Jon was amazing. Great service, spent his time and made a very hard dent in the fender flare curvature and aluminum into perfection. Honest and loved watching the process. Very friendly. Would recommend to anyone with a dent. I think he is the Michelangelo of dent repair as I watched him use his multitude of tools slowly working the metal. Reminded me of Matt’s charming personality from Matt’s off-road recovery in many ways.

Looked around online for dent repair after someone hit my car at night and took off (of course without leaving any information). It was really easy to get a quote via text by sending in a few pictures and was easy make the appointment online. Availability was great and I was able to get someone out the next day. The guy who came out was very professional and courteous. Didnt take very long to repair. There is still a pretty deep scratch where I was hit, but my bumper looks almost like nothing ever happened. There is still a very minor dent, but nothing that is an eye sore. I was very please with the service and paid a very fair price. I would highly recommend!

I had PDR, rims and bumper repaired. A total of three technicians came to my home and quickly repaired all issues. They basically crushed it and I’ll definitely use and recommend in the future.

Tim (the PDR) technician was on time, professional & courteous. And although the dents were in a difficult to reach location, he rectified them.

After getting quotes from numerous places, this place was looking to charge 50% of other places. They did an amazing job! They came right to my home so there were no inconveniences. There were no surprises or hidden fees. I highly recommend this place!

The entire process of repairing a couple of large dents on my car was simple and efficient, The pricing was straightforward-I received a price quote with a photo. I used the on-line calendar and booked an appointment. John actually called and said he could come earlier! He was very friendly and he takes pride in his work. He should, because I cannot tell that there were ever any dents! I would highly recommend that you use them if you need dent repair.

I choose Dent Time based on glowing reviews online. I reached out to them over email and got quick feedback. I was provided a link to book an appointment and bring the car over to the shop which I did. This is where the negative experience started. I selected a weekend (which showed as available) date but few days before the appointment, I received a text that the appointment was scheduled by a mistake and I needed to re-book. I again booked an earlier spot and took time off work to get to the shop, only to find it closed. I called all the numbers listed on the door but didn’t receive any response. Eventually a tech called me and apologized for my misery, adding that they was no one available to help me that day and that I need to reach out to the owner again. So, my negative experience is based on the customer service rather than the actual job which I never got anyways.

When the body shop said the repair couldnt be done without body parts replacement and painting of several body parts, the guys at Dent Time got to work and got it done. It looks great! I would highly recommend seeing these guys before you make your decision.

I had just bought a brand new jeep grand Cherokee summit and someone hit it when opening their door. Left a finger nail sized nick. Found Bumper Time on Google and called them up. The booking and quoting was easy and fast. Marco came out early and confirmed the quoted price and got right to work. One thing that I found odd was that he disnt tell us overspray was going to get on the other vehicles until we specifically asked about it. So I did have to move my car to a different location to avoid over spray. But the end result was amazing. The paint looks great. The finish was perfect. But I am a perfectionist so I did notice on the door handle where he had masked it off there was some clear coat build up that Im not too thrilled about. There is also some air bubbles in the paint if you look close enough. So thats a bummer. But over all a great fix.
