I dealt mostly with Scott D and Dominique and they were very easy to work with. My car looks awesome and am so glad I took my car there. CARSTAR rocks! They earned every one of the five stars and then some! They were recommended by my insurance, and did a BEAUTIFUL job on the repairs needed. Also, they completed the work quickly AND well ahead of the projected time. I will be recommending them to all of my friends, and definitely return for other work when needed.

Our car was brought to car star after an accident for a repair estimate. The staff was awesome! From the office staff to the estimator, everyone was super helpful, always willing to talk to me and answer my questions, always polite and friendly. Their level of custom service and care is above and beyond! Unfortunately the car was a total loss, so we didn’t move forward with any repairs, but I’m grateful to the staff who helped us out during such a stressful time.

This shop was recommend by my auto insurance. Employees were nice but I had to keep calling to find out what was being worked on. When I picked up my car, it was only fixed at minimum expectations and not back to how it should have been before the accident. Although they have a warranty on the work, I was not impressed and will just take my car to a shop of my choice.

I had work done on my 2019 Hyundai Sonata SE. The vehicle look just like the day I bought it. CarStar did a wonderful job on my car!!

Going through the events that landed my vehicle at CARSTAR Autopark Collision were infuriating and it seemed like each day brought a new issue, like watching a soap opera unfold. It was stressful to say the least BUT what wasn’t stressful was working with the fine people at CARSTAR. From the very first call to the final paper work being signed and what little was left in my car to retrieve. Scott and his daughter were nothing short of kind, empathetic and accommodating. Scott even went out of his way, driving to my home retrieving the car key. When I expressed certain concerns I felt were over looked by the insurance adjuster, 15 min later my suspicions were confirmed, which I felt displayed the respect he had for me and the situation, actually listening and taking me serious. Given the situation I was thrusted in, I wouldn’t have wanted to have my car any other place. Highly recommend and thank you again CARSTAR for your generosity and compassion.

Took my vehicle in with no issues. When I picked it back up, I had a battery warning and a check engine light on. They said they were not able to work on the issues. Now I have to take it to Ford to get it checked out and find out what they did wrong.

Was recommended to Carstar by my insurance company (Mercury Casualty) the work was fast and outstanding. My car is better than when before my accident, they gave it a full detail when in the shop. They even fixed some other minor problems without even bragging about it. I didnt realize the extra effort they took till the next day. They kept me informed all along the way and were friendly, helpful, and courteous. Even gave me a ride home in the bosses car when I dropped mine off. Easy 5 stars!

I brought my car here after being rear ended. They replaced the bumper, rear left fender and tip of the exhaust pipe on my 2012 Honda Crosstour. From beginning to end everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. I dropped off my car on Monday and it was ready to be picked up Thursday evening. They handled the claim with the insurance company, I wasnt out of pocket for anything. The new paint matches exactly, everything is perfect, like it never happened. They even washed my car, dressed the tires, and conditioned the leather interior. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

There were some additional things that came up but they were handled professionally.

My experience with Carstar in Escondido, Ca was outstanding!! From the minute I walked in the door with Dominique, the receptionist, greeting me warmly to meeting my knowledgeable repair specialist Steve, I felt completely at ease and trusted that my car was in good hands. The assessment & estimate of repairs complete with photos was emailed to me the very next day and repairs commenced that same day. I received frequent text updates and calls from Steve regarding the progress of repairs. The repairs were completed 4 days early and I was very happy with the results. By far, this has been the best experience I have ever had with any car service as I am illiterate when it comes to cars and have always felt taken advantage of. This was not the case with Carstar. Superb service and I will recommend to all of my friends.

Excellent service

Havent chosen them for work in a long time, but their painted surfaces had run marks on my moms Cadillac; discovered from another body shop, who fixed the paint discrepancy caused here. It is a clean shop though, and that gets them 4 stars against those tight messy garage type places.
