Lady was very aggressive towards me, was just rippin on my hand. She wasn’t paying attention to me half the time, when she went to cut my nails to the length I wanted just about clipped my skin until I pulled my hand away. I wanted my nails short but not as short as my actual nail and that’s what the out come came out to. I definitely was over charged for how short my nails where…. My friend got way longer nails and only paid $37 when I was charged $35 for very very short nails. Definitely won’t go there again.

It was pretty packed for mothers day & I got in without an appointment. The lady that did my nails tried her best to match an online picture I showed her. Overall, I was satisfied with getting my refill & would revisit.

They did the nails beautifully. They were also very polite. Only problem was the wait. They asked me to go in at 2:30 and it took over and hour for them to even get started.

I always come here. Always do a great job on my nails. Wait can be a little long but it is busy in there most times.I always get dip powder, always come out looking beautiful. Pre-covid I would take my daughter in she is 5 loves getting pedicures while I get my nails done. Have cute kids chairs.Price has gone up a little over the past couple months. I understand with everything going on, price change wont detour me from going. 😁Covid precautions - they take temps when you come in before performing services, they have you wash your hands, masks required, plexiglass in between you and tech doing nails. Spaced out seating in salon.

I picked a light color and when they painted my nails they didnt paint enough coats to make it look decent. Very blotchy looking. Looks terrible.

Made an appointment, got there 10 minutes before my set appointment time and still had to wait an hour before finally getting put at a booth. During that hour 4 people walked in and got serviced within a few minutes. When I got to a booth I waited another 15 minutes before just getting up and walking out. Apparently it doesnt matter if you made an appointment or not.

My sister and I went to lucky about a month ago. We got gel nail polish and it STILL hasnt come off. We have tried soaking our hands in nail polish remover and sanding them off. I had 2 different ladies do them. It took about 1 hour for the lady to do my hands, and they are over priced. Will never go here again.

They are perfect! it was my first time getting my nails done by them! They are really gentle and good priced! and my nails look fabulous!!

This place was amazing!! We called last minute and they took care of all of us. They were pleasant and took great care of everyone. Made sure everything was perfect and even stayed late to ensure perfection. Only complaint is that they seem to bounce around from person to person. They also just assumed what color my little flower girl wanted and painted her nails the wrong color. But they were busy!

There is a gap between all of my real nails and fake nails causing food and grime to get in and I made an appointment and had to wait 2 hours, not to mention I payed 45 dollars for some french tips, over the phone they made it sound cheaper and did not give my family the correct prices over phone.

So when I first walked in I saw the workers sitting doing nothing. When they did my nails the job was poorly done and they would yell at me for no reason. I do not recommend this salon I do recommend galaxy nails.

Never had this done before ,my first time and i loved it ,the people there are friendly and very helpful,i hav tremors in my hands and the lady (dont remember her name.) who did my nails was very fast and did a very good job i will be going back and not expensive at all,very pleased with the service .

Had a fill & gel polish done twice both times lupmpy ( polish was too thick / bad) the first girl was really nice and did her best then the second girl that helped me and did the second gel application refused to paint them with a different polish because I wouldnt like them? I was even willing to pay extra for something different and she couldnt do it ( even tho the girl next to me was getting what I wanted colored acrlic clear coat polish.)was charged for a fill even though they ground the acrylic all the way down and I can bend my nails. Not to mention the second lady I seen had the worst attitude with no regard for coustomer satisfaction. spent 4 hours there and this is what they looked like after I left no clear buff NOTHING! NEVER AGAIN 😡 My 4 year old could have done a better job!

I walked in to get a repair and instantly see the workers just chilling around with hardly any to no business. Took five minutes until someone took me. I was asked who did my nails as if I had any clue. I was also asked what color I wanted. THE COLOR CURRENTLY ON MY HAND. The guy made a comment to his other workers that was apparently funny so I was being stared at and laughed at by every single one of the employees. The guy ripped my nail off by using another acrylic INSTEAD of soaking it, causing pain to my nail and finger. My nail is crooked and not in a coffin shape like my other nails. The guy did not do the full process of the acrylics and I was unable to wash my hands.

So I use to go to Lucky Nails FAITHFULLY a few years ago. They use to do a wonderful job. I stopped getting my nails done for a while, but when I wanted to go again, Luckys was the first place I went. Sad to say, the last couple times ive went, they did a HORRIBLE job. :( thw shape was terrible, they were WAY too thick. The paint was nice, bu the design was awful,and i only asked for triangles lol. I couldnt even stand to look at then, i had to take the paint off myself and fix the shape, then repaint them myself. Im not too sure what went wrong with Luckys, but i definitely do not plan on going back there.

Ma nails are full of bubbles, the shape is not good and overall quality is 0. Not even close what i expected. They rude, and seems like they just want to be done asap not caring about the quality.

This is the only place Id go in Erie. Doan is my favorite (shes amazing!) She always does exactly what I want. The whole staff is wonderful. Go and treat yourself. You wont be disappointed.

I will never go to another nail salon! Theyre the ONLY place Ill go to. Their prices are the best, and their service is second to none!!! My nails always look immaculate! Always on point!!! Ive been a customer since they were located next to the Smoker Friendly in Harborcreek... which was a loooooooong time ago! If youre on the fence about nail salons... rest assure that this place is THE BEST!!

Normally, all of my visits were quite nice. However, today, my nails turned out not how I wanted them, and I asked her after she finished if I could schedule to have them redone the next day. One of the staff ended up ARGUING with my mom even though we were prepared to pay for my nails to be redone. Normally they are very accommodating, but you never argue with your customer, especially if they are willing to pay for their own unhappy result. I won’t be returning sadly.

Super affordable, very patient staff, and very good worker girl. My nail technician stayed late, even past closing time, just to take her time with me and give me a wonderful manicure. She was also very knowledgeable about nail and cuticle health.

I had been going to them for years and then the other day I went to get my nails done with my granddaughter... we picked out our colors and they waited until I was almost finished to tell her they would not wait on her.. said they did not think she liked them and was too picky.. now a few months back one of the ladies hurt her and she requested someone else.. it made me mad they did not tell me before I started and had her choose a color.. I will not be returning....

Cheese grater!!!!! it took them about an hour to get them started on my pedicure. i ended up bleeding because the guy doing my nails was distracted SINGING and he dug too deep into my skin with the nail file. the cheese grater he used on my feet also made my feet all scratched up!! would joy recommend. (the polish is all weird and chunky too)

I had my nails done here today and if I’m honest it’s not great. My nails are full of bubbles and there’s even hair in some of them. Not to mention they cut both me and my friend.

Never again will I step foot in there. I waited 30 minutes before they had me go sit at a station. Then I sat there for 20 more minutes, only to have them take 3 more people that walked in. I was totally ignored because I guess I don’t act like the obnoxious loud sleazy mouth woman that come in and demand a certain person and get there way. I am so sick of working for a living and paying taxes so the low life’s I just told you about can have special treatment and get there nine inch nails done! The one star I gave is because you can’t pick zero stars

I had my nails done at Le Nails on lower Peach 2 weeks ago. My gel polish started chipping and my nails underneath were chipping. The staff were friendly at Lucky Nails and my manicurist recommended a pink strengthening powder. (I thought he was talking the bowl of water with the powder.)Once the old gel was sanded, nail polish remover and scraped off he brought the jar of pink dust. Clear coat then dust three times. Pink gel polish (any in the red or pink family was recommended) and a top coat for shine.After the second coating of polish and dust I could feel my nails stiffen to my skin, it works.I was asked my job, computer operator and housewife. Keyboard and washing dishes will do a number on my nails. With this strengthener added under my polish my nails shouldnt chip or break.

I will never go back here. I came to get my nails done for graduation, I heard great things about them and they were closer than my usual nail salon. I got a full set with designs. I asked the designs to be different, they are the same just facing different directions. Nothing cute or creative about it. She said white and I agreed but I also wanted pink. She didnt add the white and when I said something she had a major artitude. The nail designs look like a child did them and she charged me 40, I never ont my life paid that much and they werent even worth that amount. The customer service was horrible, rushed in and out and my needs were met and over charged. I do not recommended them to anyone, especially if they are for a special occasion. Thank you for taking a bit out of my special day and not making me feel like the rockstar I am

Im rating my first time experience based on Doan. Ive been getting my nails done from various places for over 10 years and I loved my time here the most. Good quality nails and excellent conversation !! I enjoyed my whole time here. The creativity that Doan did on my nails was awesome !!

I was VERY disappointed with HOW this was handled. My daughter 20years old selected a colored dipping powder. My daughter was told, on a previous visit “the powder darkens once dried” Well, it wasn’t the warm fall color she selected NOT even close. It didn’t dry a warm fall color AS SHE WAS TOLD. It was a Bubble gum pink (which she didn’t select). We asked to confirm the color matched the #... We asked them to re-do “please” because the color didn’t match on the fake example nails. We were told that the color changes over time on “the dummy nails” - I asked when my daughter could come back for this to be changed - NOTHING WAS RESOLVED & she told me THEY would lose money! It’s NOT our problem that your colors are old on the “dummy” nails.Well, we have gone there for 3 years and tipped generously & we never had a complaint - also, I sent in 9 other clients including GiGi -we were treated valueless -*Maybe they should UPDATE their example nails So they are accurate*Learn to VALUE clients when their is a problem*Try to DO something to fix or find a solutionThere’s ALOT of competition out there and people are hungry to EARN businessBetter go take some Customer Service classes
