I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A -10 Star. Everything is very outdated. As you can see i requested a new refrigerator because the current one has some type of burn or mold stain on in also the racks in the refrigerator is held up by tape, and the inside door is missing a barrier to keep the food from falling over. The stove is extremely outdated i ask for a new one they said NO. In every room theres a line that runs to the fan. The structure and the integrity of the building will not last. When it rains water comes through the crack in ceiling which they will not repair. The main bathroon is extremely small. The pantry has no shelves. The walls are blue and we cant paint them white. The outside code for the door doesnt work. Theres a weird box in the rooms which we dont have access to. The vinyl in the shelves are outdated. THE TRASH IS CONSTANTLY OVERFLOWING. ON TOP OF ALL THAT THE OWNERS ARE RUDE AND THEY WILL NO LET YOU DOING THING TO MAKE THE APARTMENT LOOK BETTER. ALLL THAT FOR 1100 A MONTH

Affordable housing with great amenities. Their maintenance staff is quick to respond and will fix anything. They are always looking to keep their tenants happy. I know I am! I recommend them to anyone looking to live off campus.

Ive lived in Woodcrest going on three years and in two different units. Woodcrest is one of the best locations to live. Its close to campus and downtown Edwardsville. Nick and Peggy have been the most accommodating and helpful people since living here. Every problem is always taken care of in a timely fashion.

Ive been a tenant with HP Management since 2009. My entire time with HP has been fantastic. Management is awesome and easy to contact. I can count the number of times Ive needed maintenance on one hand, and when I did need it, it was always taken care of very quickly.Theres no other company in Edwardsville or the surrounding areas that Id rather rent from.

I have rented from HP for a little over a year and have nothing but praises to sing! I moved to town last year and knew nothing about the market - I toured a couple different properties around town and then came across HP and was sold! Their units and amenities cant be beat. Nick and Peggy are such a pleasure to work with and respond quick with any questions and always make sure their tenants have what they need and are cared for!Also, for the few times Ive needed maintenance they are always timely in servicing the unit and knowledgeable about their task.Overall, great place, great price, great people and a great home away from home! I couldnt imagine living anywhere else or under any other management.

This is really a great place for the price. All amenities included except for electricity? What college student could ask for more? I dont know about you, but the internet is an important thing. Charter provides decent speeds here. With an ethernet cable, I was able to achieve almost 2 MBps. These apartments boast a spacious two and three bedroom apartments and a full kitchen. Think of Cougar Village, on SIUE campus, except easier on the pocketbook. There are 6 month and 12 month leasing options. Keep the place clean, pay the rent on time, and dont be too loud, a recipe for a great place to live.

Ive been a tenant with HP Management for over a year. They are by far the most friendly, helpful, and caring management company in the area. Woodcrest offers a great living area for anyone. The facilities are very well maintained and spacious. The buildings are located within walking distance from downtown Edwardsville, and just a minutes commute to SIUE. The internet is very reliable, cable is amazing, and laundry room is extremely convenient. The ability to pay rent online is also a major plus! I recommend Woodcrest and HP Mangement to all of my friends!
