Although we were very satisfied with carpet cleaning and the employee who performed the service, the additional services we purchased were a very poor value. First, the technician recommended pet stain removal which we agreed to. the fee was $175 for the entire house 1,200 sqft of carpet. The pet stain removal consisted of a squirt bottle in a few spots in the house. More importantly, we paid for post treatment protectant for the entire house which one would expect that all of the carpet would be treated. Once again, the product was applied with a hand held squirt bottle and was sprayed in just a few areas.DO NOT PURCHASE THE ADDITIONAL SERVICES THEY ARE A SCAM!!

Used this company before and received “40% off” for carpet, tile, duct cleaning.However, this time the 40% off for carpet one small office, standard living room, 15 stairs and 3 bedrooms still came in at $470. That’s 40% off? So $800 full price?? I’ve had fantastic carpet cleaning with no discount for under $300 multiple years. Will shop elsewhere from here on

They booked us the cleaning appointment 3 weeks out. A team came to clean our couch and let us know they got the hair and the smell out.Over $350 later, our couch is still infused and covered in dog hair. My girlfriend and I are so allergic, we cant even sit on it. It reeks of dog, more so than it did before.We called for a refund and they wont help us out. Their solution: book another appointment (3 weeks out once again) so that we have another 3 weeks with no couch, and maybe their cleaning service could work the second time.Worst experience ever. Stay away. Its been a month with no couch thanks to COIT, and we are out enough money that could have gone towards a new couch.

Tech came out sprayed a deodorant and raked the carpet. It smells even worse. Called back and asked to have this taken care of they were 8 days out. Got a call at 7 am saying they would be here by 5 pm never showed.Called for a refund and they wont help us out. Their solution: book another appointment so someone else can try to get the smell out. Also it will be 7 more days before they can returnAlso carpet was installed 1/2020 not even two years old. Shoes have never been worn on carpet.Worst experience ever. Stay away. Its been a month with the smell of wet dogs thanks to COIT.They do not honor the court service guarantees

The food and service was excellent this evening. The manager even helped my 90 year old mother out to the car. My hands were full of purses and a carry out bag. Thank you again for going above and beyond in your customer service. Kind caring and compassion....cant ask for much more.

We had coit out in February for a steam cleaning and a dryer vent service. We had planned for the full duct cleaning as well, but ended up holding off. When we called months later, they still honored the quotes price from the previous visit. This company has been around for a while. They do great work. 👍

I call, make an appointment and these great guys show up and within a few hours my carpets are all beautifully cleaned (there are four floors in my home) and I feel SO HAPPY. Ive never had my carpets cleaned before so this was a new experience for me. COIT was everything I expected - on time, immediately responded to my inquiry for a quote, in and out very quickly, and the carpet looks like new again. Extremely satisfied!!!

The initial person who came to my house to give me the estimate of work was really nice, but everything after that experience was seriously lacking. I had a scheduled date of service with a timeframe. I was told that I would be the technicians first stop. They told me that the day of, the technician would give me a call around 7 AM to provide me with the exact time and that the work would be between 8 AM to 10 AM. The night before, I called just to confirm my appointment for the next morning and the person on the phone told me I was good to go and they would see me in the morning. So I asked a friend to come over and help me move all my furniture out of the space that would be cleaned. The next morning the guy did call me around 7AM but told me he had an appointment prior to mine and that he would come by between 2:30 and 4:30 PM. I informed him that I was told I would be the first appointment and that I had prepared my day for that timeframe. He informed me that they overbooked him and that there was nothing he could do about it. After calling the company to see if there was another technician that could clean my floors in his place, they informed me that I could either cancel the appointment or he would be coming between 230 and 4PM. Neither of which worked for me. I had all my stuff moved and wasn’t able to access my kitchen area, expecting the work was going to be done early that morning. It’s one thing to be a little late, but to not get service until the very end of the day when i had prepared for and requested the very beginning of the day..? that’s unacceptable. I moved all my furniture, re-arranged my work schedule to go into the office later in the day AND called the night before just to confirm my appointment. why didn’t they let me know the day before so i could have at least waited to move my stuff, been able to use my kitchen and was able to go into the office in the morning vs evening? The worst part is, after paying almost $400 for a small space of tile, it looks the exact same. I would not recommend this company.

Tommy Valdez cleaned our home this past Saturday. We had 2 bedrooms carpet cleaned and the kitchen/bathroom tile cleaned. He did a great job! He was on-time, very professional and thorough. Highly recommend Tommy and COIT. :-)

As always, COIT did a great job on my carpets. They were able to remove all of the pet stains left by our new puppy. The two technicians worked quickly and were incredibly friendly. Will definitely use again.

Reuben was extremely careful and did a thorough job cleaning area rugs and upholstery. We would absolutely call Coit again for any service we need.

We were very close to replacing the carpet in a rental unit’s bedroom (several bad pet related stains that had never been properly cleaned up)... luckily we gave it a shot with COIT and it’s looking much better! There are a couple minor spots that they couldn’t get completely, but it’s night and day! I’d say they took the carpet from 15% to 80% which was a pleasant surprise.

Technician was professional, courteous and explained exactly what he was doing. He took the time to make sure that our ducts were cleaned well. He took pictures of the crawl space and explained what he saw. I will use Coit again.

I had and appt set up for Friday June 18th. On that morning the planner call and said she sent the wrong plan out and they could not do my carpet that day and wanted to push it out to June 22, I informed her that I had take off today the 18th and that the 22nd would not work. So after technician all was said and done she rescheduled me for the next day. She said the technician would call me and I had a window from 9 to 12. The technician called at 7 and said his name was Devon and said he was scheduled to be there from 8 to 830.. I told him what I was told and there I could not be over between 8:30 and 9. He got an attitude and stated he 4 other clients and that would not work with his schedule. I told him my schedule got pushed a whole day but he did not have to worry about me messing up his schedule because his morning just freed up..

The two young men worked together so well. They did a great job. Best job ever.

The technicians were above 5 stars. Great service, explained everything, on time, pointed out areas outside of the scope of work, made recommendations on saving dollars... Could not ask for a better experience on that end.The only reason for a non 5 star, is simply due to a missed scope before they actually showed up (maybe on the sales end). Not their fault at all - just a missed scope of work before they were sent. The furnace is actually positioned upside down due to the structure of the up-level floor - which is common. However, this oversight made it impossible for them to do the work without cutting into the floor itself which is a project on its own... SO, they offered to just do the dryer, at discount for the trouble, and they did a great job.Fantastic service. Please pass the accolades on the team - but a better scope upfront will save everyone time, including the customer since we had to re-arrange the entire house in prep.

Prices are higher then other businesses with similar services, but their technicians are fantastic! Call around for pricing on air duct cleaning and make sure you ask if they are NADCA certified and if they use brushes to clean the vents. All other non brush using companys are nowhere near the same results.

I was thinking about replacing my chairs as they were looking a little tired. So I shopped around and quickly found out that to replace them would cost me a whole lot more than I was willing to pay. My girlfriend suggested maybe cleaning would pep them up. I used Coit. Yay! The cleaning actually made the color more vibrant. I had had some dust making work done in my house, but I had cleaned that up. I had no idea that so much dust had settled in my furniture. Thank you to Tony at Coit, he was careful, thorough, and gave me some tips on keeping my furniture for another eight years. What a difference!

Luis did an amazing job with the carpet and the upholstery. The carpet in my living room looks brand new and I really thought we would need to replace it. The recliner looks almost new also.

COIT deep cleaned and scotch guarded our sectional sofa and ottoman. The work was done quickly, thoroughly, and the sofa looked almost brand new afterwards. I can’t recommend them highly enough, we were very happy with the work and our overall experience.

The tech was friendly It is the first time using Coit. I found them to be very expensive compare to others Ive used in the past.I have someone come in once a year. I chose them because they advertise natural stone cleaning. They have two packages. I had to do the least expensive. It took 20 minutes at the most and cost $134. I questioned the square feet, they charged me for 41 square feet. I measured after he left, I have 28 square feet. I wanted to have 2 small areas of tile cleaned, which i had to wait on. The estimate was $102, Last year I paid $24 for 3 small areas.

I got my sectional cleaned and it looks, feels and even smells brand new! The guy took his time it seemed and did an amazing job! I couldnt be happier

When the Coit team was at my home cleaning the HVAC ducts they asked about my dryer vent. I wasnt aware this was a service they performed, so I agreed since I hadnt ever had it done. The amount of lint that came from the vent was shocking. Needless to say, I was VERY thankful they mentioned the service to me. They did a great job on both services.

We are very pleased with the cleaning of our ceramic tile and carpets. COIT representatives were prompt, efficient, very informative. The price is a bit more than you might find with other companies but, they are very professional. They were able to return our ceramic tile to it’s original beauty after former owners had layered on glossy products that had become gummy. Our aging carpet is cleaner than we imagined it could be. My carpet was very dirty and my steps had black dirt up and down them but it appears you do superficial cleaning rather than deep clean there was no tool to clean carpet on sides of steps and I had to insist the bottom stair case be done a second time, the black was still on the top edge of each step and didnt look like they been cleaned at all. Your employee was very nice and did his best

Technician Jose Torres did an outstanding job of cleaning our carpets! At 15 years old, despite previous cleanings, there were some stains and wear and tear. Jose patiently worked hard and was able to remove everything, including stains that survived through previous cleanings. Fabulous job and I would certainly request Jose next time!

Requested duct cleaning for our business- paid $1800 and never received the photos and videos we were promised. Jack was unresponsive and kept sending emails saying he was checking for those from his Technicians and then wouldnt respond. The photo he did send was taken standing on our floor pointing a camera at a vent. When I called to talk with the manager, Christina, and see what had gone wrong, she was extremely rude and told me Well I know nothing about that, youd have to talk to Jack. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE, definitely would NOT RECOMMEND.

Donavan did a fantastic job. We have 3 dogs and 4 cats and you would never know it now. Stains all gone and smells great. I can put the candles away for another day.

Great job...Fast efficient and clean.. We had the Tile power cleaned and seal one day and the next day we had the Carpets cleaned. The Spring weather was not cooperating and it was snowing or had snowed during the job. The technicians were very aware and respectful of the situation and proptected our walls and flooring from the elements and the traffic of the job. COIT phone representatives are polite and schedule estimate days/times that work for us. The employee who gave us the estimate took his time, wrote down all measurements and set us up with a cleaning date within 10 days of the estimate. Both service techs, Donovan and Louscious were friendly, thorough, and got rid of all pet and kid stains on our carpets as well as our couch. We are repeat customers of COIT and wont use anyone else!
