They are very hard to get in contact with for anything after you’ve bought the car from them.I found them on Facebook, went to visit (we’re out of state), and purchased a car from them in early November. It was an older car so it did have a broken part, but they ensured us that this part would be shipped to us, and that was part of the deal. That was super kind and we were stoked!Gave them an address, said the part should be there in a few weeks.Few months go by and nothing comes, so we call just to inquire about where the part could be. Turns out they accidentally sent it to the wrong address, but that’s okay! Mistakes happen and we were not upset about this. They explained the situation and promised to send new ones to the correct address, which we were impressed with.Months go by and still nothing... again, so we call again. They said they’d look into it. Then we hadn’t heard anything again for a few weeks, so we inquired again.They said they’d call back “within 5 minutes” and conveniently never did, so we called *again* and now they are just not answering at all... tried to give benefit of the doubt, but at this point...Overall, the car bought was OK and the service in person was nice, hence the 2 stars earned. If it had gone according to plan, I would’ve been over the moon about the entire process and result. But with this kind of customer service after the fact, and not fulfilling the part after half a year, unfortunately I’m just going to have to not recommend. I was waiting to do a review until the issue had been solved, but it does not look like there will be a resolution at this point. They said if we had any problems with the car in the future that we could contact them, but now we’re not so sure...

I was a salesman in the car field and know the games that are played when purchasing a vehicle. Purchasing a vehicle from Derek was a good experience. He was upfront, no games, and fair. When we purchased the vehicle COVID-19 started so getting the tags was a slow process. Derek work very hard for us to get the tags. Derek is a good man and I would recommend him to everyone.

After having read some positive reviews, we gave Car Finders of Maryland a try and it turned out to be a great decision. We ended up purchasing a Hyundai Santa Fe from them that had 83k on it, now after a few years have elapsed and 205k miles, the Vehicle is still going strong. This was a great purchase at a very fair price. Our experience with Jeremy when purchasing the Vehicle as well as now after a few years have gone by has been great and noteworthy. Jeremy is a very reasonable, honest and Customer focused. Our purchasing experience came with no pressure in the least.Aside from having bought a car from Car Finders of MD weve also had other cars serviced and repaired through them. Derick and his crew are top notch, they are component and dependable. This garage can be trusted to only make repairs that are needed and will save you money where they can, I know this first hand through several experiences. On a recent trip to Florida our AC evaporator coil went out on one of our vehicles and we were forced to use an out of state repair shop. Prior to having the repairs done, I phoned Derick for a sanity check to ensure the repairs sounded reasonable and the parts costs as well as labor hours estimated seemed appropriate. As always Derick, was very helpful and accomidating.We highly recommend this shop, the whole atmosphere at this business is like dealing with close friends or family, they will not lead you astray.

Is zero stars possible ? Really done with this establishment . I brought a 2011 Toyota Corolla from them and when I picked it up they were washing it . It was so shinning On that day . Since owing the car .... I had to put new tires on ( 700.00) Tranmission serviced (100.00) a day after I brought it . Tire sensors went bad ( 100.00) a piece . The car was picked apart by two body shops .... in need of 1,700 worth of body work .... Sam’s Plaza body shop Inc. gave me the estimate to do the require work... including lining up body panels , correctly repainting both side panels on the drivers side door , redo the passager’s side door that is not on the hinge right ! Hardware missing on several large body panels . Now I have another estimate for 343.00 plus a another 120.00 for a new radiator and battery . Now I wasn’t born with a “sliver spoon “ in my mouth . I have to work hard for every penny and I do . Now I am sure that some has gotten good deals but I don’t think they treat all customers the same . Really at awe with the lack of professionalism . After careful thought , I declined the owners offer to repaint the driver’s side doors and he was going to give me a car to use while doing it, but no thank you . I don’t want the car worked on again by them . I will get the work done on my own and chalk this up as a loss. What really sucks .... I was approved for credit with Enterprise sales but painfully mistakenly went the cheaper option because I didn’t want a long term commitment paying off a car because of school ! . My bad !!! Shop around .

My stepdaughter bought a car there before I knew it Ive never seen a car with so many problems, never buy a car with a 30-day warranty thats a joke be careful this place is looking for customers that dont know what theyre looking at dont be in a hurry look around if you dont youll be sorry we are they dont deserve one star

Avoid. 0 stars if possible. They sold me a car at a good price but turned out to be a former rental car and had electrical problems within a year. The car was also scratched in transit and management promised to fix it but when I called they didnt know anything about it. You are much better off buying a used car from someone reputable
