Was leaving for vacation the next day. At 4pm they were able to take me right away and do the oil change and tire rotation. It was very convenient!

I have used this location in the past and had success so I booked an appointment for my SUV to get some much needed TLC. I called on a Monday and was able to get the work scheduled later that same week. I dropped off the vehicle on a Friday morning for front & rear brakes & rotors as well as a transmission flush. I received a call that it was done just after lunch that day. The price was the least expensive of the three quotes that I requested in advance of choosing a service provider. I am highly satisfied with the performance of my vehicle after having this work completed and will be first making a call to Fabian and his team if I have any automotive repair needs in the future.

Went and got my car looked at by them, they said my car was safe to drive, my wheel came off while driving on the highway. Obviously not safe to drive. Definitely dont trust this place.

Great place, they did a good job with a oil change and a car diagnostic. Only one thing, I booked an appointment over the phone and then arrive they said they don’t have me in their schedule but was able to squeeze me in the schedule.

Car was making a noise in the front end, said they didn’t find anything but oiled and lubed everything just in case.... making the same noise driving off the lot. Guess I’ll be going elsewhere!

Although I sold my car two days later, Fabian gladly gave me his opinion of the overall vehicle and an estimate for replacing the muffler. He was very nice. Idll take my other car to him the next time I need a repair. Also, his estimate for the muffler was nearly $400 less than another national chain.

This is the best place to go if you need an honest and fair priced place to take your car! They have always helped us in emergency situations as well as routine work. Scott and Fabian are the best!

My husband and I have been taking our cars to Midas for a couple years now. Fabian and the others are honest and really care about you, something unheard of in this industry. I have never had the service I get here, anywhere else. I just had two recalls on my car and had to take it to the dealer, while there I thought I would get them to do my oil and their monthly special, saving myself from making another appointment. What a joke and boy did I learn my lesson! They could not even compare to Midas in Eldersburg. I will never, ever go anywhere else! Thank you everyone at Midas! You dont realize just how much your hard work and dedication means to us. Trust me when I say, we recognize what you do!!

My previous experiences with auto chain stores were usually neutral. This store is an exception. They are polite and honest. I just had my exhaust pipe fixed there and they managed to connect the broken pipe with muffler for just half hour labor. Highly recommend this store to anybody!

Awesome service, they didnt have my size tire in stock and I was in this shops area for a doctors appointment that day I had gotten a flat but of course it was in the side wall so it couldnt be plugged or patched, so it seemed like every place I called didnt have my size tire in stock so it must be a very popular sized tire, so I was able to find a tire at another store but they couldnt put it on for me, so I called back to this store and the were able to accommodate me and get the tire put on the rim so I could get back down the road and home to the Eastern shore. They went above and beyond all my expectations, plus they quickly finished the job knowing that I only in the area for a Drs. Visit which now had turned into a major ordeal and consumed my entire day. But they made my bad day 💯 percent better! Id recommend this shop to any one and if I ever need assistance when Im in this area I wouldnt ever go any where else, great job guys!!!

I dont write reviews often, but this place is horrible. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Typically, that includes topping off of fluids and an overall car check. Some places even vacuum your car for you. Not here! Not only did they not rotate my tires, they lied and said they did. It was only when I got my car home and looked at the wear marks and the dirt on the wheels that I realized they didnt. Normally Id be less angry, but I specifically stated that we were going on a trip this week and wanted to ensure the car was safe. And not only did they skip the tire rotation, not a single fluid was filled. When I called to ask about the skipped tire rotation, they said the tires were too bald to rotate. Utter lies. The tires have less than 30k miles on them and they have been maintained. When I asked about them not topping off fluids, they said they dont do that there. They stated they only fill wiper fluid (they didnt even do that), which is crazy because every other shop tops off fluids. And to top it all off, the oil was overfilled, which can cause damage to the engine. I will never take any car back here and I wouldnt recommend to anyone.I will say that they did rotate the tires when I called back and brought it back up, but that doesnt change the fact that I would have been unknowingly riding around on unrotated tires because they lied the first time.
