My husband and I love this place so far. The staff here has definitely put in thought and care when it comes to making their patients feel comfortable and empowered. Before we found this place, we had several bad experiences between the both of us. Sad to say, this led us to a place of shame and putting off our oral health. I just love Meadowbrook. Best dental office Ive ever been to. Weve been with them for a few years now and Im always pleased. This time, they went out of their way to call me before my daughters appointment and ask if I wanted to come in with her (my appointment was scheduled for next month). They also asked if my other daughter was available to come in. They really go out of their way to look for ways to make scheduling more convenient for the whole family. As a busy working mom I appreciate that so much!

I have been a patient here since Dr. Lau first opened. Always great kind staff and amazing hygienists. Just took my son (1 year old) for his first dentist visit and they were wonderful. Both the hygienist and dentist were great and didnt push him as he was nervous and is in the stranger danger phase. They were great in answering all my questions and providing information as to the care of my sons teeth! So glad we found Meadowbrook.They have also taken very good safety measures regarding covid!

Great atmosphere. They explained what they were doing each step of the way and routinely asked how I was feeling and if I had any sensitivities. Also, they have TVS everywhere to keep your mind off of your mouth.

Dr. Lau and the entire office staff is always so nice! I went in to get my two permanent crowns and everything went so smoothly. Dr. Lau was super gentle in removing my temporary crown, I didnt even realize it had come out until he started checking the sizes for the permanent ones! He got the sizes perfect for my permanent crowns - I can floss between them and, most importantly, my retainers still fit perfectly! Great experience and I will definitely recommend Meadowbrook Family Dental to anybody and everybody who is looking for a dentist!

This was the best dental visit I have had in my entire life. My hygienist was awesome! She chit chatted with me the whole time and made sure to answer all of my questions. She took the time to make sure that I really understood the procedures they were doing and recommending. The dentist was very thorough and kind as well. He did a great job! I am 69 year old senior and had been to many a dentists in my lifetime. I dare say this is by far the best dental care I have ever experienced! This review is based on my very first visit and most definitely not my last. I had a severely infected tooth that was giving me sleepless nights & needed extraction urgently. When I called for an appointment , the office staff was very courteous & realized my urgency. She took time and made room for an emergency appointment even though they were fully booked for March & April ! What impressed me most was their excellent communication system from start of registration to final visit all through online/text messages & emails! ( I respect their great Covid protection precautions & care) On the day of my visit, I truly felt very welcomed by his warm & friendly staff. The extraction itself was a not an easy one due to severe infection . It needed suture due to excessive bleeding. But Dr. Lau was very patient , comforting & so skillful that he successfully completed the job so quick before I even knew it ! Hardly felt the pain during the entire procedure. And the best part is-they’re didn’t charge me an arm and a leg like most other guys. I salute Dr Lau and his team for their outstanding service , professionalism and care. I would highly recommend Meadowbrook Dental Group service to anyone who is looking for an honest and top notch work done by highly trained & organized team.

Ive never been a fan of dentists as my dental experiences have not been the best. Dr. Lau is AWESOME! Friendly, calm, and caring, he makes a patient feel less tense about the whole process. He also is very concerned about what is best for me and my pocketbook not just tryin to make a quick buck. His office provides a variety of options for payment as well as treatment ( depending on your specific situation of course) and happily discussed the pros and cons of all. I loved that I dont feel pressured right then and there to make a decision either!Love, love, love this dental office!

Dental work is always top notch, but also thought it was worth mentioning that my appointment today had some of the best Covid19 safety measures I have seen for any business. I was given a mask, everyone had masks, they had a questionnaire about my potential exposure to the virus via mobile before I even went inside, it just goes on. It really shows they take health seriously. Well done.

Really liked the service at Meadowbrook family dental. Staff and atmosphere was nice. It was my second visit for cleaning. The only thing that was odd to me was during cleaning I was told that due to COVID they wont polish my teeth and also I was asked to pay the copay for next visits procedure upfront. If during COVID my teeths are being cleaned then not sure why polishing was not performed which is a part of that procedure and to be asked to pay the copay upfront for next visit was also a bit odd. Other than that the service was good.

By far best dental office I been to. Very nice and friendly. I was scheduled for 2pm and was seen right on time which is a plus. Angie the hygienist was very sweet and made me feel more comfortable. She really took her time do my cleaning and explained a break down on what I need to follow up on. Dr Lau was also very helpful and took the time to get to know me a little better. Will be back soon for follow up work.

Our first time today- me and my 8 yr old boy.A Very professional and friendly group, the clinic took the necessary covid precautions as we came for the appointment. Ms. Angie was my hygenist- her hands are light and provided me with the necessary dental education that i needed reinforcement on. I am under her care from now on😁Ms. Jennifer ( i didnt get the other lady’s name)patiently worked on my boy and put in 4 sealants on his very first visit. Awesome job Ms. Jenny!Dr.Lau provided a treatment plan on how to address my dental issues. I liked how he is able to clearly guide me, in terms of time frame, finances, specialist referrals.Over all - im glad i found Meadowbrook clinic for me and my family. If you are looking for a dentist in the Vineyard/Elk grove/Sacramento area, i recommend Dr. Lau and his team.

If I could think of one word to describe the Meadowbrook Family Dental Clinic it would be: cozy. And that’s not something I can say of very many clinics I’ve been to in the past! The staff has always been super friendly. They can text you appointment alerts which I find highly convenient versus a regular phone call. Everytime I get my regular check up I get a great little tip on how to brush/floss better and it has really made a difference. The people here really go the extra mile to make sure you get the most out of your visit. Highly recommended, and bonus points for the picture of 70’s Batman brushing his teeth 👌

I have a phobia of the dentist due to my experience as a child with an inexperienced dentist. I had to go in to have a tooth removed because of an infection. I wasn’t ready but I had to do it. It was a surprisingly easy experience. While my nerves were really bad things went fast and easy. From the time I called and walked out the office door was less than an hour. Thanks Dr. Lau and Meadowbrook Family.

I went in for a deep cleaning and my anxiety was really bad. The hygienist was so nice, friendly and made me feel at ease. She told me we could take break at any time and that made me feel better. Everyone at Meadowbrook seem like they really care about you. I am not a fan of going to the dental office but I am glad I chose Meadowbrook as my dental care provider.

I’m not much of a post a review type of person, but I do think it’s necessary when a business is great to give credit because we all know great customer service is not common. The staff over the phone and in person are amazing. Over all I interacted with 4 people and they all have great customer service. This is probably the most prettiest dental office I’ve ever been in, everything is super new and clean. They got me in and out in a timely manner. Today was my first visit and I’m exciting now that I found a great dental office thanks to my sister referring me. Definitely would recommend this place! 😁

Husband and I have been going for couple years now. And we just added our children this year. 4 year old and 1 year old. When it comes to their customer services they are amazing. Kind patient welling to work things out to help solve a problem and very understanding I must stress the kindness they have. I see me and my family here for long term.Update: its been couple years now. And my son is now 3 the service was amazing. He is usually all over the place. But he sat still watched Disneys Mickey mouse and allowed the dentist to check and even clean his teeth. They had talked to him kindly and allowed sissy with him as well. Like always we are impressed with their outstanding customer service and patience with the kids. Above and beyond.

I was very anxious before going to a new dentist for 2 crowns removed and replaced. My first appointment was a breeze (usually the worst part for me). They removed old crowns and gave me temporaries. Feeling wonderful and the team is great. I will do an update after getting the permanent crowns. Thank you all.

As a new patient I was very happy going to Meadowbrook. They helped to see me for an emergency tooth ache even before insurance approval, and they were very informative about my coverage. The office is very new and no dental smell when you walk in. All staff (from receptionist to hygienist to doctor) are very super friendly and caring. I also like the fact that I didn’t have to wait after I checked in, unlike to most other dental offices I went in the past, they get you in right on your appointment. I had a great dental visit. My insurance had technical difficulties but the front desk called and took care of it. They made sure my insurance went through before they did anything so there would be no big surprise costs. They were very thorough with the cleaning. They also go over all costs and ask if you still want to do it before they proceed. Im very impressed with their customer service. Very professional. Definitely a place where I want to bring my kids.

Going to the dentist has never been my favorite, but the first question that they asked me was what they could do to make me most comfortable - and then not only did they follow through with it, but they verified again just to make sure they gave me the best service possible. Went in for very bad toothache explained my situation did very few paper work straight away was taken care of within 10min find out the tooth was infected had tooth extraction with zero pain dentist was very nice also everyone working in there are very professional and nice. Environment lively and clean definitely recommending this place. Best part the dentist itself calls in to check the progress if its getting better or if it needs to be taken care of.
