Experience was phenomenal! Good dental places are hard to find, I am so glad this is one of the good ones. It’s been a while since I had my teeth cleaned at dental offices due to Covid. The entire process was professional, efficient and no discomfort. Definitely recommend this place!

Who thinks that going to the dentist could ever be an awesome experience! The entire staff was so professional and nice at the same time. The X-ray tech was amazing and friendly. I was assisted Alecia and Dr Jeff and when I tell you I was so happy with my dental I had to right a review because hands down this is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Shout out to Danielle the monies lady who provided me an excellent account of my cost ways to pay and all that. Like I’m excited for my next visit! I transferred dentist facilities because the one I was going to were not very kind or friendly or even helpful for that matter. Coming to Smile Time has truly been a great experience. Every single person has been friendly and helpful. Including the doctors and assistants themselves, always make you feel extremely comfortable. Who doesn’t want to be comfortable when coming to the dentist? I wouldn’t think twice about coming here. The staff is awesome!

Today I had a root canal in #31 molar.Dr. Daniels was great. Very focused. He was assisted by Edna a most pleasant young lady. I believe his name was Dion. He observed quietly and politely. Sandy at the front desk was very helpful and took the to to answer my questions.Todays appointment turned out to be a good experience.

Love Smile Time Dental! Ive been on the search for a new dentist for years. Like others, the dentist isnt my favorite place to go but smile time has taken my fear away. I have seen Dr. Carlos and Dr. Daniel for my exams and they explain things very well and I got some fillings done here with Dr. Jack and I felt no pain or discomfort.. Ive also gotten my cleaning done with hygienist Donne and she did an amazing job!!. This office is very thorough, staff is amazing :)

My dental visits here have been great! Donne is my new hygienist and she is the best. She’s very nice and did well with my cleaning. My previous visits with the old hygienist was good too. The team has helped me a lot and I recommend this office.

I love this office! The staff is super friendly, they explain everything in detail and even call to make sure you understand your co-Pay obligations. I had a deep clean today with Donney and she was super amazing, made sure I was comfortable and checked in with me frequently. Mind you this is typically a multi day appointment and I wanted it done in one. Did I mention they are super accommodating? Definitely come check it out!

Great service. Did a deep cleaning on teeth and as always, not the pleasant feeling doing anything dental but I felt comfortable when being handled by the dentist.

This place is absolutely running an insurance scam. Every single time I come here, they try to upsell me on services I dont need or they seem to confuse the insurance paperwork and try to charge me things that the insurance will cover. They try to get you to take x-rays twice a year (most insurance companies only cover one) and if you tell them you dont want x-rays, they tell you in a condescending tone that it is a best practice to take the x-rays every 6 months, regardless if you have to pay for them out of pocket. I have been here 3 or 4 times and have only seen an actual dentist once for less than 5 minutes. The administrative staff is a nightmare. I just called to reschedule an appointment and found out that my original appointment had been moved without anybody notifying me (thank goodness I had to reschedule or else I would have been charge a no show fee). Then when I asked for an email confirmation of the new appointment, the representative didnt know how to send one (which is really confusing since I have always received email appointment notifications). I have spent more time on the phone with their administrative staff trying to sort out administrative idiosyncrasies and billing issues than I have spent time in the chair. I get stains on my teeth that the hygienists in this office seem to have problems addressing, which is maddening because I have always gotten stains in the same places and have never had had problems getting the stains out with any other dental office. I do like the fun sunglasses they give you and the tvs on the ceilings (when the movies are actually running). And most of they hygienists are nice.

I love them! I have 4 kids that they seen quickly. My younger boys were a little task but they had so much patience with them which made them very comfortable. Going forward they’re looking forward to their appointments like going to the park. Will never change dental offices again.

Very disappointed at this place. I came here last week and they could only do X-rays and no Cleanning, however I was charged a copay. They took me into an office and the lady explained my next appointment will be $53 for another copay and one filling. Ask me if I want to pay in advance, I declined since I don’t know if I’ll need to cancel the appointment. Told her I’ll pay the day of my appointment.Came back two weeks later and now the bill for the same service is $86 instead of $53. $33 difference is not a big deal but why all of the sudden the spike in price when I am doing the same service? Also I have to pay an additional copay. Makes me feel like they just want to make many appointments to get the copay. I will never use them again.

I really enjoyed my experience! Everyone at this office is super helpful and make sure that I am feeling okay and explain the entire process to me beforehand.

Smile time is the best experience Ive ever had in a dentist office. Donney cleaned my teeth and I would adopt her as my sister. My teeth feel great! and Tammy at the front desk helped me a lot as well. The team in this office works well together and are awesome. The office is well kept, smells fresh and doesnt make you feel uncomfortable. They deserve a raise!

I went to the dentist back in March because of horrible jaw pain that I had been dealing with for weeks. They were more concerned with referring me to an orthodontist for braces and getting me scheduled for a deep clean and a filling. They did nothing to help my jaw, and I went to a different dentist for a second opinion. It turned out that my jaw was dislocated! I also didnt need a deep clean, and braces would have made my pain so much worse. Never going back, and never recommending SmileTime to anyone!!

Received a service I never wanted nor approved. They lost my appointment time in their system after they’re the ones that made it. Their dentist scrapped a damaged tooth over and over even though in my files it clearly states stained. They covered my nose during cleaning to where I could not breathe and triggered ptsd. Would not go back.

Good service, friendly staff, funny dentist. Originally 5 stars but due to “overbooking”, the appointment I scheduled 1 month ahead of time got canceled (no fault of my own). Now forced to reschedule 1 month later for next appointment (totaling 2 months wait just for getting cavities filled due to an overbooking mistake which I am not responsible for). 2 months is an absurdly long time to wait when your tooth is already aching.

Same as Kevinlymd, was scheduled for a deep cleaning not covered by insurance, right side was charged at $580 and the left at $270. Was told x-rays were resubmitted and the left side would be done in the time being, now they are telling me that they are both $580 because it wasnt covered but the bill shows that the total was $360 without insurance. I have called multiple times and they refuse to fix this, look elsewhere and save your money.

Possibly running an insurance scam. My mother had an insurance plan that designated her to this place, granted not the best insurance. They initially made appointment for her to come in, on that day of her appt, she called to confirm, they retracted back her apptment by telling her that her insurance would not cover her for that day, only some other days later. What kind of BS is that? So finally, she got a chance to come in on her second attempt, even when they saw that she had a dental abscess, they refused to treat her right there and then because they wanted to negotiate and price gouge, claiming that her insurance did not cover for deep cleaning. So she was sent away with a dental abscess, only to follow up with another appointment. On the subsequent appointment, they told her that her insurance would only cover half of the deep cleaning, because they would have to use antibiotic which does not cover entirely. My mom agreed to it. They took $270 which was half and they left half of her mouth UNcleaned. My mom then followed up with another appointment to clean the other half which did not have the abscess; they then told her she needs to pay $270 more!! Talking about scams after scams, taking advantage of old people who dont speak English fluently. I intend to take this all the way to the board of dentistry.

We drove almost an hour to get there. We were within the five minute time frame. The woman behind the counter spent a few minutes helping someone in front of us and so the dentist decided to refuse us. We will not be returning to Smile Time Dental. I’ve been to this office for quite a few times. And I am very happy here, everyone is very friendly. I get scared to come to the dentist but with Smile Time they make me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Jack has a great hand for inserting the anesthesia. Melisa is also great. Front office is great as well, Lupita explains everything very thorough and whenever I have a question she explains it in detail. Also makes me aware of all the copay amounts before my appointments if there is one. Also great availability and she accommodates me to the best she can.Great office!

I called to schedule a first visit and they were able to see me the very next day, then schedule a routine filling within the same week. The staff are very friendly and personable, while the space is open, bright, and clean.Nobody enjoys going to the dentist, but everyone from the receptionists to the dentists themselves do a great job of making visits calm and reassuring.

Dr. Jack is sooo down to earth and helpful! I love how friendly the staff is and they worked with me on a plan that works best for me. The receptionist is amazing as well. They got me an appointment same day and made time to get some work done too. Can’t say enough. I recommend Smile Time Dental a million times over!

The clinic is a handsome office in appearance. I like how its been renovated. The dental assistants and whole staff are courteous and polite. The clinic also has a very sharp Office Manager Laura Ortega. She has amazing memory. No wonder the branch runs so efficiently. I recently took both my children to their first dentist visit. I was dreading taking my two yr old but the visit went very smoothly. She watched the tv that was on the ceiling while she was getting checked out. The dentist and assistant did an awesome job with her.

Amazing new ownership. The staff really cares for your confort and your dental health in the long run. Definitely the place to go. I am normally extremely nervous when it comes to the dentist and they are kind and patient here and it makes me very comfortable and I will not be going anywhere else.

Dr. Mann is the greatest Dr i have ever been with. I have had a full upper denture made here and had it adjusted once by Dr, Mann and never needed it adjusted no more. It fits so perfect. she also adjusted a partial i had done some where else where i could not wear it since i got it and also took it to Dr.Mann once and with her magic hands my partial fits with no pain. Yervan the dental hygienist at smile time was so awesome. I suffer from extreme anxiety especially coming to the dentist and I’ve heard horror stories of how painful the deep cleanings are but he put me at such ease and I experienced absolutely no pain at all. Very grateful to have had him as my hygienist here at smile time. Was definitely worth it !! Highly recommend and super convenient times for exams and treatments for working individuals.
