Castle Air was an excellent company to work with. The installation was done very professionally and at a reasonable price. I recently had a one year maintenance check and the technician, Shawn, was efficient, thorough and friendly. My compliments to all of the employees who I came in contact with. Overall the AC system replacement/install was well done. I thought it was a bit much to expect the service rep to do it all by himself with no helper - kudos to him! I had to go out to buy 5 bags of river gravel to put under the new compressor pad. I would have thought Castle Air would have been better prepared for such issues that might arise with an AC installation.

Everyone at Castle Air is fabulous! From the minute I called on Sunday night to the response time of Mike our HVAC technician was terrific. He diagnosed the problem immediately! He even put in a substitute part so we wouldn’t be without A/C.The office called yesterday (a week later) to let us know the part was in and Mike would be over in 10 minutes. He replaced the part and we were grateful for the service that Castle Air provides for its’ customers! They are a company you can trust!

Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend I return from work to NO A/C!! Castle Air’s Leah said the tech could be there within the hour. Mike came in 1/2 hour & diagnosed the problem. They remind me of when I was a contractor and had great subcontractors in Michigan. They came and installed my air conditioning right on schedule, did a great job, then made a second trip back later when I finally got power, no extra charge. Then called me and reminded me it was time for my free one year check up. I would give them more stars of possible.

We purchased a home in Venice Fl and wanted to get the a/c and air handler checked out as well as some other concerns. This companies sticker was on the equipment so we called for service. from their answering of the phone to the completed work we were very pleased and ordered more work for them to do in the future.

Just had a new AC system installed today. I cant comment on the York AC system yet since its only been 3 hours! But Castle Air from my initial call for a quote on a new system all the way through the installation today. STELLAR. Good pricing. Great communication with the sales/ customer service team. And OMG. The installers. 6 stars if I could. A couple of young gentleman showed up at 9am this morning. First impression was not bad, but not good. These guys were AMAZING. Technician was knowledgeable, polite and on time. I will be using the annual maintenance plan in the future to keep my A/C in tip top shape and hopefully head off or prevent any future problems.

I signed up for their maintenance program and they do an excellent job. They found a problem where my system was not wired properly and fixed it. My air central air works perfectly now. I highly recommend them for their support and courteousness.

Our AC had stopped working and my neighbor recommended Castle Air. So I called and Barbara she said they would be there between 2 and 4. Mike was there at 2 and had the AC working in about 40 minutes. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for AC repair.

Annual maintenance yesterday. As usual the tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He finished quickly and cleaned up after himself. He told me the AC & heat were working fine and appeared in good condition.

They did a very good job of checking the system and explaining how to keep the drain line clear to prevent further issues. My only negative is that the technician forgot to bring a replacement filter, so I had to buy one myself and then climb up to the 12’ ceiling to make the swap.

I was shocked that the tech was there right at 11am. He did everything in 45 minutes. And the price was right. Thank you for the cool air again. I cant deal with heat. Thank you, thank you!!!

I called at about 10 am about my a/C unit not blowing cold air. House was 84 degrees. Serviceman arrived less than 3 hrs later. He checked out system and determined freon was low. He added freon and we were good to go. House cooled down to normal afew hours later. Service was friendly and response time was great. Will recommend highly.
