I had to get some work done after a minor accident. Gerbers price was almost the lowest, and was the firmest.They did great work and I would use them again.

We so appreciated the repairs made to our Toyota Tacoma. We were given a fair appraisal, and all work was done expertly. Because we were leaving to see family out of state, they kept our truck safe for us until our return... and even washed it for us. This was above expectations! Thank you so very much!!!

Milo did an amazing job of repairing rust and corrosion under the paint and damage on the hood of my car (2017 Pacifica). It came back looking better than new, perfect color and finish match. They did a great job of answering my questions and giving me updates on the progress and when it would be completed. I couldn’t be happier with their work and service.

Milo Johnson is a great repair shop. I was involved in a fender bender and took my car over for an initial estimate but because of the professionalism of the great people there, like Jeff and the office staff, (Cathy) I knew my car was in good hands. They did an excellent job at a fair and honest price. They were quick and my car looks brand new! My daughter had her much-loved 2010 Mini Cooper repaired. A parking lot mishap resulted in a significant dent in the tail gate with the goegeous, metallic blue paint chipping off! The staff is great. They dealt directly with State Farm insurance, and the car looks great now - thoroughly cleaned and shined. They even finished a day early!

Got my alignment done for $80 not bad

The employees here are rude and unprofessional. They don’t stick with their appointments and lie. I called around 3pm to check the status on my car that had been there since the morning and the lady who answered the phone had the nerve to be rude to me and gave me an attitude stating my car wouldn’t be looked at until 4. I was given a 2 pm appointment. I think someone needs to remind them that they should be nicer to paying customers. I do not recommend them at all. You are better off finding someone else to take care of your vehicle.

Work is always top notch. Good old school family shop. We have been taking our cars there for years and always recommend them to our family and friends.

The best auto repair shop in Escondido! I have a BMW M3 and it is a fantastic machine but I wanted to make it look even better. I went to these guys asking for some new skirts and bumpers and they came up with these fantastic pieces. Now I am driving probably the most awesome BMW ever made!

Ive been to these guys on a number of occasions. I like my cars to look (perfect) and whenever its not looking perfect, I take it to them. They do an absolutely FANTASTIC job with blending and paint matching and when you get your car back, there is NO evidence that there was anything wrong. I have a friend who brought his twisted wreck to them and when he got it back, it looked and drove like a new car once again. Their prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly very helpful especially Paul. You cant go wrong with this shop!

I had a small repair job (grill damage to my truck) and the service and attention I received here, especially from Paul the estimator, was first class. It’s pretty obvious that customer service is a cornerstone of this business.

Jeff is also a Rotarian who follows the 4 way test . He gives everyone the personal attention that is not seen any where else in North County .

Had my 2011 sonata towed there after an accident on the freeway. Great customer service on the phone and in person. Unfortunately the car was totaled but love this shop. Hopefully wont be going there anytime soon with the new car haha. Great work guys.

I had emailed Milos a few months ago about getting my cars body dent/corrosion free and painted. He stated they could do it all. I woke up to find an hours old Facebook post about painting entire cars. Perfect!! I called to make an appointment and they said just bring it in. I did just that. When I told them what I wanted, they said they do not do full car service. Waste of a trip. I guess the skill set of the workers is pretty low.

The best wheel alignment in Escondido, CA. Trust me, it was my first time ever use this kind of service but these guys did a great job. I asked a friend of mine for good and cheep company and he commend me Milo Johnson Auto Body. I am really satisfied of their work and will came back again if i need.

Milo Johnson was one of State Farm select service repair facilities. After being hit by another driver in the rear left corner of my car, we had my car towed here. I picked up my car about 3 weeks later and paid them $3,895.70. I had to go back the following day because the gas door wouldnt open and I then went back a few days later because the bumper wasn’t fully attached and looked like it would fall off. I called prior to going there on both occasions and they wanted me to come in during specific timeframes as to not inconvenience them. They fixed the gas door but failed to properly fix the bumper. They kept my car for a few days to fix the bumper but once I had it back it popped out of place again. Not wanting to deal with them again I took my car in to Mossy Nissan Collision Center in Escondido. At Mossy Nissan Collision Center, they took everything apart and immediately noticed unfinished work and poor work performed. Milo Johnson Automotive had claimed to have replaced numerous panels and parts in the invoice but that wasnt true. For example, the rear fender panel still had the original factory welding and had scratches that were years old. Anyway, State Farm sent out an adjuster and approved all the rework. Mossy Nissan Collision Center was paid $7,187.71 for parts and labor for all the rework performed. We lost alot of time and money dealing with Milo Johnson. I will be posting pictures soon to prove all of this. Aside from saving your money, you will save a huge headache.

I have always done my own auto repairs over the past 18 years. I hate having to take one of my cars somewhere for things like alignments which are beyond my tool set. I especially hate being given a hard time about modifications that Ive done- or dealing with professional mechanics who are less knowledgable than myself. For instance, Ive gotten into an argument over whether a sway bar effects alignment. Of course it doesnt!There was none of that here. I could tell that this is truly a family business. I got the impression that the people had been working there a long time. They took my car in right at the appointed time. The tech test drove my car, aligned it, and test drove it again afterwards. Even though I was waiting in the office, I was grateful for this. Ive gotten alignments before where the steering wheel was crooked after and the repair place was reluctant to redo it.Another important thing to mention is that the total cost was what I expect to pay for an alignment. Most places want to overcharge 50-120%This is my go-to place for alignments from now on, in fact Im writing this because I swapped another car to rear disc brakes and so it needs an alignment now. I may try them for body work as well.
