I was referred to this business by another customer and I couldn’t be happier. They not only did the work quickly and accurately, but when they scheduled it, they requested Veterans Day. When I picked up my jeep, they told me that they pick a veteran each year and on Veterans Day they do all the repair work for free. They had selected me as the veteran to honor that year. Took in my Nissan Versa because I broke a engine mount and other stuff took it to them and worked with Brian and they got it in quickly to find out what needed to be repaired and got me a estimate fast even let me take the car back when they had to order parts so I wasnt without a car for the holiday weekend told me a day to bring it in so they can do the work and had it done next day and the car is working great thank you guys for the service and highly recommend anyone who needs work done to the car to check these guys out

After discovering that my SUV was leaking oil and being unable to reach my normal mechanic I called C & A Automotive about the necessary repairs. Brian explained their process and I dropped the car off with them the next morning. I spoke with Brian several times during the course of the day to discuss pricing and additional recommended repairs. The car was ready to be picked up the following morning and I felt their prices were very reasonable. I will certainly consider C & A Automotive for future service and repairs and recommend them highly.

Tried to rip me off on a catalytic converter replacement awhile back. Quoted over $2k. It was still under warranty. Eventually took it to the dealer and missed the warranty by a week. Ended up paying $700 for replacment at dealer.

I needed a level kit and tires installed on my 2018 F-150. I went to several shops and immediately settled on C&A Automotive after stepping in their office. I am new to the area and as soon as I walked in their office, I felt like a valued customer whose concerns were their top priority. Adam Langmead was extremely knowledgeable, honest and professional. The price was very competitive and the service was the best I have ever encountered. They even provided me with a loaner car while my work was being done without me asking for it. I was very impressed with the parts used on my truck as well. Adam provided me with the very best, higher quality parts for the same price as the other shops I had visited previously, who were offering the lower quality parts.I cant say enough good things about this full service shop. They are the most professional and make you feel very welcome. They take great strides to reassure you and answer any questions you may have and the quality of work is second to none.If you need something done to your vehicle, you cant go wrong here. Great, honest and friendly. My second time there and this time was even better because I got home and saw a large bolt in my tire. I called around 350pm they said being it up we will take care of it. I was out the door alot 5pm. They all are so kind and caring. I got a few quotes on other things I need and what I love most is they are not trying to sell me something i dont need. These are some awesome people.

I am the original owner of a fox-body Mustang GT convertible which has been tastefully modified. After talking to Adam L. at C & A, I ordered a set of Maximum Motorsport subframe rails which required MIG welding and a very specific installation procedure. Ive always had great experiences with C & A Automotive. They are completely honest and fair. And to mark easley, spending 4 hours to diagnose a problem just to find out GM will only release the software to a GM dealer, should have cost a lot more than $100.00! Next time start with a GM shop and see what the charge is!

I don’t know what C&A was like before the recent change of ownership but we were extremely impressed with our latest dealing with C&A and have no qualms about trusting them with my beloved Mercedes Benz. The work was done well and priced reasonably. Our search for a trustworthy repair shop has finally ended.

I came in for a MD inspection, the staff was very professional as well as approachable. When i had to get work done, the technician was quick to notify me and had alternative methods and solutions to offer to resolve the issues. They were willing to work with a budget while making sure quality was met. I will definately be a return customer

Saved me $ 1,000 - I was having issues with my 2015 Chevy Tahoe. I had two other mechanics tell me the problem and what needed to be fixed, with a price tag of over $1500.00. I dropped into C&A without an appointment and they were honest that they could not get to it that day, but they would look at it the next. The next day I received several phone calls after the initial diagnostic had been done to determine the exact issue. I told them what I had been told by the other mechanics. They recommended the repairs required and told me what repairs I did not need. My car was completed the next day as promised, running great and they saved me over $1,000 for repairs that were not needed.

My truck started overheating so I asked a trusted friend that is in the skills and trades who he trusted for all his vehicles and he said C & A Automotive. I had work completed there about 10 months ago. When i received the quote to get the work done i knew i was getting ripped off. My timing chain needed to be replaced so they replaced a bunch of other stuff with it. I asked to only having the timing chain replaced but they said they wouldnt do the work if i didnt do it all. I needed my car back to get to work and i was in $100 for an estimate whether i did the work or not so i told them to do it. 10 months later the car is out of commission again. I thought it was the work they had done before and so i had it towed back there. They said it was the alternator this time. They quoted me $525 for the work and i said no. They tried to charge me $50 to pick up my car which was still taken a part. After complaining they waived the fee and i had the car towed elsewhere for the work with parts of the car on the back seat. I am having the work completed at another place with a great reputation for $300. I will NEVER go back there. They have also recently ripped by father off on work and he will never go back there either.

They keep asking for a review so here it is...If you have no automotive knowledge you will be ripped off. The shop quoted me just over $900 worth of work to have my car pass MD State Inspection. It cost me $256 dollars in parts and a hour and half of my time to make all the fixes. I understand that you have to make some profit, but thats unreasonable.

Make sure you know your stuff before you take your vehicle here or they will take your money. The inspection fee will mostly surely be more than what they tell you, mine started off as 25$ and ended in 70$. After paying this much for a brake inspection I figured that I would bite the bullet and get the work done but then I received the quote and immediately took my truck to another place. What they quoted me for front and rear brake kits was almost insulting. I took my truck to Eldersburg Car Care who not only did the work for less than half the price but also topped off fluids and rotated my tires free of charge. After a search of Fords website I found the parts for my repair cost less than 300 w/ shipping, C&A wanted 1400????? I understand that labor costs can be high but 1100$ in labor is beyond reasonable. If you want fair pricing go to Eldersburg Car Care! Less than half of what these jokers quoted and all work is now done. Again do your homework before taking your car to this place.

Did not fix the car for the reason I brought it in. Charge me $100 for a diagnostic that they can’t fix because it was a dealer only update. Tried to sell me four tires I didn’t need.
