We live on a bridgeless island, so getting out here and servicing our house is half the battle. These guys were here on time, on multiple occasions, and got it done. Their rates are great, knowledge impressive, and we could not be happier! Customers for life!

Southern Services is an efficient, reasonably priced company for A/C maintenance and repair. I was referred to them by a friend, and after experiencing the quality and professionalism they showed in replacing an A/C for a family member, now I use them exclusively between 2 properties and have never been disappointed. Ive even had to utilize emergency service from them and they still maintained reasonable rates. Good people!

Great company to work with. Very family oriented and reasonably priced. Had a complete system done but had to wait for equipment. They came out same day and installed a loaner to get me up and running. I wish I could give more stars

Needed parts installed in my LG mini split system. Other companies wouldn’t do it, told me to replace the whole thing and even cancelled appointments while I was waiting for them after the tech saw the job (Cool Today)I was referred to Southern Services by an LG dealer who said, “call Cory, he will take care of you” after all the NOs from all the other big companies I didn’t expect much. He came out in less than 30 minutes, installed the parts with no problem....for less Then a tenth of what Cool Today said to me over the phone...Cory is a real stand up guy, and I will be referring all my friends and coworkers to him. I’m glad there is still an AC company out there that will do whatever they can for you and doesn’t just look at a customer as a $$$ sign. Good people are hard to come by these days....And Cory is one of them.

I cannot say enough about Southern Services and Dillon and Cory!! They installed central air in my new older home a couple months ago and put insulation in the attic. They did an amazing job there!This week they came to my business to give me a second opinion on my air conditioning unit that was cooling, but the store had abnormally high humidity. I had another AC company out first and that technician gave me a diagnosis and told me that my unit was probably needing to be replaced and added refrigerant to the unit to try and see if that would help. This did nothing to help the extremely high humidity in the store. This high humidity was causing condensation on all of our glass door refrigerators and freezers, making it impossible for customers to see products inside. It was also very uncomfortable. Dillon and Cory came out and quickly found that my thermostat was faulty! I did not have a leak and do not need a new unit, as the other AC tech said. What a relief!Dillon and Cory saved the day for us and helped us to avoid a very costly and unnecessary repair!!! I do not want to bash the other company, but I do want to recommend Southern Services. Honest, accurate and extremely fair company!!

They called back, showed up, and did exactly what they said they would... Cant ask for much more from a contractor. Not the least expensive operation, but I will use them again. Want things done right the first time!

The Rehm family cannot say enough good things about Southern Service. When we moved into our new home 10 years ago, the ac was working intermittently and we actually ended up replacing it to alleviate the problem. It started to do that again and we called several different ac companies to come fix it (outside of the original company that installed it because they were unsuccessful in fixing it). Cory from Southern Services came over and figured out the first time what was wrong and actually went to the manufacturer of the board that was malfunctioning and got us a new replacement board under warranty. Highly Recommended for knowledge, fairness, and going above and beyond!

These guys are very good, when they show up. I have had 3 interactions with them for different problems. Dillon is great at diagnosing problems and explaining them. However, after a first visit he just disappears. I know they are busy, but answering a phone call, showing up for a follow-up appt., returning a message or an email to their website??? The third time Dillon came out he said he would be back that week to replace a filter and do one more item. That was the last I heard from him. I called, I messaged, I went to their website and left a message...nothing, zip, nada. I am now hoping to find another company that has Dillons intelligence with an ability to follow through.
