They did a good job overall with the pedicure, we got the wax and hot stone treatment. Gel polished could have been applied a little better as some areas didnt have full polish. They were probably rushing due to their influx of customers shortly after we arrived (we scheduled ahead since there were four of us). I would definitely go back though and look at the polish before I leave.

I went here about a week ago with my sister and was told they could get us in at the time we wanted. When we got there 2 people got up from their pedi chairs because they were waiting forever and said they will come back some other time. None of the workers even looked up or said anything. When we tried to see if another place could take us they said they were able to do our pedis. They did a horrible job! They left my toenails super long and edgy and all my polish is coming off already! I had to go home and cut my own nails and my sisters was awful as well! What a waste of money! Definitely don’t recommend going here!!

The nail tech doing my nails was extremely rude and impatient with me. He did not listen to what I wanted in regards to design or length. I will never be returning here. Although he was quick and the nails still look fine, it is not at all what I asked for.

They have no people skills. Me and my 3 sisters were in their 4 hours for pedicures & manicures & they never even spoke to us. I was telling the lady as she was filing my nails that they were u even she has an attitude. They are very aggressive when handeling your toes & feet. My sisters were with me and my little sister got a basic pedicure with normal nail polish and they charged her $55 when they’re sign clearly states $30. They don’t have prices for acrylic full set with powder. Me and my sister got the same basic nails & exact same length and they charged her $65 & I was charged $80 & when we asked about pricing the lady proceeded to laugh in our face and the man told us if we didn’t like it we didn’t have to come back.They are con artists & my family & I will never be going back. GO TO GALAXY NAILS ON BUFFALO RD & ASK FOR LINDA SHE NEVER DISAPPOINTS!!!😁

Don’t bother making an appointment - they don’t honor them. Waited 30 minutes and left. The customer’s time is valuable, too.

I’m writing this as I wait literally two hours past my appt time (11am) for a pedicure. There was a walk in that sat next to me and got tended to within 15 mins… this was a hour into me being here… This is also my first time trying this place due to my original place being booked. Never again. I wanted to get the most expensive one but now since I’m running on time I am getting the basic.

Called before arriving, and they said they were not busy at all and it wouldn’t be a problem for 2 pedicures. We walk in and there’s about 10 people getting manicures and pedicures. We thought maybe there would be someone in the back that would come out for us, but we were wrong lol. We are still here and it’s been an hour with no one acknowledging us. Absolutely unreal. Don’t tell us to come in if we have to wait this long!

They were absolutely amazing. My daughter ha d gotten her nails done previously from a different salon. They did a horrible job. Lee fixed her nails for her and told her that he is her go to for nails. Made sure she rembered his name and made my 14 year old feel important.

Kim does a great job with eyebrows and nails.

I had a 10 am appointment. I was still waiting at 10:35am with 4 people ahead of me waiting so I left. I called and expressed my concerns and the only thing “Lee” could say was “oh... thank you bye bye”. Very unprofessional and will never go back. They need to learn how to schedule accordingly. I would have not given a star but I had to to leave a review. 👎

Always a long wait. Dont bother making a appointment your still waiting hours.

I went in for a dip manicure today. I had an appointment with Kim per a recommendation of a friend. I do not think Kim was the one who did my nails although I told them I had an appointment with her. When the tech was done, I asked her to fix a nail that was lumpy. She took it upon herself to fix two more. My pinky should have been fixed too. The worst part is how bad she cut me. Nothing like showing off your new manicure with blood around it. Don’t think I’ll be back.

I am obsessed!! Not only are they cheap but they do the best work in Erie hands down!! So glad I was recommended this place

The only reason Im not giving a 5 star is because the lady knicked my pinky and its a bit sire this morning. Short of that I have to say Ive never had a full set of acrylics look as good as mine do. I am so very happy with my nails.

The guy working there even took our pictures for us. Very friendly, reasonable prices, no rushing the job! The chairs all have a remote that gives you your choice of back massages too! A+

The man that did my nails was so rough on my fingers they were sore the next day, he also filed my nails extremely crooked and when I brought it up to him he said no it’s not. Smh I’ll never go back!

Pedicure. Mediocre at best. Nails werent filed level and polish is sloppy. I brought my own polish too. The operators English was quite poor and of course she expected a tip. Perhaps they are better performing manicures.

Always satisfied and very happy with KimShe takes the time to make my nails beautiful everytime. I get the powder dip with white tips and they look so natural..I get many compliments..they all do a wonderful job in their salon..

I have given this place 3 tries and every time they did my nails the were messed up . They are uneven . Not painted all the way and 2 of my fingers cut one is now infected and I have been putting medicine on it since Thursday. One nail is so bad it has a lip on it that is catching stuff on it and its back by the cuticle not somewhere I can file and fix.and each time I told them about the issue the gentleman there told me it was just me they were fine. Um I dont think so !! Their is no such thing and customer is always right or satisfaction guaranteed with this place. Very dissatisfied .. the older lady is the one that did them 2 of the times and the gentleman did them the first time want pics I have them!!

I had a rough go at V Nails my first time visiting. An older lady did my pedicure and it took about 2-2.5hrs. It was bad. Nail polish got spilled everywhere, my toes were bleeding because she went too deep on my cuticles, and it left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. Almost to the point I didnt go back. But when I left that evening without getting my manicure because Id already been there way past what Id expected, the owner gave me 50% off and swore shed make it right the next time I came in. A couple weeks later, I took a chance again. I didnt expect them to remember me, but they did and I kid you not, best gel manicure Ive gotten outside of Pittsburgh and they gave me a discount again for the fiasco with my pedicure. I live 45 minutes away and am happy to drive to Erie for them. I just went again last night and again Im so very happy with my manicure. Its $25 for a gel manicure, theyre the best, theyre friendly and nice to be around, the salon is clean and honestly probably the most aesthetically pleasing Ive been to, and it lasts so dont be stingy with your tip. It would cost me $40 where Im at without tip so I usually tip $10-$15 at V. Theyre so very worth every penny. Ill never go anywhere else unless Im in a pinch.

I waited for over 40 minutes. My nail dip was not applied properly and within 5 days my nails were chipped. I basically paid $45 to have decent looking nails for less than 5 days.

Very nice people, very clean, great work. However, they dont seem to put any value on having an appointment time . Imade an appointment for 10:00 a.m., arrived 20 minutes early, was immediately put in a chair to soak my feet , and then was never worked on until 10:35, and that was only after speaking up twice that I had had a 10:00 a.m. appointment and needed to be out of there by 11:30. The mani/pedi were great, but it wasnt at all the relaxing experience I had hoped for.

We have been here three times, and have found this to be the best of the four other nail salons we have visited. The work is excellent. We have never experienced a cut or painful event. The foot and leg massages are done well. Other places have given us perfunctory and monotonous massages. But most importantly, our nails look beautiful. What more could you want.

I made an appointment for 930 the day before. I got there on time and there were 4 workers working on 4 other people. If those 4 other had appointments then they should have told me that time wouldnt work and if they walked in they should have made sure someone was available to do my nails at 930 or shortly after not a hr later. Never Im sorry its taking so long. When the lady did come over and I explained to her what I wanted it seemed like I was a pain. No offer on a discount for the wait when told 930 would be fine. It took her a hr to them witch is fine. My nails look good only a few small things but nothing really noticable. I got fake nails only tips done two different colors and it was $45. I went bc I saw so many good things online and good price people say but I saw this lady get her feet done and massage and real nails painted and she paid $50. I just dont understand the price of my nails.

Increasingly disappointing. I first visited here close to their opening. I was pleasantly shocked at their deducation to hygiene (plastic wraps to their pedicure basins, opened sterilized tool pack in front of you).When I returned 3wks later for another pedicure. the lady scolded me for how bad if shape my gret were in and that I should get pedicures more often. When I had told her 3 was she asked where I went and that I needed to come to them. She was shocked when I said them.Since then. no one seems to have used sterilized tools on me. I feel like theyre hacking at my hands and feet and digging under my nails. THe worst part is their gel manicures have lasted me less than a week probably the past 5 times Ive gone. Not sure if its the gel polish brand or something to do with the technique.Most recently I arrived at 4:35 for walk in pedi. One woman was waiting ahead of me, 4 people being serviced by 4 nail techs. I asked how long was the wait, they said not long. 45minutes later it was my turn. In the mean time 6 separate reservations showed up. Each and everyone of those poor woman had a very long wait ahead of them. I felt bad for them! Why do salons accept reservations when they have no intent of honoring them?
