The worst dentist place I ever bring my kids to.. very unprofessional doctor..you have to wait at least 2 hours even you have appointments. I brought my son for filling and we will there early and still wait for like 2hours, we got call to room and wait like another 30 minutes and they finally came. Very rude of the doctor….when he polished the teeth for my son he was doing way too much over even hurt his gum (I find out when we will home) and that time he was like so fussy about my son was crying and he was not realizing he was hurt my son and keep blame my son was crying crying.. and finally he rejected to finish the job.. because he said my son was crying.. you hurt him that is why he cry.. I don’t know how this kind of doctor got his license plate.. so so so unprofessional and inpatient. I hope I have choose to give 0 stars .

Unprofessional staff here. I visited them 2 times and those 2 appointment got canceled and had to make new appointments. Prepare to have long wait even if you have appointment and your on time. Unorganized dental office, told I needed to see specialist by doctor, receptionist was in the middle of helping me but took a call then said will call me and give me referral. 2 weeks gone by, I didnt receive any call for referral I call back to the office and they dont have any records of the referral. Soooooo frustrating.

Havent gone here yet but the woman that answered the phone i believe her name is Lina. She was extremely helpful and informative. Great people skills!!! She is awesome! I havent actually been in for an actual appointment yet. Thats why Im only giving a 3 stars but will update my rating afterwards.

Please don’t go here I came in for filling and The filling-fell out in the parking lot even before I could start my car I felt something in my mouth it has the plastic filling. I had a hard time with pain management while I I was having the filling done so I was dreading going back in again.(He had an attitude about it)and telling the dentist that this filling just fell out. I went back in and he replaced a filling again this time he put so much of the white filling material on the tooth in the corner of my mouth that it felt like I had a rock on the side of my mouth I was rubbing against my cheek I was not going back again. I have been in pain since before I went to the dentist and I continue to be in pain even more that the filling fell out total waste of time please don’t take your loved ones here

Been trying to give this place a chance I ignored the reviews after 3 Vists still feels like the work is rushed. The staff have are improving thankfully, unfortunately the Dr. Seems to be mad/unhappy all the time

My wife Renuka Kumar went on 7/12/21 to get her dentures adjusted. When she came home after eating some food item she realized the problem has became worse.She called and made another appt. which was on 7/15/21. The appt. was 4:00 pm and by the time she was called in it was already after 6pm. The doctor messed up the whole dentures and now she can not wear it at all. The doctor was very very rude and honestly he doesnt know what he is doing. I do not recommend this dentist to anyone.Thank you

The worst dental office in Sacramento the staff has no clue what they are doing whatsoever they never referred me out to my insurance and refused to refer me anywhere else because he said they do the work themselves they won’t refer me somewhere if they do the work themselves he is clearly not an oral surgeon and my case was very complex there was no way I was letting him touch my teeth the guy who answers the phone has no idea about anything and they always say they will call you back and never do !!!!! They wanted my teeth extracted before getting an impression of my teeth when I know from experience if I have full teeth still any dentist wants a real impression of my real teeth!!! I don’t know how this place is still in business no one there has a clue!

Worse dental office and dentist you can find!!!!!! The staff are rude and they do not help you at all. They will start a treatment without checking if they have all the necessary supplies. They will not send your referral to your insurance and they do not share your xrays with you. Also, they are not responsive and the dentist does not put time during cleaning and he does not mind injuring your gums. I would not even give them 1 star.

The worst experience. I went there for. Tooth removal. He drilled my gum Ive been in pain for two weeks because he was not able to remove the tooth. He referred me to a surgeon after two weeks im still in pain. And waiting for an appt.

I would not recommend using this dentist for several reasons:1. Updating treatment plan, keeping current records of treatment plan & treatment already implemented is sub-par. The dentist (after cleaning my daughters teeth for the second time) & looking at her file, explained to me the next treatment plan ( sealant) which had already been completed. I had to remind the doctor that it was already done ( BTW, this sealant fell off 10 minutes after we left the office at previous visit which I explained to him & he said okay, we can just re-do) & recommendations for surgery ( that were already discussed at our very first visit ( this was her 4th visit ) & submit for referral. I had to remind the doctor that the referral was already submitted.) Moreover, he then rattled off the # of each tooth that needed to be treated to the dental assistant (which she is noting on what I assume is her file), which was already done at the last visit. So, clearly my daughters file was not being updated. This is a reflection of poor office management & staff training.2. Staff look unhappy & overworked3. When my daughter was waiting in the dental chair, the doctor was yelling at another patient after she explained to him that she was still feeling pain & needed more numbing and that she did not want to continue the procedure because she was feeling pain. He basically scolded her & said that she wont let him do anything.If a patient is telling you they are still feeling pain then you need to listen!I regret not saying anything when this happened...Moreover, this exchange was with a female POC & historically, have been denied proper medical treatment.YOU DONT TREAT ANY PATIENTS THIS WAY!And the latter reason is by far the most important reason why I will no longer be using this dental office.

I was here 3 hours to get an X-ray and cleaning. They need a better system for time management

WASTE OF TIME. I usually never write reviews, but this physician is terrible, along with his medical assistant who does X Rays. I told him it hurts when I open my mouth, he poked at my gums, which didn’t hurt, then he poked at my teeth which hurt like CRAZY, but he decides “i don’t see any cavities, it’s gum inflammation” but toothache isn’t always caused by cavities... he seen me for not even 3 mins and prescribed me tylenol which I had already taken.. i could get that OTC easy. He didn’t take his time, he doesn’t really care. he gets paid per patient he documents and sees so he doesn’t care if you’re in pain or not. I seen another dentist the same day, and he stated it was my wisdom teeth. waaaay more of a liable diagnosis

This dentist is the worst I’ve ever seen. He does the absolute bare minimum he needs to call the appointment I just had a “cleaning”. The technician literally only polished my teeth and nothing else, didn’t even spray water in my mouth. I clean my teeth better at home with a water pik. Told me that I needed to have a $1,000 cleaning if I wanted them to clean the tartar buildup under my gums...

This Dr dose not do good work need to have work checked he filled my wife tooth and filling dropped twice dose not know what he is doing if u have chance to use other dr please look into changing to a deferent dentist

Dont go to this place . Its a trash . Horrible place. Very unorganized . Only one doctor at job site and if your scheduled for a particular time expect to be waited for another 1.5 hours or even 2. Their refferels are jokes . They say they will refer you for another doctor and that never happens unless you call and call to push them send it . They will tell you to wait few weeks for a mail from your insurance for approval but in reality they never send the referral to the insurance. Wonder how the state evena allow apa like this to operate .

If you have appointment your half the day is gone. Even after appointment wait for hours. Think twice before visiting this place.

This is the worst dentist clinic Ive ever been to. The first time Ive waited for almost two hours, and the staff and doctors in the clinic are not polite. Why is there only one doctor who has about five or six guests at the same time? And my tooth just fell out two days later! I do n’t know what broken materials they are using. I will never go back again!

Really slow. Feel like it’s kind of unsanitary. The lady attending me didn’t finish attending me because the doctor told her to go do something else so a different lady had to come finish attending me.

Appointment for my daughter to take the correct measures to get braces , they seemed nice nad helpful. The receptionist had reached out to me on the weekend to switch times and my wait time once here wasnt long.

The dentist was clear and concise on what neeeded to be done and made sure my service today was done safe and was okay during my whole extraction.. The staff is very nice.. Special thank you to jen she patient and friendly..

My mother was assigned to this dentist office through her insurance. She requested a simple crack to be filled on a set of her dentures, she was told it would be no problem and done in two days. It has now been TWO WEEKS and they are giving her the run around. The office is utterly disorganized and each employee at the front desk tells a different story each time, there is a major language barrier, and the dentist is hardly in office. It is highly unprofessional here and complete chaos. If I could give this office less than a star I surely would. My advice: AVIOD AT ALL COST. They have no idea what they are doing, my mother is extremely displeased.

This is the worse dentist office ever I met. Only one dentist and too many people booked for the same time. We rescheduled two times after waiting almost 3 hours. When the doctor works the staff start vacuuming with too much noise. Very unprofessional place to visit. You will be disappointed to choose this office.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever encountered my whole life and in 35 years old. I’ve been calling for a month now and they only picked up once and when they did pick up they said they would call me back with the appointment counselor and that never happened as well even though I stressed to the lady that I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for over a month! This is a worse dentist I ever go, first time we went there we have to wait 1hour 30’ to in the room I told him that my mom need to do denture, the staff can’t do x-tray, so they told my mom come back other time with better x-tray techniques, 2nd time she have to spend 1 hour to do x-tray, after x-tray dentist should come and check for my mom dentures, but he said my mom need to clean the teeth, i told him my mom dont have teeth, and he said come back, and today we come back and he clean my mom teeth and he check the x-tray and tell my mom come back to do x-tray again, i dont know if my mom can have dentures until next year , i should rate this dental no star if i can

Could never get a hold of the office and when I did they were very unprofessional. When I tried to set an appt they always got the date wrong so when it came time for them to call & confirm the appt, it wasnt the date that we had agreed upon previously (this happened on 3 separate occasions). Finally just changed dentists. Not the greatest place so beware.

ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. The Dr. didnt even resolve anything. The receptionist.....doesnt return phone calls nor messages either. Sad.Please dont come here for treatment.

We went today for the first time this dental office was not welcoming at all staff was rude the dentist was rude didn’t show any kind of interest for children and the dental assistant had the nerve to yell at us saying my husband and me couldn’t be in there together with my 4 year old son because we were stressing the assistant out and my son I have never been so disappointed in my life with a dentist I plan on sending a complaint to the main office.

Worst place ever. I got here at 2:58pm and it is currently 5:30pm and my client still has not been seen for his 3:00pm appointment. Save yourself the time and headache and do not make an appointment here. Also there is no room to wait. The people in the waiting room and standing while waiting on their patient.

I was waiting for 1 hour in the lobby and 1 hour in the room just waiting for X-rays and cleaning 10 minutes later they call another patient and after 5 minutes pass they call another patient she was pretty mad bc she was waiting 1hr including myself I was waiting 2hrs so the dentist (doctor) heard so he decided that she had to go first... I was supposed to go first then The other patient next to me not the last person . I went off and left no more appointments here!!!! i felt discriminated the reason why is the patient that was complaining has the same race as the dentist (doctor) he doesn’t deserve patients nor employees ... PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT GO HERE !!! PLEASE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! 🤬🤬😡😡
