Im very pleased with the ability to get a walk in appointment and I had the best cut I have ever had from anyone let alone someone who has never cut my hair before. Nancy fioretti was my stylist and I will be a return customer for sure!

I have not had my hair cut in 6 years. I guess you can get away with dead ends with curly hair, but the hair stylists i have always went to would cut too short or layer the heck out of it and cause a puff....I went in telling the stylist Jillian I didnt know what I wanted bc I have rarely been happy with a haircut but told her what I didnt want.She did great. She was very personable and I had a great conversation with her the entire time. It made for a great experience I even suggested my cousin to go there later in the day when I saw her. I really appreciated the experience I dont usually do things to prime myself and she made it a great b day for me...

Went to get my hair highlighted and ended up with light brown caramel streaks. My hair looked no different.The girl was not even friendly. She maybe said 3 words to me the entire time, it was so awkward. I was not comfortable at all in that setting.I sat with the highlight in my hair for maybe 10 minutes, MAYBE. I’ve been getting it done for years and I know that it needs to cure at least 30-50 minutes to get the highlights to pop.She left A lot of conditioner in my ear after washing my hair. She tangled my hair so bad it took 20 minutes to even brush it out as she’s pulling all my hair out with the brush. She had the nerve to ask me “so does your hair always tangle this bad?” Yes, it does. And she should have known that just by looking at my hair when I first walked in.Really hoping to get it fixed for free. That was the worst experience I have had.

I went in for a balayage and my stylist, Melissa, did a great job. She was very friendly, along with the rest of the staff. It was a little pricey, but still reasonable. Im glad I chose this salon to trust with my hair.

This salon is terrible. Tori is her name she speaks to people with no respect. She attempted to make me get my hair done by someone I wasn’t comfortable getting my hair done by seeing how I have never seen her work I have seen the person I was requesting. She was very ignorant and very disrespectful when she called. I will never go to this salon. If I could rate them -10000 I would just for the fact they don’t realize customers do have rights and you can’t force them to do anything they don’t want to” customer is always right” even if you don’t like it tori

I love how talented Marissa Overman is. Shes done amazing designs on my nails. My only problem is that shes only put on the schedule on Saturdays. She used to have weekday openings. I work 2 jobs and would like to be able to come in other times like I used to.

Do not get your hair done here! The stylist, Dakota, was very unprofessional and messed up my haircut. I called a week later to have it redone, and when I came in for my redo appointment they informed me that the same stylist would have to cut my hair again. I tried to ask for someone else but the receptionist was rude and unsympathetic. The stylist wasnt even there yet and I waited 10 more minutes for her to even show up. When she didnt, I walked out. RUDE employees. Plus her area was dirty with hair everywhere.

I’ve gotten my hair cut here one time and I would never again go there, their are a few friendly staff but mostly rude stuck up I’ll mannered employees. With very unnaturally died blonde hair. Unsure of names but very rude unacceptable service.

Terrible service. I didnt get the service I asked for, my hair was cut about 6 inches too short plus it was all uneven and choppy. I asked for an express cut which is only about $25 and they charged me over $40. I didnt realize how awful it was because she had curled my hair, but the next day when it was straight I could see just how bad it was. I went in to ask for somebody to fix it and was told they couldnt do anything until several days later. No way was I going to work looking the way I did. I ended up going elsewhere. They took close to 2 inches off one side to make it even with the other side. The employees were extremely rude too. NEVER going back there again.

The worst service ever. DONT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE!!! they completely messed up my balayage and when i asked them to fix it the manager REFUSED. she said she didn’t see anything wrong with it while it looked like i got my whole head highlighted, not balayage. it was the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. I paid $170 for something i hated and was only charged $115 for the same service at a much better higher end salon.

I got my hair done here 2 months ago, and you know what, Im still mad. Kathy did my highlights, the whole time she kept reminding me how much it was going to cost. $120, by the way. She also mentioned that if they needed toned, it was going to cost extra, which doesnt make sense to me because most peoples highlights need toned, so why isnt it included?Long story short, I left JC Penneys 3 hours later with the worst hair color service Id ever received. I woke up the next day and my hair was so brassy! I called the salon and spoke with the manager. They fit me in that day to try to tone them down a little. It helped a little but not really. The manager was very polite and told me if I still wasnt happy I could come back in and have Kathy (the original hairdresser) fix me up again. Um, no thanks... So, here I am two months later, still only able to part my hair certain ways to hide my highlights that look like they were done by a 12 year old did with a box kit. I am getting my hair died back all one color today, finally, and obviously not at JC Penneys

Scheduled to get a body perm and went to the appointment only to be told because I have Blonde hair and have colored it in the past ( who hasnt) that they would not do my perm , so a waste of time I never had a bad experience years before getting my hair permed and lord knows we even did peroxide and lemon juice but I will not recommend them ever after the unprofessional way I was treated . Maybe you should screen your appointments before wasting their time and driving 20 miles to get there!! Thanks but NO thanks!!

The worst and unprofessional employee , I went to do my balayage hair one of the employees damaged all of my hair and have to pay 140$ , the manager is so cheap , giving a fake comment that your hair looks still good, I didn’t see any difference what a unprofessional manager , my hair is so starchy after washing and when she starts combing my hair , and then I realized my hair is damaged and burnt , now my hair is still falling, I have to wait so many month to regrows my hair , I will never back in this place and I won’t recommend this place to do any service .

Jose did not listen to anything i wanted. I asked for a carmel ombré. My hair is originally brown and not my entire hair is blonde, not a dirty blonde but i bright blonde that is almost white in the sun. I sat there for four hours and got nothing close to what i asked for. I even stressed that i did not want it blonde and that i wanted an OMBRÉ. i spent $150 (they told me it would be $115) for a hair color i didnt ask for and not even an ombré. I now have to wait a month to get my hair fixed with a trusted hairdresser that LISTENS and knows what they are doing.

People call them professionals they dont know whats professional, you explain in details and showed them picture how my wife wants and next you know you get opposite, whould not recommend it to go to this salon 😔

Walked in for a haircut at 545 they close at 6pm. Nobody was there and i was told i could get a cut. If i the owner of this salon i would fire a staff that picks and chooses when it works +
