I took my car in with a slow leak in one of the tires. I didnt have an appointment. Zach booked me in and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. And he didnt charge me since I was a first time customer. Its rare to find a place that delivers value so quickly, and with such excellent customer service. I found myself in a tricky situation when I had to change out a tire with a nail in it with a spare. The next morning They were able to patch my tire and put everything back together. This is the first time i used Bay Area Tire brought my truck in to find a slow leak in one of my tires. They found the leak fast a said the tire can not be repaired. So i asked since it was still up on the lift if they could rotate the tires. No problem. So when he gave me the bill it said NC (No Charge) Thanks! Guys

Fast and friendly service! Excellent work at a great price! We got an oil change and tire rotation. They got me in right away and have a nice lounge area with comfortable seating, tv, and great coffee while you wait. Later in the day we noticed the front wheels starting to vibrate and they let us bring it back in right away and did a thorough check and found that our back tires that they rotated to the front were out of balance. They took care of it for us (free!) and took test drives to be sure it was properly fixed before giving it back. This is a great place with employees who are kind and seem to truly care about their customers! We will be back!

I walked in with 4 bald tires, made an appointment for later that day. Returned and they got to work on the wifes car. About 2 hours later they were all done. Not the fastest service but they were accurate, clean, and courteous. Ill return for future tire services.

I actually came from good year in ellicott city and was with them for a couple years, service there went down hill and decided to try a good year closer to me! So far it has worked out well , nice and caring which goes along way with me in general! I definitely will be back, they seem to be trustworthy too which is important! The service we have been receiving for well over a decade is outstanding. Knowledgeable and professional service technicians are essential for late model vehicles.Friendly and courteous staff is much appreciated too. An all around very satisfied experience.Communication with the customer is very important nowadays. If the customer provides you with a home phone number and a cell number, its reasonable to also call the cell. Especially after calling the home but not leaving a message, just a suggestion.

I needed my tired patched. I had a slow leak and noticed a bolt was in my tire tread. I came here without an appointment, and they fit me in right away. They were very informative about using a a patch rather than a plug, and they let me know how long the wait would be so I knew exactly what to expect. It was perfect. Highly recommend place.

I lost the passenger side wiper blade at night, went to Bay Tire early Saturday morning they replaced it right away, check the driver’s side and also replaced that one, apparently the clips weren’t that good. They didn’t charge me for them. Because I had bought them there, 3 months ago or so, probably why they didn’t charge me, but that’s not to say, that they are always courteous and willing to help the client. I’ve being taking my cars there for emergencies and routine check ups, and they always offer an excellent service.

Called Bay Area an hour before they closed on a Saturday while standing at another service center for over 20 minutes and receiving no service. Simply needed new trailer tires mounted. They got me in right away. Great service.

Bryan and John are great. I had a brand new car and I picked up a nail in one tire. I walked into Bay Area Tire & Service without an appointment (on a Friday afternoon). Bryan was so gracious. He said I could wait for the car and they took it in for repair almost immediately. They fixed the tire and reset the tire sensor and since I was a new customer, they didn’t charge me for the service. I will definitely use Bay Area Tire & Service in the future.

Goodyear offered to prorate the tire for replacement (had a nail very close to to the wall and couldn’t be plugged) even though they didn’t have to - very nice, and surely will buy Goodyear again.Bay Area tire was efficient, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Had purchased brand new tires from anotherbusiness. Had scheduled appointment they pulled my vehicle and then proceded to let me know they couldnt put my tires on. Because there was issue with the lugnuts. (Ford) So I thought and remembered about Bay Area Tire. Went in and was greeted by a very pleasant gentleman. I explained my situation and he gave me all the scenarios and explained everything gave price and took care of me 100%. They even called me to say that my brakes were very low and that i should start to think about get them replaced. Which i was already aware of. The reason I didnt give them 5 stars is I feel their prices are kind of on the high side and the last time I went, I had called the day before and scheduled an appointment, when I arrived I wasnt in their system for my appointment. I then had a secondary issue. When I went to leave my battery had died. Bay Area Tire ended up replacing my battery as well. They took care of this second problem quickly and professionally. I definitely would return because I believe good car people are hard to find.

I went there because of all the great reviews I read online and they did not disappoint! Took my RAV-4 for an oil change and thought something was wrong with the brakes. I even brought a coupon saying I would spend over 200 bucks or something like that. Dropped it off over night and got a call first thing in the morning. Only needed the oil change, nothing was wrong with the brakes. The man on the phone, Emmett, was super helpful and explained to me why they were making the noises they were making. So for me, someone who doesn’t really know much about cars, the fact that I basically showed them I was willing to spend a lot of money (because of the coupon) and have them just explain to me why my brakes didn’t actually need to be replaced... totally trust in this place. I definitely feel like I’ve been taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge of cars in some places around town. I will be a long time customer for sure!

Would have been a solid five stars if the tires were in stock, but I suppose its not reasonable to expect trailer tires to be held in stock at retail outlets. Im changing it to a 5 stars.

Well I was told I had a flat when I was coming out of a store and popped over to C&A but they were too busy and directed me over to Midas where this nice man filled it. But he said I needed to get it fixed so I drove over to Bay Area Tire. There I was told that they could get to it if I came back at 4. Very helpful so I went back. They have wonderful tables to sit when you wait and everything went so smoothly. Zach explained to me exactly what they did to fix my leak and I was a happy camper.

Service to evaluate a slow leak on my company vehicle was very quick. They could tell I was in a hurry, so when they found the slow leak to be non repairable they had me on my way with my spare. They ordered a tire and had mounted, balance on my rim waiting for me to come back. Thanks

Flat repair. They got me in on a Saturday, and did the repair while I waited. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because of the price. $35 for a flat repair !!! And I brought the tire in loose, so they didnt even need to lift the car, remove tire etc. Around $20 would be more reasonable.
