Worst nail salon I ever went to I told the lady I wanted square she gave me almond shape and then when I told her she had an attitude and passed me to the male he painted my nails he didnt even try to reshape them, also when I was in there this lady was complaining that her gel polish already chipped. Dont waste your time or money here!!

Friendly place very nice job on my daughters nails

I was determined to find a place who could remove my prior dip powder and apply a new dip today. This was my third stop after I was turned away from two other places because they were too busy to take me. I was greeted immediately and waited only a minute or two before they got me started with removal. My dip manicure looks nice and it was a pleasant experience! Tom asked me at least three times if I was satisfied and whether I wanted anything changed. I also noticed another woman had a pedicure done and they spent a lot of time ensuring she was satisfied. Ill be returning again soon for another dip and a pedicure!

The salon was very clean and the staff were friendly. Giving 3 stars because the overall quality of my acrylic fill was pretty poor. The woman who did my nails kept having to pick off excess acrylic from my skin while working and the shaping of them wasn’t exactly symmetrical. When painting them there was a lot of over flow polish and base that she again had to pick off, but when I got home I had to go through each nail again. From a distance my nails look great but when I look at them up close they are kind of sloppy.

Clean, very careful with care they give you. Always does nice work!

Have been there 5 times. 4 times the lady made mistakes on my nailsCorrected it 1 time n gave me $5 off. Sick of trying to give her a chance. Do not go here!@

Went to Texas on vacation and had to get my nails done they did such a bad job.. so happy to be back home and have Tom do such a wonderful job on my dip!! Thanks so much to him and his family for always taking care of me.

Tom is a self-proclaimed cowboy-poet-fisherman who loves being in tune with the natural wonders around us. Relaxed conversation and professional nail styling - it’s a win!

When I first came in I was greeted and asked what I wanted in such a sweet and welcoming way. This made my day because I had just came from a previously recommended salon and was never really addressed and waited an hr as they took others in over me and still didn’t get services. The owner did a great job on my hands and took her time and asked me throughout the process was I satisfied. I will be going back faithfully!

So I was visiting the Erie for a getaway. I wasnt going to get my nails done but I thought; oh well I cant check into my hotel so I will go get my nails done.This was not my first pick. I stopped at (Queen Nail Salon); first I was told to come @ 1230. I came a few mins ahead. She told me to come back, I did....She was not ready and now had another girl she was working on and told me a few more mins; (now another 30 mins. I said Nope.I called Erie Nails right then and there and asked if they had a wait. Kevin said no. I went over and he got me in and out within 40 mins.I said all this to say, at Erie Nails; Kevin was VERY PROFESSIONAL. He was thorough and most important; he was very detailed and quick!!I visit Erie yearly so If I ever need my nails done while in town; I will surely use them👍👍👍👍❤💙💜💛💛😃😃

Hands-down my favorite nail salon in Erie! I am in and out of Erie Nails every few weeks for my manicures and pedicures. Kevin does THE BEST manicure I’ve ever had! The salon is clean and well kept. The owners and staff members are absolutely wonderful- very welcoming and friendly. They keep up with the latest nail trends, products and polish colors. I HIGHLY recommend Erie Nails!

IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: Of course you would have no record of my visit. How many nail salons keep records of all the names of of people they have served? I was there once so you wouldnt recognize me, let alone know my name. No one asked for it anyway, although I have record on my debit card of payment to your establishment, which is more than you have.Took forever to get a simple French tip with a design. The owner had to tell multiple women that the simple designs they were requesting were not able to be done. Do not advertise designs if your unable to do them. I needed mine done in a pinch and it was the only place open. I ended up having to pay someone else the next day to replace them, as I couldnt even stand to look at them for the next week. If you want your standard acrylic with basic polish for cheap this is your place, anything else pay the pros.

Had a mani/pedi done today.... Tom is amazing! I walk in dragging my feet and walk out on a cloud ! Id HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

I took my 14yo and 9yo there to get their first manicure and gel nails. The people there were so kind and professional 😊 My girls look forward to going back and trying the powder nails and the mood color changing nails!

I went here because of the convenience I figured it closed to home I could walk and get something I love done... the owners were very nice but they changed the person that was doing my nails 3 different times .. then the girl couldnt even get the nail to stick on ... they started to fall off 3 days later ..I never returned .I always go to beautiful nails but because it was so far I figured Id try somewhere new.. deff disappointed .. if u want something simple Im sure they are great but I wouldnt recommend for acrylic coffin shaped nails . Especially longer ones .

I stumbled upon this place because my usual salon is closed on sundays. Everyone was super nice! What I like the most was after every step the guy doing my nails asked me if I liked it and WANTED ANYTHING FIXED! This blew my mind cuz anywhere else could care less if they mess up and just blame you for it. I also had the best pedicure ever!!! They are not the speediest but there attention to detail and customer satisfaction was on point. I won’t go anywhere else from now on. Great jobs guys!!!
