This place is is a very unprofessional business they quote you one price but when they come to do the service they tied to double the price I try to use them to clean the duct vents and I had to use them for carpet cleaning I decline the duct vent service but I still use their carpet cleaning service on May 15th today is May 18th I got charged 480 duct vet service that I did not use these people are fraud do not use them

Had ducts, furnace & carpet cleaned. Ben & Jeff were both great and we were really impressed with the quality of the work. Steve was very good w/communication. Highly recommend these guys

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are beyond unprofessional. Cancel last minute and get told different quotes by manager Steve, Receptionist Lisa. They were horrible with communication. The workers show up over an hour late past the time frame window without calling. Was told I would be discounted and ended up paying full price. Should of went with a different company!

Ben was amazing! Gina at the office was a total sweetheart and calmed me down and fit us in the next day (because of a horrible experience the day before with another company).Ben was extremely thorough and even though he had to clean my dryer vent 6 times to get out the impacted lint he kept at it! Highly recommend this family owned long running company! They are now saved to my phone!

Ben appeared to be very efficient and knew exactly what. He estimated a couple of hours and was done exactly on time. Also took care to be safe while in the house. Thanks to Ben and Duct Pro.

Everyone I spoke with was professional and kind. Their pricing and customer service beats any other competitor we contacted! Shawn was our tech and he was awesome! Very respectful and did a fantastic job cleaning our vents. I appreciated that he didn’t try to tack on more to the price we were originally quoted. I will definitely contact them in the future and recommend them to anyone I know.

Joe and Dorrie did an amazing job cleaning our ducts and then they steam cleaned our kitchen and living room time! I had already scrubbed the tile 5 times and thought it looked great but when I saw what that machine got up I was shocked! Great job:)
