Im submitting this on behalf of my mother Willie Ann Gore:I have been going to All About Nails for 17 years and Ive had a great experience. Sue is AWESOME! She is very personable an always makes her customers feel comfortable. Shes very thorough and makes sure that your nails are done correctly. I also get my eyebrows and pedicures done there I have no complaints. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I use to go to the mall but the chemical smell was overwhelming, thats when I started going to Sue. I love this salon, I discovered it by accident one day, and have been a patron of Sues since 1998, I refuse to use anyone else. Sue has become a household name in my family, she has taken care of my children nails and now my grandchildren, starting at age 12, and they love her! Sues wittiness and love of people is amazing, she does everything within her power to satisfy the customer. When I decided to marry again, she did my nails for my wedding and they were awesome! I wanted something simple, but she was going for that! She said it was my big day and she made them look as if I spent hundreds on a manicure! Contrary to some of the reviews, All About Nails, is the most professional and wholesome shop in Erie. When I want to relax, and need a pedicure or manicure, along with good conversation, I go to see Sue! Also, my friend has a review but she doesnt have an email so read below...Sue has been doing my feet, nails and eyebrows for approximately 10 years. I have never had a problem with her work. I have been going to All About Nails for about 7 years. I love the service and the quality of the work. Now I can have a bad hair day but I NEVER have a bad nail day. I also love the pedicures and the quiet atmosphere. They take their time to do the work right. I recommend All About Nails to everyone.

Very clean Salon, BEAUTIFUL designs and very professional technicians. My nails came out beautiful and she did everything I asked and charged a very fair price. One week later and my nails still look GREAT! I am very HAPPY and I will go back again!

I had not had my nails done for about 10 years until I went to Sue, I now am hooked on Sues beautiful work. I love that you can make an appointment and never have to wait. Her facility is clean and does not have the chemical odor other nail salons emit. Sue takes the extra steps other salons skip to ensure your nails stay healthy and free from ailments. She is efficient, friendly, and reasonably priced for her great work!

All about nails is the only place I will go to get my nails, pedicures, etc. She does an amazing job!!!

We are from out of town and went by the previous reviews to go see Sue. She was excellent w my feet. She fully met my requests, and very importantly, my boyfriends feet needed SO much attention and she met every detail (w good humor too!). We are very happy we chose this location and wish we could take her back w us to VA.

Sue is always accommodating. I have been going to her for years. I have struggled with nails lifting and not staying on. She has a new product that is a powder dip with no odor or chemical. It is similar to gel or acrylic but is healthier for your nails and adheres to my nails better than any other products. She also does great facials with microderm abrasion. Thanks Sue!

I have been having my nails done at All About Nails for 18 years! This nail salon does guarantee its work and has very reasonable prices. I have referred friends and family to All About Nails over the years and recommend for you to experience the services the salon has to offer!

This was not a great experience. I am confused on why this place has such high reviews. Maybe people dont worry about cleanliness, (I cringed when she made me walk on her non-vacummed floor)maybe they just like the cheap price of the pedicure, maybe they just dont know that MUCH NICER places exist,but...I am very disappointed and have much higher standards. The owner (I never got her name) cut my leg with her scrub sponge from the numerous times she hit me with it, she tried to cut my nails super short, I had to stop her, and she ran scalding hot water and told me to soak your feet while I do your moms pedicure, its hot because I dont want it to get cold before I do you. I guess she cant refill with warm water if the water gets too cold.I get regular pedicures and thought while my dad is in the hospital, I would take my mom for a pedicure. My mom was very displeased. The owner fussed at my mom for being ticklish asking her...Have you never had a pedicure before. I have been doing this for 21 years, you act like you have never had one before! She kept digging into my moms toes with her fingernails.Next time I will follow my gut and walk out of a place if it looks like this. Now I have to worry about a foot fungus!

Aweful! Did a terrible job will a gel manicure. She waited until I paid and started my nails to tell me that shes not very good with gel, then proceeded to tell me that I was making a mistake by getting gel because acrylic is better and she does a good job with acrylic. I paid 30 dollars to have uneven gel that didnt cure because her UV lamps are terrible and didnt set the polish. The tips were all uneven and she couldnt round them at the base to clean them up. There was hair everywhere in my nail polish, and when I pointed it out she literally ignored me! The hair was sealed under the nail polish. She used an old loufa to scrub my feet after my pedicure, those things hold so much bacteria! It was disgusting! All of her nail polish was very old! No new product. I will never return, and definitely do not recommend this place. Plenty of better options available in Erie

I booked a last minute mani pedi for my wedding day on New Years Eve from Sue. I ended up getting acrylic nails , something Ive never had done before, and I completely loved it. Sue is professional and experienced, she made me feel comfortable and her prices were more than reasonable. I would recommend her to anyone! !

Only one technician and she didnt know how to do almond shape nails never will go there again. Nails were so ugly.

I was charged $70 for a pedicure and acrylic overlay manicure. For that money I received various cuts on my fingers that are very painful, my toenail polish has spots that are messed up, my acrylic overlay on my fingernails is uneven, my french manicure looks awful. Its uneven and its embarrassing. I tried to tell her my fingernails had no acrylic in spots where there should be acrylic and Sue wouldnt fix it. The place is dirty. I wasnt impressed. The owner is nice, but does terrible work.

She hasnt cleaned the foot bath ever,dirt rings around it,awful nails,shes rude,unsanitary and all of the equipment isnt washed,barely does a pedicure,cant do nails properly,over charges,never going back. Dont waist your time ,she made both me and my mother feel very uncomfortable,asked intrusive questions.

Dirty, dusty, cluttered, Sue asked me to pay $2.00 pre manicure to cover card payment , very bad communication! Polish peeled off in 2 days after! Gross place. NEVER AGAIN! Id rather pay more for peeps that can speak ENGLISH & understand me! & have a CLEAN AREA! HORRIBLE! Whod she pay to write those phoney reviews?
