This is a great shop full of fantastic people! I had scheduled an appointment for an alignment, but I was prepared to hear that my vehicle needed more complicated repair work. Of course, it turned out to be something more than a simple alignment, but they were still able to complete the repair work pretty quickly and at a fair price. Even more important (to me) was the stellar service and genuine kindness of everyone at this location! They made me feel so comfortable in the shop AND so confident in their work and integrity! I will absolutely be back for future maintenance and service! Thank you all so much!

A very pleasant experience from beginning to end. I had air conditioning issues, I needed an oil change and I needed them to check my tires. I felt that they were honest and not trying to “get over” on me. This is my second time using them and again, I left very pleased. They are my mechanics for sure now. I will always go to them first.

It was very easy to make an appointment online. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately. The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and professional. Since I couldn’t wait in the lounge due to Covid, I walked to a restaurant in the same parking lot and grabbed a snack. I received a phone call when my car was finished. First time using this place. Friendly people and knowledgeable. No waiting area due to pandemic..fortunately, theres a royal farms next door to sit and drink coffee. Took longer than I would have liked. My appt was 8am...i was told that the mechanic didnt arrive until later.Unfortunately..the cost was more than at dealership. Undecided on whether to return or not. Sometimes its better the second time around. Sometimes..not.

Roughly 10 years ago our car broke down in the Bob Evans parking lot next door, and this location was able to rescue our car from the restaurant’s lot and fix our car while we had breakfast. Just an all-around great team! Polite, professional and highly recommended!! Trying to restore an old car and found the tail pipes dragging against the tires and suspension after rebuilding everything. Not wanting to replace the entire exhaust before completing motor work, Todd was quick to figure out how to remedy and bent everything carefully into position so that nothing was touching/rubbing and then inspected everything else and let me know what else needed to be addressed and by when. Kelly in the front is helpful and friendly, helped me keep the car from sitting in the rain during a tropical storm (leaky t-tops).

This is one of the best experiences i have ever had for car repair and customization. The owner Jason is extremely personable, prompt, and runs a very clean shop. I had engine trouble with a 2005 Avalanche and the lead tech Jeff exampled everything about the issue to me, including his diagnostic approach which was very impressive. I also had them weld on a new performance muffler on my 2019 Ram and the welds and custom piping are OEM level flawless. Bottom line....use this shop!

Quick work, but please for the love of god please don’t impact drill the oil bolt back on. Could tell it was impact drilled when I went to change my wife’s oil. Same goes keeping the oil filter...hand tight or y’all forgot to put oil around the seal. Took 30 mins to loosen both parts. Hand tight is all you need

They helped me when I had a flat tire even when they were getting ready to close. That says a lot right there. My next experience was to schedule a oil change. I was able to get one away. They were very pleasant and did a good job. I would recommend anyone for their service.

Sometimes I wait there for simple things and am very comfortable in their waiting room. Sometimes I leave my car and come back to get it. I’ve never had a problem. I trust Jason and his staff to work on my vehicle. They do a great job and I don’t feel like I’m being charged for unnecessary work. I’ll never have work done at a dealership again unless it’s a recall. My car runs like new and has over 200,000 miles on it!

Years ago I went to another auto repair shop. The estimate seemed very high. I was told to go to Meineke and was pleasantly surprised. They actually came in $1000 less. They are honest, friendly and always explain everything. I don’t just go there for brakes but for all my auto needs. I get all my cars serviced there. Jason and his crew are great! I highly recommend them!!!

A small problem showed up with the exhaust system on my Jeep. I was able to get a quick appointment and it was resolved at what I thought was a reasonable cost.

I needed my exhaust repaired on my old Toyota. Jason made the appt. for me. I dropped the car off Saturday morning. A few hours later Jason called me with an estimate. A few hours after that he called me to tell me the car was ready. Very professional and the repair is good and the price was good. Highly recommend.

This is for the Meineke in Eldersburg.I am not sure where all of these 5-star reviews are coming from. My experience was that this shop significantly overcharges and misdiagnosed my check engine light problem, TWICE!I had a check engine light problem and rough idle/misfiring P0301 code, so I immediately went here since it is right at the 26/32 intersection.$100 for diagnosis (vacuum leak) and $700 of repairs and they said it was fixed.The next week I had the same misfire problem on the highway. They charged me another $100 diagnosis and gave me another $700 estimate for new spark plugs and ignition coils. The spark plugs and coils were fairly new, so I decided to take the car to the dealership.The dealer clearly explained to me what they tested and it was definitely the EGR valve causing a problem. Total new part/repair cost $600, but I had no misfiring since then.This Meineke misdiagnosed my check engine light TWICE. I paid $200 for those diagnostics probably paid $700 for unneeded repairs, and this shop was just as expensive as the dealership!They also tried to sell me (at high prices) other things like license plate light bulb replacement and windshield wipers. Think twice before going here!

Owner Rich is one of the nicest people Ive ever met and he runs a good shop. Brought my car in for an oil change and the guys had the car finished in less than 30 minutes. AND they didnt try to up-sell me on tires/filters/nonsense.

This is the worst place to take your car. Never trust your car to go here. When promised it would be done by a certain time and 2.5 hours later it still isnt done. Dont waste your time. Take your car somewhere else. Tyler is the worst manager. He puts personal cars (family and friends ) ahead of cars that have appointments. I will be calling the owner of the shop in regards to this.
