Very confused by the website and advertising as an after hour/emergency dental service. I broke a tooth this evening and was looking for emergency dental services for the earliest appointment. I called and a receptionist/operator picked up on a Friday evening close to 8 p.m. and said that the emergency dental service was only for existing patients. That isnt on the website and in fact, the top line on the website states if you need emergency dental care , call. Dont mind that they arent able to see me, but the operator needs a better script when explaining their services and should also provide better service or dont be an after hour receptionist. She also never asked me if I WAS an existing patient. Would love to give no stars, but I cant post unless I pick one. UPDATE: So wasnt expecting the owner of the practice to call me. I spoke with Dr. Dalla and he explained in detail their policies and calmed my anxiety regarding my broken tooth.. I appreciate that he is a business owner that pays attention to what is being said about his practice and would take the time to follow up. I may have found a new dentist.

I’ve been searching for a dental office for my special needs daughter for a long time. I called many offices explaining her situation that she had Autism and anxiety and I was told they didn’t see special needs kids. I came across Ora Dentistry through my google search and gave them a call explained to them my situation and they told me they’d be happy to see her. We scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appointment I called again and explained her situation and told them she would like her sister and mom to be there for support due to her anxiety and they were totally accommodating and that put me at ease. We got to our appointment and were greeted by Bridgette she was AMAZING with my daughter she made her feel SUPER comfortable through out the entire process! I’ve never seen my daughter so calm and relaxed. When the doctor came in to do his exam on her he too was beyond nice and again made my daughter feel at ease. I really have to thank Ora dentistry for their excellent service! If you have a special needs child this is the place to go! Highly recommend it!

Two years ago I visited this office to assess the viability of getting an implant for a lost tooth. On that first visit Dr. Dalla had x-rays taken, made the assessment, provided me with options, including performing an implant on a lost back molar. I consented, and right then and there, he performed the actual implant and gave me a return appointment to insure all was healing well. Then, 3 months later, he fitted me with the abutment and took impressions for the crown. Two weeks after that the crown was installed.Not only was the work done in record time, but it has been the best fitting crown Ive ever had, and Ive had 18 crowns in my lifetime of 68 years. This was my second implant. My first implant was by another dental office and does not come close to compare with Dr. Dallas work. His implant and crown feel like healthy, natural teeth, and in fact, I chew most of my food using that new molar. I wish I would have gone to him long ago. By far the best around. He is a perfectionist, and is demanding of himself. Just what you should want in someone performing your dental work. Highest recommendations!

I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past, so it was very hard for me to trust a dentist. I did a lot of research and decided to go to Ora Dental because my crown was falling (made by another dentist) and there I found out that my implant was broken as well. You can not imagine how happy I am for having found this place!! I got my implant replaced the same day and a temporary crown. I did not experience any pain whatsoever, just a little discomfort the next day, and that was all. I got my permanent crown today and it is so beautiful. I love it! You cant even tell its not a real tooth. Dr. Dallas is very professional and takes his job very seriously. The staff are very friendly. I highly recommend this dental office.

An implant of 2 units w/a bridge (cost $9200+) was done on me at this dental office. The worst part of the experience was the tooth extraction! Dr Dala should have waited for few more minutes to let the anesthesia to fully kick in before pulling the tooth out. It was the worst experience for me as I was in excruciating pain during extraction of that first tooth!In my 50+ yrs of getting dental work done, I’ve never had a horrible and terrible experience like this.In addition, the lady that initially collected the 1st payment, I felt she wasn’t too happy to explain to me details of the $9200+... not accommodating and not helpful at all.Comparing Dental Implant experiences:-Implant With Bone Grafting done @Ora Dental. In lower Right side of mouth:-very expensive, very painful, lots of swelling, over6 months wait to heal, overall NOT a walk in thepark experience for sure. Very happy I found Ora Dentistry! For the first time ever, I’m not fearful to go to the dentist! Dr. Le was amazing with repairing my broken crown (crown was from another Dentist years ago). I returned today for a full X-ray, cleaning and checkup. The Hygienist was also fabulous, very thorough, and extremely friendly! I highly recommend this Dental Group!

I had my wisdom teeth extracted with Dr. Dalla today, and I am SHOCKED by how quick and easy the procedure was. When all was said and done, Dr. Dalla spent 7 minutes on me. 7 MINUTES. I am still numb, but overall there was zero pain or discomfort (aside from being nervous). I drove myself to and from the appointment with ease, which was awesome if you dont want to inconvenience anyone else by driving you. If you are able to, I would highly recommend having this procedure done in the office with Dr. Dalla. Very excited about this, and still in shock with how easy it was. We love Ora and I am so happy that I was able to have this done in the office.

This was my first time coming to the office, I am new to the area I looked at reviews online with different offices for a while before making an appointment and seen they where highly recommended. Wow!! I see why they have such great reviews!! this office is very clean and bright I love natural lighting. I was skeptical at first because of covid but it was super safe they have you wait in your car to avoid crowing in the waiting room, text you when your able to walk in, and they check your temperature and offer sanitizer Upon entry.The staff is very friendly and even though everyone has a mask on you can tell they all have a huge smile when interacting with you!!The office felt safe and clean and I love the air purifiers they have going on to keep it extra clean! I will be returning and making this my primary dentist I had Carmen as my hygienist I have sensitive teeth and thought I would be in pain but I didn’t wince or turn in my chair! Super impressed by Ora Dental. I had been going to a different dentist in the Kohl’s parking lot and this one is hands downs better. It felt different from the moment I walked in. The place was very nice. All the ladies at the desk were super helpful and friendly. They fit me in immediately for an emergency root canal. The dentist was so kind and gentle and somehow found a way to fit it all in today so that I wouldn’t be in pain. Everyone complains about root canals, but honestly it was not bad at all. Pretty sure that’s a testament to Ora! Definitely ever going back to my old dentist ever again!!

My girl friend recommended Dr Dalla in Elk Grove, I went for consultation and he told me upfront what I need and he explained that I can wait on some of the issues, I felt overwhelmed first when he told me that how much work I needed but I was not surprised as I have not been to dentist for more than 10 years, in the end he told me to just take care of few teeth that were worst and start working my way through, I was little relived afterward, I highly recommend them. Staff was very nice & helped me figure out my finances.

All is brand new, state of the art equipment. Treatment is great and fast. Usually in and out in an hour. Prices are fair. Receptionist and Dentist are friendly & nice. 1-10 scale, Ill have to give them a 10. :)

I was looking for dentist in elk grove who accepts delta dental as we recently moved to Sacramento, I went for my appointment and experience was great. Whole staff was welcoming and they worked with my insurance to find out what my estimate will be.front desk girl was very kind and she came in the lobby and even ask me about if I am doing ok as they were running little late.

As soon as you enter the office. You will be greeted with overwhelming scents and fragrances (mixed plugs ins and possibly office staff perfumes and lotions). For those of the community that has MCS just be aware of that. However, they did a stellar job according to my husband and at the end of the day that is what we are rating here: Their performance. I just hope that they can accommodate people that have MCS in their practice.

The Dental Service I received over the past year to replace my old and tired teeth was just excellent in every respect. Dr. Dalla DDS and Dr Joy DDS were just excellent in their work and such a pleasure to be around. The Support Staff were also just excellent and pleasant. I could not have been more fortunate in selecting this office.

After going to a family dentist for years we moved over to Ora. Only a few people here take the time to know you. The open doors in the rooms result in a lot of activity, conversations and drawers being opened and closed behind your back. Just feels very impersonal. I do t know if this is how all big practices are but it’s not welcoming or comforting.

Beautiful Dentist Office, not just the design and decor but the staff as well. Thought I walked into a modeling agency 😊. More importantly however; a very professional, knowledgeable and talented dental team. If Ora Denistry is in your insurance network no need to look further. My daughter is a student and no longer under our dental insurance plan, she was able to purchase a very affordable plan for her continued dental care.

I would give this place 6 stars if I could! They were able to see my son the next day, performed a root canal and crown on the spot and did a GREAT job! The office is clean and modern. They have NETFLIX that you can watch while in the chair! Very very nice place. I highly recommend.

I would NOT recommend Ora dentistry to anyone. I found Dr Dalla to be rude, constantly rushing, always behind schedule, and a severe lack of empathy. The staff is nice but the office manager is only nice to you if you don’t complain. Customer service is clearly NOT a priority or the way you feel. If you are sensitive to pain and get anxiety with dental visits, then this place is definitely not worth it.

I was in severe pain in my back molar and I was looking for dentist called this office and they were very professional on phone, they brought me in same day for checkup and did my root canal, the lady dentist was very sweet and she explained me whole process and it was quite painless except i have to open my mouth for almost an hour. Their prices are very reasonable than other places in elk grove.

Called to make an apt yesterday, I was so happy they where able to get me In the same day! As soon as you walk in you feel like your being greeted by a friend. The staff and doctor are amazing. Up to date equipment and service! Update 11/14/18: My husband and I went back to get some fillings done, and Ive got to say they did an excellent job! They didnt overextend my tiny jaw at all (which is not easy when working with back teeth!), provided adequate numbing, and no rough edges on the finished product, my bite is very comfortable. We will continue to use Ora as our dentist.

I had an unexpected surprise during my very first deep dental cleaning. I dreaded going to the dentist for a deep cleaning; mainly because several of my coworkers had very poor experiences with deep cleaning procedures to the point they refused to have any more done. I had never had a deep dental cleaning, and I was terrified when I found out I needed one. However, I was pleasantly surprised, Lu (Dental Hygienist) was so gentle. Absolutely, no pain. She explained the procedure to me prior to getting started & checked my comfort level throughout. After the procedure was over, she explained follow up care, & answered all of my questions. Although, I do have a high tolerance of pain & discomfort, theres nothing more nerve-racking than having sharp instruments in your mouth. Yet, thanks to Lu & her stellar job, I no longer dread deep dental cleanings.

Very beautiful setting, clean and friendly office. Easy to find location.There was a couple of people talking very loudly in the waiting room, the receptionist was also talking loudly to patients and coworkers.Aside from that, pricing is very reasonable and Dr is very knowledgeable and caring

Beyond thrilled by the professionalism , both physically and emotionally , that Ora Dentistry provided . I was a new patient needing an urgent appointment and they were so gracious and kind from the first person I spoke to on the phone , to the doctors and specialists in the office and as I was leaving from discharge. I was so impressed by the bedside manner of all techs and doctors involved . I would recommend Ora to anyone looking for excellent services!

Staff is nice & Dr. Dalla is very good in his work and he is very fast, I was in and out of the room after getting implant placed and it was painless.

Great staff and Dr. Dalla was very confident in his work and he did extraction for me and it was most painless extraction i ever had and it took him less than 2 minutes to yank the tooth out , where my previous dentist used to send me to oral surgeon and they used to charge me a alot for tooth extraction. I am glad i found Ora dentistry.

I have been looking for a new dentist in this area and decided to stop in and check out their office. It just so happened that they had an opening for teeth cleaning so I took advantage of that. Lu was very thorough and gentle. Doctor Dolla came in and checked my teeth and also smoothed down a rough spot on one of my crowns that had been bothering me. I was very impressed with the entire process--the office is modern, the equipment is the latest technology, and the staff very knowledgeable and friendly.

I had an amazing time at Ora Dentistry. They service was excellent and they had lots of technology like TVs and computers that you could use. You could also go watch Netflix on their TVs and get your teeth done at the same time. The doctors and the assistants were very professional and also very nice and family oriented business. These folks are amazing and you should go there too.
