I’m not sure why the tech used clear acrylics just to paint the tips white. I do not like this technique at all, when I finally realized what she was doing I mentioned it and she brushed it off like it was nothing and continued to do her thing. I typically just get the white acrylics, what’s the point in painting clear ones when I know they have white? I’ve gotten them there before white. You can clearly see the acrylics under because she didn’t paint enough to cover them. She saw the slit on my ring finger and paint is not even. Super dissatisfied.

The nails are really cute and I love them but the customer service was a little off they weren’t very nice and kind of had an attitude but other than that it was pretty good my c was kind of upset because they told her that they didn’t have square nails for a shape which didn’t make sense because the nail first comes in the shape of a square.

I absolutely lived my nails. I picked out orange glittery polish and I asked for a design with more flair and she put glittery polish on the ends and dragged it up to look like fire or fireworks. I got severL compliments on them before I left and 2 ladies said they were going to get the same thing.

Beautiful Nails is a new go to! They were super professional, and very inexpensive considering how good they turned out! They were friendly, funny, and considerate of the design I wanted. They got me in and out in an hour, and were super professional the whole time. I will be returning again soon!

Always do amazing work sometimes one of the girls can be a little grumpy but they do their job very well and they do have a lot of people so they get it done pretty quickly good job guys

Got my sister and I a full set there. She got a gel set and I got a gel set with gems on my ring fingers. It wasn’t too cleanly there from what I could tell. They did take their time shaping my nails which I very much appreciated. However, I feel as though I was over-charged for the services my sister and I got. As I’m looking at some of these reviews, it seems most people were charged $25-30 for a full gel set. I’m just not understanding how mine and my sisters nails together ended up with a grand total of $90. I mean I get that I got a couple of gems, but that would add up to about $30 dollars for gems which doesn’t make any sense to me. So yeah, someone tell me if I’m just being crazy, but I definitely feel like I’ve been over-charged.

Complained about giving me what I asked for and then charged a ton extra. All I wanted was a pedicure and a polish change (I have no acrylic or enhancements, just gel polish on my nails).

Was seated about 3mins of arriving. They asked out service & then color choice. Was nicely greater and seated. They instantly went to work, no pain or discomfort on either of us and my husbands feet are hideous lol. The fact the lady didnt gag was enough courtesy and good service for me. The pricing is very affordable for the quality provided. Definitely will be using them again in future.

Charged me $75 for a full set with no designs, polish, rhinestones/gems just acrylic and CLEAR gel top coal. My nails were huge and she left acrylic on my skin

I was here on Tuesday to get my full set. Tammy did mine. As I was sitting waiting for them to dry I thought they looked really good then after I left I realized that the top coat was super bubbly and she didn’t put the top coat all the way to the top of the nail so it left this weird uneven line on almost all the nails. I was already nervous to spend the money to get my nails done because I had only done it once before years ago and it turned out terrible. Maybe I’ll try a new place. My set was $20. I guess I got what I paid for.

This place knows how to effectively and efficiently get you to where you need to be by asking you what you want to get done and taking the next available employee suitable for the job. A multitude of colors on turn styles. Only down fall is that it needs a ventilating system to get rid of the smell before you get high or pass out. Overall 9/10

I’ve gone to the foot lady that usual sits in the middle twice now and she has made me bleed and I asked her to not go over a nail because it was ripped it form the last set I had she burnt my skin mutual times she didn’t listen to what I wanted she did her way.I think it she is going to burn people and not listen to what they want she should stick to feet.this makes me not wanna come back

They always do a good job but even if you make an appointment you dont get in on time. So, why bother? I had a 1pm appointment they didnt take my daughter back until 1:35pm. Just make sure you have no other obligations before going or you have lots of time to wait.

I wish I could add photos. I came here two days ago for a dip manicure. The side of my thumb was chipped before she even finished. I wanted to see if she would’ve fixed it or just let it go...she let it go. On top of that, she told me she couldn’t add dip sparkle on my nails and the she has to do a gel sparkle on top. It left my nails bumpy and not smooth. The woman told me to go wash my hands and when I got back, she was working on another client!! I sat there for 10 minutes waiting for her to come back to me. If you ask me, that’s incredibly unprofessional. Hire more people if your shop is that busy. After one day, the top gel layer is peeling off my nails. The only good thing I can say is the price...but maybe you get what you pay for. So disappointed!

I have been to these ladys 4 different times now, and they havent disappointed. They all do a fantastic job, and are so polite. This past visit was my favorite by far though. The intricacy in the design on my nail is phenomenal. And they are very reasonably priced. I wont see anyone else to do my nails now. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Usually I don’t have a problem with going to beautiful nails because usually they do phenomenal work. Except now I feel like they are starting to rush more and not do the greatest job. I have an obviously crooked nail that I will be going to get fixed. Most times I love my nails and have no complaints.

The staff there are so friendly. Know my daughter and granddaughters by name. Their name says it all. I felt beautiful when I left.

Its not the best place in town and ppl need to stop saying that or venture out so they know better. The more ppl in the shop the faster and sloppier they work on your nails. They dont honor appointments so idk why they bother offering appointment scheduling at all. Theyre skills as far as designs are minimal and they are not up to date with the new nail art and techniques.

I decided to treat myself and get my nails done for my birthday. I went in without an appt. told them what I wanted. I didnt have to wait long for them to start. Tammy did a wonderful job on my nails. I will definitely be going back.

Service was horrible they discriminated against the person in a wheelchair claiming that her arms will get cut on the plastic window and there was nothing wrong with her arms she was able to sit up she can move her arms then she can move herself from chair to chair when I explain this to the guy he ignored us kept going to other people even walk-ins so we left and went to Fashion Nails where we was treated with the utmost respect and kindness

Absolutely the worst nail place Ive ever gone to. Im from cincinnati, and came down here for a wedding. The bride, her sister, and I all came so we could go together since her sister lives in PA, and us in OH. They made is wait 1/2 hour (we had an appointment) they wouldnt let us sit together in the salon at all. The ride and j bith got fill sets and her sister, just a manicure. I hear the bride from across the room tell her nail tech that she didnt like the shape of her nails, and then I heard the nail tech tell her no that she wasnt going to fix it. I asked my nail tech to fix the shape of my thumbs TWICE. when they were done, we paid and left. Halfway down the road we decided to turn around and go get our money back because my nails had bubbles on every single one, and all of my nails were all different sizes, and the bride was in tears because hers looked so bad as well. Needless to say they wouldnt give us our money back because its their policy. They offered to fix them, but with a ton of attitude and wouldnt eve. Let us talk at that point. We just wanted to do something nice the day before her wedding and these woman ruined her day. Good thing I live out of town because I would never recommend this place.

Everyone was nice but the guy who did my pedicure clearly was new. He dug into my toenail so hard I now have an infection. It throbbed so bad for two days I could hardly sleep. Now, 4 later, its oozing. Will never go back!!!

Nail tech. Tried cutting off old acrylic nails she didnt even soak them. She took a pair of scissors and tried to cut it off while cutting my real nail and ripping it off. Very painful and bled badly. I do not recommend this salon. Tech name was Houng.

Each and every nail tech just denied me services, they claim because the women that normally do my nails is on vacation and they will not do my nails!! This is wrong on so many levels and very disgusting and unprofessional, I have the video and I am sharing it on all my social sites! They dont even deserve to be open!! They told me I was too picky!! They told me they was scared to do my nails im not sure if it was a race thing but I do know this is discrimination at its finest!!! And I have many witnesses to prove it.
