I have bought more than 10 cars in the last decade, and this was by far the easiest it has ever been. Within about 90 minutes from arrival, I had my new car, had traded in my old, and was satisfied with the prices on everything. It makes such a huge difference to just be dealing with one person (Lawrence was awesome) for everything instead of the typical big car dealership chain of command (generally based around misdirection).
