the next call rather sarcastic its sad that my company I have service with for towing AAA auto club recognizes this place.I read the other one two and three star reviews they werent too polite neither so wont be doing any business at this place its being sent to the professionals to be entirely rebuilt and with people who will work with me in regards to paying weekly as Im paid and earn my paycheck...

I cannot recommend Super Service Center enough...in addition to a number of other repairs (gaskets/tune-ups/etc.) their front-end guy has done amazing work on two different vehicles (Aveo/Astro) which were essentially total rebuilds because Evansville roads leave something to be desired...specifically an intact suspension! The service people at the desk are knowledgeable/straightforward/patient, which helps customers make informed decisions with confidence (trust!) about complex and difficult repairs...like when there are multiple things that need to be repaired but time and finances do not allow all of them to be addressed immediately. Lastly, their always faster than they say they will be, the last time they services my van I was told it could be a couple of days...I had my van back by midday the following day!

I went there for a second opinion on a maintenance issue. They actually showed me the problem while explaining it to me. Not being a mechanic, it is nice to find a place you can trust and the price quoted to fix the issue was a couple hundred dollars less than a competitor. Quick service, great value. Ive found a new place to service my vehicle.

Issue with vehicle was called in twice to set a time. Secind call was for verification. Drove out, they had nothing on paper I had a specific time. Eventually got me on a lift, ya its leaking not really worth it - they said. I got the attitude of I am in a hurry and your car is old and worthless, can you leave so I can work on other stuff?. So, we left.

I have been using this place for over 3 years. I had a mechanic in my little town, but their prices went up and my friend told me about Super Service Center. Their prices have been affordable, especially compared to competition. I dont have to worry about my car when they have it. The manager usually shows me the old part he took out. He explains what the work entails and it doesnt usually take long to get my car in for the work. Would recommend to others

My brakes were replaced at a little shop in NC, while visiting family in Evansville the brakes were rubbing and making noises. They checked them out for me and fixed the problem. Thank you very much guys for getting my car in there at last minute and fixing the problem for a very reasonable price. I wasnt worried at all driving back home down the mountains.

They got me in on a Saturday morning when my car broke down Friday night, saved me from a lot of headaches the coming week.

Growing up in a small town and being use to the small town mechanic feel, Ive had a hard time finding it in this big town. These folks are great. I recently started a repair project on my vehicle. I then quickly realized it was above my knowledge base so I called these guys. Not only did they fix it, it was just under the price that had been quoted prior to the work being done. This is exactly the feel good service I want from my maintenance team. They even told me about a few other issues they saw while preforming the work but did NOT pressure me to get them all done. It felt like more of a courtesy and less of a sales pitch to increase revenues. These guys put their customers first and Ill be back for all my maintenance needs!

This is the ONLY shop we will take our vehicles. They are always quick, reasonably priced and personable. They stand behind their warranties as well. We usually can get our car in the day we call and have it back the same day. Very honest shop, even to females. Highly recommend!!!

Super Service Center has repaired my car twice now. I trust them - they explain what needs to be done and why, the work is thorough, and both times when I picked up my car they showed me the damaged parts to further illustrate why the work was necessary. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. My daughter goes to college at USI. I was needing to find a shop that would work on her toyota it was having issues with starting. After checking the better business bureau I called them up. They told me the best bet would be to let them give me the number to a tow service they use. I was informed i could have that added to the mechanic bill and use my credit card to pay over the phone. I called and the car was towed in. They took a look at it and gave me an estimate over the phone. They was able to email me a copy of the written estimate. I agreed to it and they got started. The service was quick and the estimate was accurate. I was able to pay over the phone and my daughter picked up the car without any problems. Very good service will recommend.

First anybody that knows about cars it is impossible to put brake calipers on backwards and they said they were then they did work the front sway bar they replaced it and I told them not to they do unnecessary work and a charge double the price of what things cost they will lie about work that needs to be done when the parts that are on there are perfectly fine if anybody thats what Im saying take it to a dealership and ask them then go to that shop and ask them and you will see that they lie about work that needs to be done just so they can charge you thats why theyre always having to do rework and then they will charge you again when it is their fault so be careful when you take your car to them and always get a second opinion and you will see what Im saying is true dont just trust what they say cuz they well lie so they can charge you

Horrible Service. No people skills. My husbands car had been acting up so we took it here. I had to call THEM to have them tell me that they could not find anything wrong. My husband called them as well and they said that they would take another look at the car. The next day again I had to call them to have them tell me we should just pick it up. Never going back.

Brought my truck in for brake service. Waited about a week and a half for them to even start on it. Called them and they told me why it needed. Asked the counter guy to brake down what it needs and the price and labor for each item. Got mad and proceeded to tell me he didn’t want my business because I wanted to know what I was paying for. Went to pick my truck up and take it home later that day. Found dents all over my truck and on the inside they took my change from the ash tray and ripped the ash tray out of the dash guess they needed it more than me. Stay far away from this place they are a scam wouldn’t tell me what I was paying for wanted to take advantage of people who don’t know anything about vehicles. Don’t go here.

I gave them a week and called back and was told, the person that looked at it said, the engine was bad.I could have looked into other options if they had just called me, but they couldnt even do that...
