Location was convenient and close to SIUe campus. However the build quality of the apartment is cheap and old. I had mold growing in my closet due to moisture from a leaking pipe two floors above me, ruining a lot of clothes I had in my closet. I would have expected more for rent being so pricey.

We are now on our second apartment with HP, and we could not be happier with our choice. The living spaces are spacious, clean, and easy to make your own. I really cant say enough about how wonderful the landlords are, and how kind and respectful they and the maintenance team are. Our concerns, questions, and requests are always answered quickly. I enthusiastically suggest HP to all of our friends looking for a place in Edwardsville/Glen Carbon because we have had such a wonderful experience!

My husband and I have lived here for over 2 years! The landlords have been incredibly friendly and always quick to respond to maintenance requests. They are always thinking of new ways to improve the apartment complex. This has been a great place to live and we are very happy with our choice!
