Love Villa Vista Dental! Not really a fan of going to the dentist but my experience today was a great one! Dana my hygienist gave me the best cleaning I’ve ever had, no pain, very thorough and very friendly! Would definitely recommend, it’s like stepping into little Italy!!

The Dentist and staff were wonderful. They answered all my questions and gave explanations that I understood!! They facility is AWSOME. All up to date equipment n the atmosphere is very calming. I was impressed.

I love this dental office. The location is very convenient and it is so beautiful inside- I seriously never feel like I’m at the dentist’s office. This place uses the latest technology and the staff is very friendly. They text you with reminders and make checking-in seamless and easy even with all the COVID precautions. I always recommend this dental office to my friends and families, I really can’t say enough how friend the entire staff is. The Dentist is very knowledgeable and patient too- he explains everything with as much detail as you may need. I Love this place!

I couldnt ask for a nicer or more competent staff. The office is spotless and has all the latest technology. I had to have 2 old metal fillings removed and new ones put in. Due to an unfortunate incident as a teen with an orthodontist, Im a terrible dental patient. They could not have been more comforting. I was kept informed at every step and they never lost their patience with me.

What an AMAZING dentist office. Our excellent experience started with a beautiful waiting room with an Italian feel. It was like walking into the Venetian in Vegas. Everyone was extremely nice but the only reason I moved our entire family to this dentist office was because of our experienced hygienists Dana. Her care and professionalism are the second to none. Shes easy to talk to and always checks in to see how we are doing throughout the visit keeping our minds at ease. Most people hate the dentist office but she has a way of making you feel extremely comfortable. I have recommended her to people in my company, family, and friends. The subtle touches of this office are really what set it apart. They also seem like a family where everyone seems genuinely happy to be at work (follow them on IG). We highly recommend this dentist office because of Dana and Dr. Tin.

In the beginning (we’ve been clients for over ten years) Dr tin and hygienist were wonderful even recommended to friends, but now looking for a new dentist. Not one of our family members look forward to a visit because of the painful experience we all have and the unnecessary treatment we feel subjected to every time we come in for cleaning and exam. My youngest has always had a fear almost a phobia of a dental experience for unknown reasons, and Dr.tin treated her as a burden more than a patient. I know he understands this patient type because I pretty much picked him because of it and his understanding and approach stated in his profile. 😕Oh and aesthetics are one thing but not everything. When you make a child and a family feel bad for being there and in need, then you really aren’t in a position Of trust to help. Finally got the unanimous decision we needed to look on.

All the staff were very kind and provided a very comfortable atmosphere. I was only here for the first time and for a simple cleaning and the staff only made me comfortable and left me looking forward to the next visit.

What a nice dentist! The office is beautiful and my hygienist, Dana was super friendly. I went in for my first visit (x-rays and cleaning) afyer my husband had a great experience here. I got honestly Netflix during the cleaning, she reviewed my 3D x-ray with me, very thorough and clear. Dr. Tin was super nice too. Definitely recommend this dentist!

Previous dentist was located downtown Sacramento close to my job but no longer working there so wanted to find a dentist close to home that was just as good as my previous dentist. I tried one place in Elk Grove and was very disappointed because they had good reviews yet they did not clean my teeth like I was accustomed to. Very poor job. Couldnt even put the floss through my teeth and in top of that they put kept all the gritty toothpaste in while attempting to put floss through. They also wanted me to make an apt to come back and get some work done. I left that office knowing that if they couldnt clean teeth I didnt want anything further done there. I decided I would try one more place in Elk Grove and if that didnt work back to my regular dentist. I found Villa Dental and had my first appointment there yesterday. They far exceeded my expectations. The office is beautiful. You can watch Netflix too keep you occupied. The staff is so nice and friendly and the dentist is amazing. My hygienist did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Perfect. And to go out off the Dentist said nothing needed to be done to my teeth. So refreshing to find a dentist that is not just trying to find something to get your money. Bottom line, I was looking for a place that was like my previous dentist and found one even better. Now I actually dont mind going to dentist. Great job Villa Dental

All I can say is WOW! Kristin, my hygienist was AMAZING. Villa Vista soars above all the rest in dental and hygienist care. My two hours with Kristin went by so fast. She was very thorough in everything that she did. Very gentle and she eased my anxiety before she began doing my x-rays and cleaning my teeth. I cannot wait until my next visit. Sounds weird I know, but my visit at Villa Vista was priceless. Thanks guys and see you again real soon.

Great service! They genuinely listen and have a positive outlook on how to get you where you would like to be and where you should be health wise. Even with my fears of past dental experiences, theyve made sure to accommodate my fears and conditions for a positive outcome. My journey with their clinic is just beginning but I feel more encouraged versus how I would normally feel, which is discouraged.

I called with a chipped tooth in the morning and they saw me that afternoon. They were concerned about me and I got to watch Netflix while they fixed my tooth! There couldn’t possibly be a better dentist or staff in Elk Grove.

I just left this office before I even had my appointment. Its very rare when I would take the time to write a complaint, but this is beyond outrageous. I called the office to make an appointment roughly 10 days ago and gave them my information including my social to confirm with my insurance. Today Im showing up and they tell me that Im not covered by my plan and that it shows inactive and they checked it after I checked in. Now this is not the worst. I have a newborn at home and I had to find a babysitter to stay with her to come to this appointment and to hear that we cant see you because your plan is not active for I dont know what reason, contact your employer. When I called to schedule my appointment I specifically asked to contact my insurance as Im on maternity leave, so want to double check. And of course they didnt do it. Omg I left furiously, I gave them my information over a week ago and they didnt take the time to contact my plan. Ive never in my life experienced such lack of unprofessionalism.
