Took my 2020 challenger in a couple days ago to put in a new set of mufflers. These guys did such an awesome job! I was in town from out of state, and hit something that pushed my resonator up against the floorboards ( all I knew was it made a terrible noise). Very happy with the fine-tuning of the hangers and routing of the exhaust on our older van/class B RV, which we take off road occasionally so we needed the exhaust as high as possible but not overheating the floor of the RV. They changed the location of the tail pipe to exit in the rear in a more protected location. Just a note, we did bring in some of our own design ideas on the tail pipe re-route, but the true problem was how to hang the muffler (not too high and not too low), and Joor came up with a good fix. Drove it across the USA without any issues! Thanks!

We had to wait for over 30 minutes on sunday brunch but the staff was friendly and kind at all times. I was surprised by the lots of smiles from everyone that works there. Attentive service and great food. We had the skillets and fried steak and some kids menu items, coffee and a bloody Mary and all was delightful! Very clean and modern looking atmosphere. Id recommend it to a friend... also we work at the mall and we ask about the 20% off and my husband was ready to show his business card but they didnt ask for it which was nice because they trusted his word. (I thought it was classy not to ask for proof even tho... some people could lie) Im was pleased in every way I must say Im very picky so it must have been good. We took my mom for a fare well brunch for my mother so Im glad all went well...

Thought I needed both catalytic converters replaced and was going to pay $600 somewhere else, but decided to get a second opinion from Joor. Leo told me that I only needed one and saved me hundreds of dollars and time because he had what I needed in stock. He was able to get the job done quickly and I cant thank him enough for his honesty. Everyone there gave exceptional customer service and I will definitely be taking my car back from now on whenever it needs to be serviced.

I bought an old vehicle that Im working on fixing up and needed a steering gear replaced and didnt have the right tools to do it myself. I kind of arbitrarily chose this place because my daughter goes to School across the street and every time I drive by I see older/classic vehicles being worked on there. I needed a mechanic who wasnt afraid to work on an old vehicle so stopped in to ask them and they said sure no problem and did the job for a reasonable rate.

The adage you get what you pay for is strong here. The work is not cheap, and neither was the price. However, I was able to get a header pipe repaired that no other muffler shop wanted to take on. Their work is quality, and the people work hard to make sure that their work is solid. I will go back.

I love coming here. I moved out here to San Diego and needed a honest mechanic shop. I have experienced some really shady mechanics in my past. I would drive by and see this tall man and wondered who he was. I asked around and was given high recommendations regarding Joor. I went into the store to have them work on several of my vehicles and havent left them to go somewhere else. Andrew and the crew will take the time to look at my vehicle and provide me with honest feedback on how to resolve the problem. I have never felt that they tried to get over on me or over price me. Great place!! The mechanics know their stuff and charge at a great price! I took my car here recently for a muffler delete and my father has taken his camaro and nissan titan for a full exhaust upgrade and he loved the way they came out!

Andrew and the guys do a great job, and are honest. They dont try to add things that you dont need, especially if it is a simple fix. They have done everything on our cars from brakes to radiators to motor mounts to changing my oil(because one of those oil change places damaged the plug on my cars oil pan!).

These guys helped me out recently getting the correct catalytic converter in my car. They do quick work and good pricing.

Even though I live near downtown San Diego and could select from more conveniently located auto shops I would trust no one in the world more with my car than Joor Muffler. When i had gone down to the shop there had been a misunderstanding about tge price and the work to be done with the price being in my favor by more than 100 dollars and when i told jeff that the amout he had said before was all the money i had to fix my muffler he stood by his word! I called them up today asking how much it would be to replace a catalytic converter and they gave me a quote price of 300 max, and a warranty of 7 years 70,000 miles. Horrible experience, they will rip you off if you dont know the prices of things. They gave me a very very cheap muffler, the following week the muffler began making strange sounds and they refused to look at it for me. Some people are honest, but there are some who look like they hate their lives and hate yours as well.

I just called and asked one of the worker to give me a quote to remove a clogged CAT and weld a 3 inch pipe for it insted. I am an oregon resident seriving in the USMC California laws dont applay to me as far as smog regulations go. The worker was rude and would have non of it...he could have worked with me and build me a system but we did not get that far....

Waaassssssuuuuppppp Everyone!!!!....I dont care where you been or who you dealt with....In San Diego, Ca I have had the Best Service Thus Far at Joor Muffler....I even called during the Holidays and had NO APPOINTMENT. I got a 2014 Mustang Gt 5.0....Im going Roush with it....Joor Muffler took off stock mufflers, dog-on things weigh 5,000 pounds Lol...seriously wait till u take your own out of your trunk, Joor replaced my stock mufflers with Jack Roush Mufflers that I bought/brought there....I promise u like 30 mins or less they were done I couldnt believe it....Then when I took off with the New Exhaust....Bruh Bruh its a nice rumble when your idle...but when u get on it...U can hear me coming a couple blocks away...Not to Loud like a Cammed Engine...but Loud Enough....It is hands down on a Mustang..THE BEST MUFFLER !!! plus it works well the C&L Cold Air Intake..I noticed Much More Horsepower....Much More Torque...and that American Muscle Sound that cannot be duplicated, Especially with Mustangs. Fair Prices at a Joor Muffler, They Accept Walkins the Managers answer all your questions.
