Late Saturday night my daughter ran over a nail in Wilmington Delaware. She was on her way to Marshall Virginia and riding on the donut tire would have taken 5 hours on side roads. I met her, and drove her car to our home in Eldersburg. At 8:45 this morning Mr. Tire opened, and I went in and explained my dilemma. Immediately, I was checked in by the very courteous manager and her tire was plugged within 5 minutes. 5 minutes!!! My daughter was elated and I was over the moon with gratitude. It is such a relief to know that there are still kind and understanding service people and in my home town. AND on a Sunday morning. Thank you!!!!

I described the problem of a tire leak. In a positive, upbeat, manner, it was quickly resolved by the rest of the team I dealt with. Whenever I have had an issue with my tires, I’ve called them and they were able to get me in immediately. They are always quick, efficient and I never leave feeling like they were trying to nickel and dime me. I’ve dealt with CJ my last two visits and he has always been cool and made the mundane tire issues more pleasant. Highly recommend this location! I did not hesitate to call them first when I had a leak in my tire this morning.

Update:I have had cause to visit the store twice since my 5 star review 4 weeks ago, and the customer service has tanked. You used to always be greeted with a smile, but now the gruff attitude makes you feel like they dont want your business. Sorry to have to leave this comment; it was my go-to mechanic for years.My previous review: Always a fair price. No crazy upsell like a lot of mechanics; just the facts and great service.

THE BEST!I was in a real rush to get back to New York that night and discovered major issues with both front tires the day before. Its 3pm at this point..Called on a hope and a prayer. Ray picked up[on the second ring and said, We got you. Come on in and we will get it taken care of right nowLess than 90 minutes from that first call, I was on my way with 4 Goodyear light truck tires, installed balanced and aligned at a really good price! Unbelievable!!Long story short, I had an appointment at a competitor across the street... whos name starts with National just before turning to MR. Tire...Made and confirmed an online appointment INCLUDING vehicle type the day before..Walk in, the tech takes 15 minutes to enter 50 points of data about me and my vehicle then says.. Well, I dont have anything that fits that vehicle.. Ah...you KNEW I was coming in, you KNEW the vehicle. The first thing I would have done is confirmed I even had the tires needed.. And this is not an uncommon vehicle.. standard cargo van...Terrible order of doing things when you have a screen showing the vehicle type connected with the customer who just walked in..Anyway, Mr Tire. This should hands-down be your go-to auto shop in the area. They are timely, reasonable with estimates, and will try to help you out any chance they can get. I recently had noticed a nail in my tire before a long trip I was going on and the manager quickly threw the car up on the lift and plugged the tire for me at no charge. If you are debating the several other shops in our area- Meineke, Jiffy Lube, Midas...try Mr. Tire first! You wont be disappointed!

We walked in on a Saturday to get a tire fixed that had a nail in it. Told us to come back at 2:30 and they would take care of us. We got back and they took the car right back and 15 mins later Andrew had our tire fixed and we were on the road.

Took my wifes van there to get two tires. The original tires that I had selected online for the appointment were not there so, the gentleman at the front desk helped me out. I was there for less than 2 hours and I am very pleased with the service. Ive have been using various Mr.Tire locations throughout my life and this will be a shop I continue to use.

Ive been bringing my Mustang there for the past year and this team has been great! I spend a lot of time at the local tracks with the car and the Mr Time Team puts a second set of eyes on some of the areas Im most concerned with which are the tires, brakes and general safety of the vehicle. When Im at the track, I know me, my car, the other drivers and their cars are not at risk due to a failure from my vehicle. And thats really important as you can imagine. Bringing mine and my wife’s vehicles here for a long time. It’s hard to find a repair shop that you can trust. The manager (Darren) is top notch. Wonderful to deal with. Mechanics are polite and mannerly also. I highly recommend taking you vehicle there for any (except transmissions) work to be done.

Ive brought multiple cars to this location - always satisfied. Techs do really great work. Today I had new rims and tires put on my C4 Corvette. Darren the Manager is a Corvette guy, so he was able to give great advice!

Walked in tonight around 5:30 with my utility trailer tire in need of a valve stem and inflating. Manager on duty had one of tire technician fix it. The technician had the new stem insert in no time at all,applied some bead sealer and inflated the tire. In less than 10 minutes I was on my home a very happy customer. Stopped in with no appointment with a golf cart tire that had come off the rim. They immediately took it back and fixed it within about two minutes. When I asked them how much they said no charge. They are good people I definitely recommend them

Love this Mr. Tire! Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. Tabrian worked on my tire which had a slow leak and he searched every tread until he found the tiny nail causing the problem. Success. He didn’t try and tell me I needed a new tire or try to sell me. He plugged it up and I was in and out in 30 mins. Facility is clean. Will definitely be back!

Always great service. Went in to get my tires checked as my low tire pressure light was coming on. Turned out I had a nail in my tire. They fixed it for me while I waited. Bonus he told me I had road hazard insurance which I forgot about so it was free. Happy customer. Thank you!

These guys are great. My jeep died and had it towed to them. They found the problem but before charging me for any work, they went online and found out it was due to a recall issue. We had the dealership take care of it. They always take good care of the our vehicles when we bring them in and are always looking out for the customer on pricing and time. Cant say enough about the customer service as well as the speed of the mechanics. Easiest 5 stars Ive ever given out.

I bought a set of tires a week ago before winter. My low tire pressure light came on. I went to have this checked and corrected. I was told that they could not look at it because they were to busy. Then I was told I did not buy new pistons when the tires were changed so its probably not their fault. I spent almost $800 at this place. I never had a problem with my tire pressure. He never looked at the tires but its not their fault. Awful customer service. Dont trust this place

Had a horrible experience with another local tire center. Came to Mr Tire and was treated very courteously. Everything the staff said they were going to be done was done, and at the time line agreed upon. I have had several good experiences, and do not plan on taking my car anywhere else for tires.

I had to have service done on two of my tires and we had some extreme personal life tragedies keep getting in the way of picking my car up. Everyone at Mr. Tire was extremely understanding about giving us the time we needed to pick up.Not only did they give excellent customer service, they cared to ask how we were doing during our situation. My mother and I were faced with a deflating tire and a PT appt. Darrell had one of the fellas add air until we returned after the appt. They then found the problem with the tire that Apple Ford couldnt, a leaking valve stem. Then they fixed it at no charge!

Great team, really understands the customers needs. took no time for me to get 4 new tires on my sporty SUV! all balanced up and fresh. They beat the tire rack price nearly 10%. Brought a trailer tire in to be replaced. Was in and out in under 15 minutes. Attentive staff to ask what pressure I wanted the tire at and very professional.

First off I would like to say how much retail workers are not appreciated. Fatima Rideout who posted earlier today needs to be honest and tell the entire story about her visit not just her negativite thoughts. I was the customer that was getting helped by Darren about 5-6ft away when she was there. I heard the associate upfront tell this customer that they could take care of her car but it would be a little while because their were other customers and appointments full in the shop. All she had to do was wait. She did not want to wait. She wanted them to take her in right then and there. Can you go to the doctors office and get taken in right then and there?... I think not. He also told her the reasons why she could be leaking air out of her tire. Not once was this employee rude or negative towards Ms. Rideout. This is the world we live in today to where someone can just sit here and complain to a company and have the company believe him or her without hearing their side. I’m here to tell you and everyone else that this shop takes care of it’s customers and does not try to get over on ANYONE like most shops! I will continue to bring my vehicle to get serviced here and continue to stand up when someone is not being honest while in my presence about a situation.

Another shop told my wife she had a nail in her tire and needed two new tires. Something didnt seem right, I took the car here and they were great. We found the nail but they determined it didnt puncture the tire and everything was fine. Their honesty saved me about $450.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my car in for tire balancing and rotation. The services were never performed and they took payment anyway. I picked car up and still had a shake at highway speed. Took it to C&A automotive right up the street and was informed that the tires were 2oz out on each wheel and they were able to perform the service that Mr. Tire said they did. Car drives much better and was not robbed. Will be contacting the appropriate authorities for this scam. STAY AWAY AND TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO ONE OF THE REPUTABLE SHOPS IN THE AREA.
