I tried this place out bc it had such good reviews but my experience was terrible. After sitting almost 2 hours for my shellac manicure, they realized during the top coat application that they had used regular polish, not shellac, and had to start over. Gave 2 stars bc the owner tried to make it right by giving me $5 off. Probably won’t be returning here again for lack of knowledge. Nails don’t look right, even after all that time.

I love coming to She Nails next to Rusty Melon for my pedicures. Ann the owner is super nice and the staff gives the most wonderful and relaxing pedicure! They include an amazing salt scrub and hot stone massage for only $25!!! The nail salon is beautiful and very clean!!! I highly recommend this place to everyone. Amazing...amazing...amazing!!!

I called to make an appointment for a mani/pedi and they were able to take me the moment I got there, and did my manicure and pedicure at the same time!! I got regular polish on both my nails and toes and it’s been a week with minimal nail chipping and no toenail polish has come off at all. They were attentive and the quality can’t be beat! Also, I’ve been to quite a few nail salons around Erie and this one by far has the best prices and wonderful staff. They will now be my go-to place!

Ann, the owner, is an excellent business manager and the newly updated salon is bright and cheerful. They are very careful with their COVID precautions. She Nails was great! I work across the street so I thought I’d try it out. I had a deluxe pedi and a shellac mani. It was wonderful! I paid $65 total and it was worth every penny! It was clean and the nail techs did a fantastic job. Will definitely be coming back!

The best spot in town to get your nails done! Greeted with a smile at the door and are recognized with names and exactly what we like. They always take their time and give us exactly what we want. The massages they give to our arms and feet are heavenly! I absolutely adore Emily who gave me my most recent manicure and does amazing almond shape nails. The store is always sparkling clean and I feel like royalty every time I step inside. Everyone there is so personable and they talk to you throughout the process and make sure it’s exactly what you want. I absolutely love this place and always highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Bad quality, they didn’t clean our cuticles during mani or pedi. Nail were uneven, bumpy and missing powder in couple of areas. Bad experience for my daughters first time getting her nails done. I was very excited for her till I seen the result. Nails didn’t have a professional touch.

Wonderful people who are friendly, meticulous, and very thorough. If you want a quick manicure or pedicure this may not be the place for you. My Mother and I have been regulars here for several months. I can not recommend highly enough the ladies at She Nails. The service and the staff are incredible! They take the time to get to know you as a customer, and are very inviting each time you return. They do an incredible job on my nails (I usually do the dip). They are efficient and the nails turn out amazing-- and last a long time too. They are also realistic-- if they are slammed they wont tell you 5min and have you wait, full well knowing that itll be 30 min before they can actually get to you. Theyll make apologies and give you a realistic time frame of when they can get you in. I receive comments all the time at work about my nails and I ALWAYS refer them to She Nails!

I feel like I’ve become a person that they know by face and by name genuinely care about my family and are always happy and wanting to make me happy with my nails or toes which ever it may be I am one of those customers that are rather picky this family and the people that work for them are amazing people and I’m glad to call them my family always and forever doing my nails at she nails

Best massage with a basic pedicure ever! My husbands massage was shorter, but they spent a lot of time making his nails presentable, so they put the time in! The inside is a little run down and doesnt look the nicest. But the technicians were nice and they give you a lot of time.

The staff is really friendly. The shop is nice and clean. They have been under new management and the shop is now totally different. I got a great experience with my pedicure. They did a great job with callus remove, sugar scrub, lavender lotion, hot stone, hot towel just for a regular pedicure. Highly recommended.

I have returned to She Nails after a very large break. Staff before vs. staff now- wow BIG difference! Now it is a comfortable and HAPPY place. I was greeted warmly at the door, my name remembered and the manicure was wonderful!!! I will be back.

I came in with my 5 year- old daughter and they were just so nice to us that they gave my girl some lollipops (not just for her, but her brother at home too). They took their time to make it perfect and also paid attention to details. I was so glad that I found them. Stay local!

I came in around 6:45, needed to get my nails done badly for the trip. Thought they didnt let me in, but they were so nice. They took their time and stayed until 8:00 for my dipping powder and shellac pedicure. Such a nice place to come! Highly recommended!

I went in there with my daughter for my birthday. Not a good birthday either. She was paying for me and I was paying for her. I asked the lady for the 25.00 nails so my daughter wouldnt have to spend alot. So mine were supposed to be 25.00 and my daughters were supposed to be 45.00. Our appointment was at 11 and they overbooked so we were there 2 and a half hours. They did an awful job. They were all crooked, nail tips werent even glued to my nails properly. There was a big space between natural nails and nail tips. They polish that they put on my nails was thick and chunky. They also put the nails really far away from my cuticles so it looked like I had gone 2 months without redoing my nails. Then about 3 days later I had my nail just pop right off like a damn press on nail. Then when it was all said and done they charged me 45.00 when it was supposed to be 25.00 then 55 for my daughter when it was supposed to be 45.00. Then we tipped 10.00 which I shouldnt have, but I felt bad. I totally got ripped off and got stuck with the crappiest nails that Ive ever had and out a whole lot of money. Plus, they arent clean. They had pedicures done and they never cleaned in between clients. Dont waste your time or money. Very dissatisfied.

First time here and absolutely loved it!! Ladies were so nice. Had a pedi and was amazing. Put me to sleep:) very clean and loved that all the polishes where in color order, so very easy to pick out color. Ive been going to Snappy Nails for years and this place puts them to shame!! Found me a new nail salon.

I called and they said itd be 30 to do acrylic nails then when I got there they said 40. After Henry finished my nails I saw him put tools that should be sterilized back on the same sterile bag. 😵And he didnt put much care into the nails as they turned out crooked and im starting to see one of my nails lift after a DAY!!!Plus he didnt take off all the blue polish I had on before putting on my acrylics... im bummed it seems like the only good place is opl nails in Thornton. I need to stop giving these other places a try. 😔 They were really nice but that doesnt make up for the quality.

Awful. Will not be returning. Made an appointment but still waited 40 minutes, and then they rushed through our service. They put clear coat on my toes before the polish was dry so that it looked terrible. The lady who did my manicure somehow managed to do a reverse oval shape (so that the curve was going into the nail) rather than a square. On top of that, manicure polish was lumpy and uneven. They sat me at a manicure table that had not been cleaned from the previous customer and was covered in nail clippings. They are not concerned with hygiene at all. Do not recommend.

The people were very nice there, but the man who did my mani and pedi got nail polish on mySkin and not on my nails on almost every nail. The end results didn’t look very good. It also took a very long time for how they turned out.

I tried them late yesterday afternoon for the first time and Im not going back. The whole shop was run down and the build up of dust on the cord behind the front counter indicated they dont clean up or sweep nearly often enough. I was missing one nail tip and the woman working on me was just going to rebase my natural nail rather than putting a new tip on. I had to ask her about that and then tell her twice that I wanted a new tip (would have looked ridiculous otherwise.). The arm rest at my station was torn up and very scratchy on my arms. When I went to wash my hands, the soap was so watered down that it wasnt soap at all, and none of the nail brushes looked like they had been sterilized in weeks, if not longer. Although I did not get a pedicure, I always watch to see they are done at any new shop I try. Here I noticed they dont use bowl liners and, of the three women getting pedicures, I didnt see any bowl cleaned with proper disinfectant spray afterward. Ive worn acrylics nails for the better part of 30 years. I know how a shop should be maintained, too, because I researched it several years back. Again, I will not be back.

My friends and I went here a few weeks ago and had a terrible experience. When we got there they couldnt understand what we wanted, even though it was something simple. When they started they used dirty appliances. Then when i asked for mine to just be filed They clipped them real sort. Then when they put on the nails they were crooked. Then when they were in the middle of doing are nails they went on there phones for a long time. When they we using the Electric file they cut us many times so deep that we were bleeding and it went into the polish. When we didnt know what they were telling us to do we looked at them and they hit us with the file many times. When we were done the fan was not working and the light was burnt out. Are friend got them done for prom and was very disappointed with the silver French tip it looked like sharpe and they would not let her choose her color. Then when I chose mine I had to choose 3 different ones because they were all dried up. The place was very dirty never going there again and very pricey. Only go there if u want the worst experience of your life.

Really terrible. Went for a full set. The guy completely ruined the shape I kept telling him it was wrong and he wouldnt listen, then when some other lady is taking them off she takes over a hour and cuts into my real nails.and files them so thin they hurt This place is terrible. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Never coming here again. They are rude and dont listen. I dont even think half of them are certified. Now Im going to be extremely late to my date with horrible nails that took over 2 hours. Dont go here. Ever.

I have been coming here for a while now and Iove it!! Hieu is amazing and he does such a good job! I have gotten so many designs and so many types of nails! He is so funny and friendly. I always come to Nails Crazy! I highly recommend them!

I will never come here again! The people are very unfriendly and they wont listen. The store is filthy - dust all over their work stations and the floors are neither vaccumed nor mopped. The ambience is off and their people are never smiling and play on their phones all the time. The light on their drying station is burnt out and they were trying to tell me the fan is enough. Not a good selection on nail polish colors either - they seem old.I do not recommend this place.

I went in to get a set of stiletto acrylics, the people were nice but the man who did my nails told me he hated doing stiletto nails. Which I was a little surprised hed be so open about to someone getting said nails. Anyways, after about 8 days (I counted) my nails started lifting at the cuticle which had never happened to me before. My mother went the exact same day with me for acrylics, and hers havent shown any sign of lifting. I went in to see what they could do about it and they said it was normal for acrylics. I asked for either a refund or for them to fix it, but in order for me to fix it they said Id have to pay another $40. And no refund. Very disappointed in this place and definitely never going back.

Just went today and it was very dirty in there and spent $80 for shellac mani and pedi and they only rub u for like 1 minute i will not be returning they need to clean in there real bad, but they do have good massage chairs. But also my nail shellac came out nice.

I heard great things about this shop. So, decided to spoil myself with a mani / pedi. This place is one of the worst places Ive visited for nail services. I paid for the upgraded pedi so was excited! The polish station is old and there is limited colors. The guy who did my pedicure did a horrible job. I was in a rush so had to leave. He was very rude and got upset that I accidentally messed up one fingers while putting my hands under the barely working dryer. Once, I got home I took a good look at the job he did and it was horrible. The polish was uneven and bubbles had formed? I called and told them I wanted the polish redone and didnt want to get hassled about it. The guy (Michael) who did the original job redid it (while complaining) about it. So, I left and the polish started to show air bubbles AGAIN! I called again and requested for my money back. Nope, they dont give refunds because they said their employees spent time doing a service. I spoke with Ivy and she promised she would make it better. I went in the next morning at 9:45 am to have her fix the job and after telling me she would be there at 9:45am hadnt arrived yet. I gave up. It shouldnt take 3 times to get a nice polish job. The shop is dirty and there is lots of dust at the work stations. The floors are very gross! I dont think theyve swept or mopped for a very long time. Ick! I will NEVER go here again. I love visiting and supporting local businesses but this one is BAD!

First time, friendly staff especially Marie. Only reason not 5 stars, natural manicure has rough edges/tips, not smooth, so the nails are catching on clothing.

My person was in a hurry and did not follow my directions and he cut my nails unevenly. With the other person with me, the guy was much slower taking his time to do it right. There was over a 15 minute difference in our times.
