I called Dennis and asked if he had any idea why my sons battery kept dying, at this point I had taken the car to the original audio shop where the stereo was installed to dealer, paid a few hundred dollars possibly for things I didn’t need which didn’t solve the issue. Dennis did a great job on my Challenger. It originally came with a really cheap Sub in the back. But Dennis replaced it with a great box and unit. and then rounded out the rest of my system. Sounds great. I listen to hard rock and heavy metal which wears on a system. Dennis delivered. Great place and I highly recommend him and his shop!!!

Dennis installed a dash cam for me in my car at a very reasonable price. He was very patient, since I was not certain what it entailed or parts needed for install. He did an excellent job, I never knew anyone was even in the car, it was a very clean install. It clearly worked because three days later, I was the unwilling witness of a child hit by a car and the video was used for a police investigation. He is going to install a radio for me in a different car tomorrow, I cant wait because I know he does an excellent job!

I was referred to Dennis at DV Car Audio by an auto mechanic, who said Dennis was an expert at solving auto electrical issues and that he actually calls him for advice. Dennis diagnosed the problem and repaired it in in about ten Minutes time. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and provided great honest service! Dennis was very helpful and courteous in reviewing my trucks stereo and hooking up the amp, as well as redoing some wires. He walked me through everything, and was straightforward and fair in his pricing, and very prompt with service. Very impressed; I was trying to determine why I have such bad AM reception in my Fusion. The dealers were zero help as they simply wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee. I went in and Dennis spent about 10 minutes discussing with me the options that I had and ultimately convinced me that it simply wasnt worth spending the money to try to diagnose as the possible solutions would be more money than Id be willing to spend. So I am writing this review about DV Audio cause I really am happy with the work Dennis did for me , He put in my Audio system in and my rear camera and also my alarm system in too also his work is excellent and it was well thought out from the beginning to the end I must add that the prices for the work was very fair I must also add that he worked on my truck three times and I appreciate His honesty and His ideas for what I wanted.

Dennis was awesome!My Audi A4 OEM stereo and driver side speakers stopped working and I asked if Dennis would install a new head unit and speakers that I purchased on my own.After dropping off the car and new audio equipment on Friday, he calls me to tell me I ordered the wrong dash kit. He told me he already ordered the correct one for me and even offered to allow me to pick it up that weekend once the part arrived so I would have my car to drive to work on Monday. If that is not the best customer service, I dont know what is.On top of that, he told me my original OEM speakers were still working. My defective head unit was not giving out enough power so that was why I thought my speakers were not working prior to the stereo going out. I was able to return my speakers and save some money because of his recommendation.If you are looking for a business that can offer quality work, great customer service, and operates with honesty and integrity, Dennis is your guy.I had such a great experience and hope this review helped you.Vr,Hai
