Good place good nails. Small location and I like small businesses

I went there a hand full of times if my 1st choice was to busy..... she charged me 60 dollars for a full set!!!!!!! I’ve been getting my nails done for 16 years and never paid that much lol when asked she stated I got them longer so that’s why. Very unprofessional and wasn’t even worth the money terrible job fell off and broke 2 days later I wanted to go back and say for 60 dollars re-do these but wasn’t worth it to me do not recommend!!!

I look forward to coming here to get my nails 💅 done. It is so relaxing😌

The owner was nice enough and not rushed. In fact it took 40 min for a fill. My nails are not all the same length and the French manicure is different on every nail and some of them are filed sideways instead of straight across. I also have a cut on my cuticle now which happens but I don’t know. Of all the places I’ve been in Erie , this is the worst. I have to get them re done and I’ve never had to do that. I wanted to like them. I’m not picky, I usually just tell them what I want and then don’t pay attention but the language barrier is a very big issue as well . There is white polish all under my nails and pink that I don’t even know how that got there. Ugh

Terrible and rushed experience. Save yourself the trouble and don’t come here. You’ll end up having to spend more money in the end going somewhere else to undo the damage. When I came in about 3pm on a Monday there was no one but the owner there. So she started on my nails. I had an acrylic overlay that I did myself because I know how to do acrylics. She offered me a job after finding out I did my own. I said no thank you because I’m already busy enough at work and don’t feel like doing my own nails after doing everyone else’s. After about 5 minutes two more ladies came in she told them 30 minutes. And we had just started. She was rushing a lot. Had a terrible attitude. Like 1/3 through my service which was awful she took the other clients and started on them to get them into staying and no going somewhere else because they were on the phone calling around to see if any other places would take them sooner. Very disrespectful service. Told her twice my nails were too thick. And she would slightly go over them and laugh at me every time as if I don’t know what I’m talking about. Needless to say I won’t be back. Had to go home and undo the damage. Made more work for myself.

First time I came here to get my nails done, and Im very impressed. She was very sweet, and my nails turned out perfect! I will be a faithful customer from here on out. Not to mention it was cheap, so I got to leave her a nice tip. She was so happy, and so was I.

Every nail is a different shape and size and they are all crooked. never coming here again!!

The lady is really sweet does a great job, ood price unfortunatley tools and foot baths were not washed appropriately and could be considered unhygenic.

Very rushed. Paid for gel nails and they peeled off within 3 days. Only 1 lady there the whole time for the 2 of us and the pedicure only took 15 minutes. Do not recommend

I have been going here for years and ita the only place I will go! Kim is amazing and never hurts me! Also I hardly ever have a nail break even know I put them through hell and back! Im always comfortable when there and the new remodeling looks absolutely wonderful! I wouldnt and wont go anywhere else ! Kim has officially been my nail lady for at least the last five years and I plan to keep it that way!

The lady there is very nice and did an excellent job!

People were very nice and friendly.... however, I requested designs on my nails, showed them a picture and they said they could do it, but the nails didnt turn out very good at all! In fact they looked nothing like the picture! :(

I was in town for a few weeks and found this place by luck. The place is clean, comfortable and the lady was not only professional but specializes in ingrown toe nail corners. Awesome!!!

My best friend and I came in around 415 to each get fills. It was like we had ruined their day. They rushed through the whole process and my friend ended up with nails three times thicker than normal. She had asked them several times to file them down and they kept telling her they would get to it later. We both got the same type of polish yet hers were $3 more than mine. Ive never felt more rushed and annoyed in my life. When we were paying the gentleman ripped the receipt out of her hands half say through her signing. It was an all around miserable experience and needless to say we will not be returning.

Terrible customer service, never answers the phone always has her Away on break sign up full salon with only ONE worker. Dont reccomend

1 Star is too high my nails were supposed to be coffin shape none of them are and they are all uneven!!! The nail tech kept cutting and burning my skin!! I have bruises around my cuticles and scars !

Got my nails done with the gel... Just on my nails and this was a friday. Noticed Saturday half my nails were missing the Gel on the sides. So went back Monday to get them fixed, the lady was really rude. She only wanted to fix certain nails, so i asked for money back and was told no. That Friday and that Monday she was the only worker there .. And when there was 2 other people there, she would do one thing n then move to the next person and so on.. Worst place I have ever been!

Terrible job. My nails were sloppy and uneven. I ended up having to get a whole new set at a different salon as they were crumbling off.

When I got there u was like yessaasNo one was there. First red flag🤦I sit down to get my nails repaited with gel polish nothing more was told it would be 15🙄 but ok whatever she is rushing and has the drill on high burning my nails and making the very uneven. Mind u its my natural nails. The gel polish job this lady did was trash. They are over priced extremely rude and act like there are 100ppl waiting to get nails done she rushed n did sloppy job

Horriable job all my nails are uneven one hand is longer then the other she cut my cuticles and was during my nails they are so thick. Wont be ever going back again they are horriable. Go to HOT NAILS next to giant eagle on 12th.

My friend and I showed up a little after 5 on a Sunday for mani/pedis.The shop looks freshly re-modeled, the spa chairs, customer chairs and the nail tech chairs at the stations look practically brand new... It was less than an hour from closing, which already had us feeling a bit guilty, but its the only time we could pull off girls day until September...There was only one person working, and she was working with another pair of girls getting their nails done. She welcomed us and after just a few minutes to allow us to pick our polish, got us set up in spa chairs so we could soak while she finished the nail art on the other guests. We got to fully enjoy a long soak in the chairs and even though it was basically closing time when she started the first of 4 services, she meticulously and thoroughly gave us each our pedis and then gave us the same attention and care while she gave us our manis (one of which was gel). Not a single minute we were there, did we feel like she rushed or that we were not getting the best treatment. We left looking great, feeling great and are already looking at schedules to make this our regular go to spot!

Cut my heel open during a pedicure so severely that Im still wearing a bandage two weeks later. She was rushing.

I used to come here years ago with my mother and sister and it was always a great experience. So I took my daughter here. I will start by saying Marisol is extremely nice! Very friendly and talked with the entire time. However, I’ve never had nails done so poorly. 20 fingers she did and not a single one was the same shape. The colors were cured goopy so their were thick patches of gel on our nails. I asked multiple times to reshape nails and after being there for 2.5 hours we were tired and wanted to go. We both took our nails off immediately. I feel terrible to leave this review but I’m also upset at spending 120 dollars plus tips, just to go hope and both take them off. I wouldn’t go back here even if all other salons were booked. I do also feel it could’ve been a little cleaner. She didn’t wipe tables between us and previous customer and the tables were filled with old filings from previous.
