Wont come here again. Had a bad experience from the get go and theres no reason it should take 5 plus hours to change 2 front breaks especially when you have an appointment.

My breaks sounded so bad for about a year. Finally I was able to bring them into break stop. My breaks sounded and feel like they are brand new im so happy every time I make a sudden stop or have to break. I cant here a sound! So happy!

Very professional. I got in with no appointment and I was out before three. The price was good for what I needed done. My car drives and sounds so much better and I feel safer. My only concern is the bathroom was pretty gross. It really needed cleaning and santized badly. But I do recommend that you visit the shop

Eddie is the biggest help! I have an OBS 1997 Ford F250 and they are always EXTREMELY knowledgeable and patient sorting through to find the issues. Will have the entire truck rebuilt eventually at their shop.

I made an appointment with them at 11:30 in the morning they did not look at my car till almost 2:00 p.m. Then they wanted to charge me over $500 for something I didnt need. Would not recommend them to anyone 🙄

Hahaha what a joke of an experience wasted time and money at brake and stop.. icalled to see if they can help me eddie said yea ill check it out right now , I waited 4 hours to get diagnosed on leaking coolant which i was charged 80 bucks for. Repair would of been 350 the parts are way less than 100 bucks more like 50 bucks. I go home eddie didnt even put the radiator cap back on, my cars smoking from coolant all over the hot engine..last time they get any money from me, what a shame but i got the bad mechanic vibe at first sight though so its my fault..i would rate 0 stars if i could..dont waste TIME OR MONEY at brake n stop..they should just stop..NO I DONT FEEL BAD POSTING THIS

Eddie and his team are thorough and trustworthy! Took my car in for a overall summer checkup as I am preparing for a road trip. The maintenance other light was also on. They could have told me anything however they were very honest and checked the whole car snd reset the maintenance light to be cleared at no charge. They also told me I could wait another few miles to get the front brakes done - saving me even more $$$$ ( dealer said it was urgently needed when in fact its not). highly recommend this shop for all your auto repairs/maintenance.

Took my car in for a diagnostic in an engine light. They had my car for 3 days and came back with a bunch of MAYBES. Maybe its this... Maybe its that. I drive the car 15 miles after leaving this place and it starts smoking. Never did that before and the car didnt overheat. Plastic wire coverings were melting on the engine that shouldnt have been touching.

They have serviced and done many repairs to my car and I always leave here completely a satisfied customer. Try them and you wont regret!

To whom it may concern. I visited your location in Escondido for brake repair. I walked in and didnt get greeted nor spoken to for 10 minutes. Nobody was in the lobby. When the gentleman finally came in, I then spoke to him about my car and how I found the special offer online for brake repair. He then told me the offer had to printed off, I expressed my concern about the fact the offer has no barcode, so I didnt understand why it needed to be printed. Before he even asked about my vehicle he immediately told me he was going to charge more money. I told him my car was a Chrysler 200, he didnt ask the year (a very old model), and proceeded to tell me that I needed to print it off. Today, your business lost my business. During this pandemic you would think you would take care of your customers more since most businesses are closing due to financial struggles. Thats $120 minimum you couldve had. If you are going to persist on your coupons printed, you need to put that on the initial coupon, and add a barcode, most consumers understand coupons with barcodes need to be printed, not the ones without. Thank you for not taking my car and making me drive home with bad brakes which I explained to the gentleman was a safety hazard. Learn some compassion, empathy and customer service.

I got my tail light fixed in under 20 minutes. There was NO haggling which I am always a fan of.

They’re crooks. Went in for smog test. Emission test passed but mgr failed it cuz he claims exhaust pipe connection between cat. converter was leaking air. I demanded they raise the car so I can go check the leak. Latino mgr refused, said it has to be welded for $90. I installed the cat. Conv myself using pipe clamps and made sure there were no leaks. I insisted we go check it out, said that’s what his mechanics told him. I just paid his fees and left. Karma will get them one day.

My advice to management would be to fire Eddie for his poor work ethic and bad form with customers. After 2 hours, quoted me $400 per axle for pads and rotors. Outrageous. I told him no, thats too high for what it is. Started trying to cut me a deal, and when I finally agreed to a still-unreasonable price to save face on their $70 diagnostic fee, he had to tell his mechanic dont get mad at me or the customer, he decided to do the axle after all and shook his head the remainder of the encounter. Poor, poor service, terrible pricing, slow work (there was only one other vehicle in the shop the whole time I was there). 0/10 recommend. Youre money is better spent elsewhere on a more respectable shop

Took a long time to complete an oil change but got me in rather quickly. Its very very dirty in here. There is a tv, bathroom, and waiting area. I went on a walk and then sat in the waiting area less than 5 mins.

Amazing service from the manager Eddie. I was able to get in and out in no time!!

First of all they way over torqued my oil drain plug. No other shop could remove it! Then they told me my fuel pump was bad so they replaced that. $650 later I drive off with some belt in the front of my car squealing very bad. It was not squealing before at all. THEY DID WORK ON THE BACK OF THE CAR THOUGH. I thought the squealing would go away, but it did not. So 1 week later I take the car back and the nasty toothed manager said they didnt do it. Wouldnt give us any information on which mechanic worked on the vehicle and told us he would charge us to take a look at it. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF AND DAMAGES VEHICLES FOR THE EXTRA WORK! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

Needed to get a star smog done and when everywhere else said I couldnt get in for days, this place took me in almost immediately. Friendly staff and near places to wait and get a bite to eat while waiting.

Over the top expensive quote and the manager never spoke to me unless I when up and asked about my car. Had to wait 3 HOURS for a brake inspection as I received no updates while waiting inside the lounge and quoted a very unreasonable price. Terrible service, would not recommend
