This was my first time at this nail salon ...Me, my daughter and sister all went for pedicures. They did a wonderful job....they go above and beyond to make sure your comfortable...price was great as well and I got gel polish! I will definitely return!

I have been going here for 10 years or more. The service is consistently good. The very few times Ive gone to other nail salons, I have been disappointed by the price or the quality of service. Here I know I can get a gel manicure fill, a pedicure and my eyebrows done well and for a good price.

I have been going here for years, my last two visits i left unhappy, two months ago I went in for a full set, I showed Kim how I wanted my nails painted she said that she could do it then once the acrylic was on she asked what color i wanted, i said the same as the picture, she said she couldn’t do that cause she would have had to use dip, she should have done that then. Almost two weeks ago I went back after doing my nails at home Kim was trying to peel the stuff off my nails, I let her know it comes off with acetone, she tried again which was painful, after letting them soak a few mins she gets it off, then a woman calls and wants her nails done by Kim so she has me move to John instead of finishing my nails, incredibly rude. Then charges me 55$ I won’t be going back anymore.

I never had a 20 minute pedicure in my life . Was not impressed

This is probably the most people friendly salon Ive been to. They take care of their customers.

I was a walk in. I was seen immediately by John. He was so precise and gentle around my cuticle while doing my fill in. We discussed services and prices before hand and agreed on things before he started. While there, we even discussed pricing and options for my next visit. John is very knowledgeable and I feel I was well taken care of and my nails look great. He was even able to correct imperfections that had been overlooked from my initial full set visit at a different salon. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

When K mart use to be their I use to go im their to get my nails done they arent clean at all. They charg Ed a lot of money and the nails fall off after a week.

First of all I wanted to say Something positive:I loved Kims work. I went to her several times a couple years ago. She was wonderful with my nails and excellent with waxing my brows.I stopped in a bit over a week ago with a friend of mine and my oldest child. I was overcharged, according to the prices listed on the board, my total should have been about 70. ( 2 full sets one for my friend and me plus a manicure for my daughter) I was charged 85 (this total was not to include the tip) Plus, I left a cash tip of 22. (As a former hairdresser, I always tip decently.) Unfortunately, I will not return as my nails look terrible. They have lifted and the acrylic was applied to thickly and unevenly. I think the lifting could been avoided if he would have pushed my cuticles back. (Perhaps that costs extra) I will be going to another Salon to have these nails removed and done the right way this evening.

Male owner does the best pink & white nails in Erie, but older man doing pedicures never put lotion on or massaged my feet & really creeped me out. As he was overly enjoying massaging my legs her kept staring at my face & asking feel good? Over and over. I have been going here for over 5 years, but that was the last pedicure I will get there.

If I could give a ten star rating, I would! John ordered the NexGen system for me. I had been going to another, high-priced local salon and spa, and the quality of the work was sub-standard. I would recommend John to all my friends!

I love this place ❤️ They take their time and make you feel special. Also a sense of humor 😂. They have beautiful comfortable massaging chairs for your pedicure!!!!!

Havent had my feet done in almost a year and Im glad I picked this place. Kim was experienced, courteous and did an excellent job. Also got a manicure and since Ive noticed so many strays, recently, I got my eyebrows waxed for the first time. Provided that I stay in Erie, as employment opportunities may force me to leave, I will be going back. I dont know what other salons charge, but I was more than happy, no pun intended, to pay $30 for deluxe pedicure, $12 for the manicure and $8 for my eyebrow waxing.

Kim was great, such a good and funny sense of humor, took her time and my nails came out fantastic as well as my brows

Worse place Ive ever been to. Went back not once not twice but three times to have them fix their crappy job. Wanted round nails they are so crooked and uneven that I have to have them grow more to be fixed. They painted on my skin and over my cuticle. The sides of my nails werent fully painted. Then she had the nerve to ask me to drop her daughter off at dance class!! girl Idek u and you dont know me and ur asking me for a ride how professional. She repeatedly told me tell my friends to come get their nails done by her...... Why so they can be mad at me for referring them? Dont go to crappy nails I mean happy nails

Even though their might be bad reviews about Happynails, their place has been remodeled and now looks better than ever! Readers scrolling down might see reviews a month or a year ago, but now things have changed! I would highly give it a try! Even though I do not personally know them, I do know that they try their hardest to give great customer satisfaction and nails!

I stopped in for a full set. The ambience was nice I was the only person in there. The acrylic was applied very thick, they were filed unevenly, cuticles were not pushed down. When asked to correct these issues the man just kept saying yes yes as if now he didnt understand. The most troubling is the fungus that grew on each nail requiring medication. Now I havent had nails for about 9 weeks prior to this visit so the only place I could have acquired this nail fungus is from this salon. The cost $18.00 for a very poor job, $45.00 for doctor visit, $15.00 for medication.

TERRIBLE!! WARNING DONT GO HERE!! I have been here twice, both of which were the worst experiences Ive ever had at a nail salon. First time I went for my Eyebrows and left crying. The second time was recently and I wish I could add pictures because its almost unexplainable how much pain Ive gone through In the last week! Not to one but NUMEROUS nails. One split my real nail through the middle and has been bleeding since day three. 2 popped off. Two are coming up from both sides so feels like an elephant is standing on the underside of my nail. And 3 of my fingers have bandaids. AND ITS ONLY BEEN 7 DAYS SINCE I GOT MY NAILS DONE! Not to mention the Polish is terrible I have dirty looking air bubble bumps all over my white tips. AND lastly, during my pedicure the lady cut the whole cuticle the full length under my toe with the machine and its been a big scab ever since.Also, my friend I went with messaged me yesterday saying shes never going back, and all her nails are broken and hurting too. So we wanted to write a review (something I have NEVER DONE) so nobody else has to go through this!!

The worst place Ive ever experienced for a pedicure. The nail polish did not appear even after I left and I should have gone back. Two days ago have gone by and the nail polish is already coming off. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even for the price.
