My favorite nail salon , absolutely LOVE Linda 💅🏽 Never fails me , always able to do EVERYTHING I want! With no problem 😌

The young girl that worked on my nails was very businesslike and sweet. The shellac on my nails lasted about 2 1/2 weeks. I will definitely go there again.

Ive been there three times so far, and Ive had 2 good experiences, and one that was less than good! The time that I was not impressed, I went in there for a fill. The lady didnt file the entire nail (prior to filling in the acrylic) which left a discoloration on the nail. Then when she filled in the acrylic, she BARELY put any acrylic down, which left the nails VERY brittle. So brittle, that I had to go back within 1 week to get them done again. Along with giving me the crappiest full Ive ever had, they charged me $50 for the fill, when the time prior to that (that Id gotten a full set from scratch) they only charged me $50!!!! So, apparently a new set, and fill, are the same price now?!! I find that odd, since Ive been religiously being my nails done since I was 16, and have NEVER paid the same price for a full set, and a fill. Aside from that one bad experience, though, I cant complain! I used to go to Lucky Nails, but they upped their prices so much, that I couldnt afford to go there anymore! So, I do appreciate their pricing, especially for the quality that you get (aside from the one bad experience, lol). Even though I was less than impressed that one time, I will continue to give them my business, since they listened to my concerns, and fixed it! Cant beat their prices either!

I went to get my nails removed so I wouldn’t damage them doing it myself. The lady there just used a nail tip to rip them all off.

This is my experience - not the best but also not terrible. I called when they opened (10 am) and scheduled an appointment (3 pm) for my 3 daughters (9, 6 and 4) to get their nails painted with a little design (just regular polish).We got there for our appointment and we were asked to have a seat to wait - that it will be a few minutes, which is normal. We ended up getting moved to the back about 30 minutes later into their seats to what I thought was to start their nails. We ended up waiting almost another hour just to start one of my daughters nails.And the person who did them couldn’t do any designs so we had to wait again for another technician to do the designs after the guy painted their nails.Each of them getting their nails painted took a while. My kids are very cooperative and sat patiently waiting.So while their nails are drying we wait over another hour just to get the other technician to add the designs which were only a small flower, smiley face, and polka dots on their accent nails. The painting was good but the designs were very rushed and sloppy.All together we were there over 3 hours. I also had my 2 year old with me so she had a very hard sitting for so long... one of the staff also kept messing with my 2 year old purposely making her upset.If it wasn’t for it being so cheap I would have complained in person.But FYI you are better off just going in for a walk in appointment. They will skip right over you even if you’re there waiting for an appointment that you scheduled if that other person is making them more money.

Very professional, and clean . Came in and only hadTo wait like 10 mins not that longs and got exactly what I was looking for . Will be coming again , and recommend Tracy very good at her job and AMAZING work !

I called to get a pedicure as I was driving they to me to come now … I get there exactly a min later for them to tell me I had to wait for the walk-ins that walked in the door right before I did

The man that did my nails at first put them on wrong and crooked and the glue kept coming off because he wasn’t putting enough on. then the lady that finished them filed them all different shapes and lengths. some are square. some are coffin. and their all different lengths. also not the colors i picked out and they just overall look super ugly. 😐

I went in for an appointment at 4:30 to have my acrylic nails off. I waited 20 minutes for the woman in chair ONE (didn’t get her name) to literally destroy my nails and she SPLIT MY NAIL OPEN trying to get them off and put glue on it to fix the problem. I got up and left. Will never be going back here ever again. Do not waste your time.

I’ve been here many times and it’s hit or miss and more often it’s a miss. Very rushed and when I mentioned some imperfections , I was dismissed. I also know some Vietnamese and know exactly what they were saying about me and others for asking to fix some things. Nothing terribly rude but not professional when a client asks you to fix something they are not happy with. I also had two people switching back and forth and I told the one what I wanted and he didn’t communicate that with the other lady so I ended up with a color I didn’t want, she said I had to ask and I told her I did and he said she knew but obviously didn’t.. I’ve also paid way less for the same thing at this location. It’s okay if you’re in a bind but go somewhere else if you want exactly what you asked for.

After giving many chances to do things right, I’m making today my last day coming to galaxy nails, but I guess you get what you pay for. Not to mention I get charged a different price for the same service every time...Today’s experience was so stressful for me. I came in to get a fill. 2 of my nails that I got done here previously broke off (and even before this, at least one nail broke every time I got them done here). The guy that started on my nails was extremely rough, and not that nice. Linda then came to work on them, and definitely had an attitude. At first when she showed me my nail after filing them pointy, I wasn’t satisfied with the shape. I politely asked her if she could please shape them square rather than pointy. I even stopped her after the first nail before she did my whole hand the same way. She then got an attitude with me, a repeat and paying customer. After filing she told me to wash my hands and started working on someone else’s nails that came in after me. About 15 minutes later, she comes back to work on mine and she obviously rushed. My nails are so sloppy. When I got home I noticed they’re filed unevenly, polish is everywhere, there’s bubbles in my nails, they’re clumpy, and they already seem to be lifting. Even though I’m on a budget, I’m willing to pay a little more money to get quality and friendly service elsewhere. I get my nails done for self care and this is supposed to be a relaxing experience. However, I will say Tracy is the only friendly employee here and she actually takes her time on nails. I should’ve asked for her.

I went to get my nails done for a special occasion. They got my mom and I right in, but never have I ever had my nails done in less than 20 minutes especially for a gel polish! The guy who did my nails did not care about anything I thought or said. He just got my nails done as quick as he could, did not put a top coat on and went and played on his phone with all the other employees. My nails now look streaky, the nail polish has bumps in it, and my nails now are catching on everything cause when he filed them, he did not file them well, they are jagged. When I complained, he did not believe me and the lady laughed and repeated what I said like I was making it up. There was no social distancing and the guy doing my nails kept coughing and sniffling and was not wearing protective gloves when doing my nails. Also I noticed they did not sanitize anything in there. I will not be returning. Only gave them two stars because the guy who did my moms nails was nice and took his time, also they had a lot of colors to chose from.

They are always professonal and do a great job on manicures and pedicures. My daughters and I have been there many times.

Literally the worst nails I’ve ever received. Asked for a full set and received really short nails that don’t even look like I have nails on. Definitely not following covid restrictions either which was really annoying. I was waiting for about 30-40 min after calling first and I was rushed. I have dip all over my skin and under my nails, they’re just a mess overall. Never returning.

Went in because it’s close to home and some people I know love it. I got taken back relatively quickly, however my gel pedicure is already lifting, it’s been 2 days. My dip manicure chipped the second day I had it. They rushed and my manicure is now pulling up on the sides. So disappointed because the owner is very friendly but definitely will not go back and definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.

The workers here are very kind, and thats where the 2 stars come from. I went here because it got good reviews. Maybe they were just super busy, idk. But i asked for coffin nails, and a yellow paint job. Thats. It.But my nails turned out thick, uneven, bumpy, and knicked. Im a single mom, so i didnt have time to have them redone, especially since i didnt even see anyone until 40 minutes after my appointment time. I hope this review inforces a little change because ive hated my nails for yhe past 2 weeks now. 😒

Not happy at all! My daughter and I went, she got her nails just painted with gel, and mine filled with two needing to be repaired. Waited an hour which is NOT the problem..without an appointment I will wait for hours if the quality is good! They were all in a complete rush and that itself puts out poor work! My nails are horribly shaped. I asked her to reshape mine twice! Still horrible! Also of course not noticing until after I left, she totally forgot to clear coat my one thumb nail! Ugh! My daughters one thumb has a big clump of nail polish where it was left to dry that way. Never again! Wanted somewhere closer to my home, I will drive to QUEEN NAILS to get quality service! Save your money! Incredibly disappointed!

Best nail salon in Erie! I refuse to go anywhere else, if you like different things done to your nails & are very picky about it like i am then Linda is the best one to see she does such a great job with mine! The younger girl who does my pedicures is also very good! ... They also have a much larger selection to choose from then other salons from colors down to basically what ever you could think of.. I highly recommend this nail salon

I had made an appointment for my first visit. I was looking for a nail salon closer to where I live. As I arrived, I received no greeting. I sat for 15 minutes before anyone asked what I was there for. I told them I had an appt for pink and white fills.One girl asked if I had picked my product. Another girl told me to sit down and wait. I left after 30 minutes of waiting. If you are booking appointments, you shouldnt say to come in a certain when you know you are busy. There was a young girl who had waited 2 hours. They had only done her hands and not her toes. She also walked out.Update, I have been back a few times and every person that has worked on my nails has been very good. Staff is friendly and works quickly. Prices are reasonable. I will continue to go there and recommend to others.

I switched from lucky nails because I always waited at least 2 hours there to get my nails done even when I had an appointment. Ever since I’ve come here I come in and Grace takes me within 15 minutes and does a phenomenal job!!!! I will not go anywhere else!!

I went here because it was closer to my house, and I am so happy that I did! My nails are cute, and everyone was extremely friendly. Just made my second appointment and will continue to go here.

Linda is wonderful! I have been getting my nails done religiously for over 15 years and Im particular about the way I like my nails. She takes her time, does a wonderful job, and is a very sweet and kind person! I would recommend her shop to anyone. Its also very clean and beautiful inside!

I have only been once with a co worker and we had to wait at least an hour and a half. I got a full set and medium length. My nails had lumps in them from the acrylic. They didnt even bother to smooth them out at all. I did however like the amount of different colors and polish types.

My cousin and I had gotten two full sets and i got Jaden.. He did a very good job. And Jaden also took his time and payed attention to the small details... i would for sure go back mine and my cousins nails look very good.

Wife and daughter stopped in on Wednesday after five for a walk in. She was incredibly impressed with how clean the place is and friendly everyone was. they picked their colors and sat down in chair immediately. found their new nail salon and they will be back. wont go anywhere else

I was a loyal customer for a while and wouldnt go anywhere else but Galaxy Nails. I live in Millcreek and took a $20 Uber ride each way just so that I could my nails done the right way the first time. Then, one day things changed! My most recent visit will be my absolute last. I called on my way about 10 minutes before I arrived and was told 30 minutes, I said I would come and wait because with Christmas coming up I knew that as it got later in the day they would be busier and the next few days would be slammed. When I arrived a couple minutes after 4:00 pm, I waited about 15-20 minutes which I was expecting. I was directed by Linda the owner to sit in her area, and I did. She finished up someone elses nails, took the old polish off mine, then walked away and painted someones nails, then gave someone else who came in after me a manicure. This person made no mention of an appointment and based on the conversation we were all having Linda didnt know her name or anything so she wouldnt just see her and know she had an appointment. Anyway, after the manicure Linda put new acrylic on my nails and said let them dry. She then went to put acrylic on someone elses nails and started painting another persons (both people came after me). At this point it was 6:30, so I said do you know that I have been here 2 and a half hours? She told another employee what to do to paint the other persons nails and came to file my nails. After filing and shaping my nails she told me to wash them and went back to painting the previous persons nails. Finally she comes back to me and starts doing my designs which a big reason why I would go there is cuz I could show a picture and they would make it look the same or better. Two nails on each hand had a marble look on them and she saw the pic before she started doing anything so she knew what was needed to get the same result especially being the owner she isnt new to this. But instead of taking the steps to make the watercolor marble design she started drawing lines and I stopped her and showed her the picture and that she had to do the water color thing I saw her do before not just draw lines. She then told me that she couldnt do that because she used gel polish and she would have had to use powder. I replied that I showed her the picture beforehand so she would know what needed to happen so I would get what I wanted. At that point I told her draw the lines cuz I just wanted to leave. Then she started telling me about what I needed to do next time like tell her I wanted marble (wasnt I doing that by showing her the picture before she started). I then told her I wouldnt be back. I was dropped off at 4:02 pm and picked up at 7:12 pm and paid $18 to get there and $20 to get home . Even after all of this I still paid $40 for my nails (see pics of what I wanted - the one with 2 hands, and what I got - the one with one hand AND my thumb nail I have to go get fixed cuz its messed up.

So nice they always treat you with professional attitude always friendly addicted always for me and my nails always look beautiful when I leave there.

I took my granddaughter and she asked for her nails to be shorter due to the fact that she plays basketball and they ignored her request and she also told them she didnt care for the color and they told her she would like it when they were all finished. The wait is so long. They only have one lady that actually does the acrylic so you have to wait for her the whole time! They do a decent job.

If I could give this no stars I would I went in on Saturday for the first for a full set and got linda I got 1 color and asked for the word “baby girl” 1 letter per finger and something on the thumbs I sit down she was working on me and another person who came in after me who happened to be one of her regulars she had her husband put the acrylics so she could start on her regular than I wait a good 20 -25 mins before she even came back to me than asked how to spell “girl” it was super sloppy it read out “girl baby” instead of “baby girl” missed a few spots of paint also in the middle of painting mine was bouncing back and forth to the regular during my visit 2 customers had came in saying their nails had broke . I get to the dryer and realized the saying was backwards but I was running late to get ready for work all the way on the in Millcreek so I told her I would be back (I work third shift ) next day I wake up and slid my dog over off of me and one nail popped right off but they close at 4 on Sunday’s so I couldn’t make it I came in today for a fix Linda starts fixing it and put the nail back on paints it also the letter L looked like a sloppy T and she thickened what she already had their so I again told her that she had it backwards and she raises her voice that it was $12 that I told her to that full on just keeps yelling at me that I’m broke because I got regular polish (that she charged me $37 for) and I needed to pay for the fix , I told her to that so so and so just a shame she treats customers this way was also arguing withA customer while doing mine who came in and said there’s broke
