Ive lived at Hickory Grove for about 3 years now and have found it to be a first-rate experience. The complex is within 5 minutes drive of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and within 5 to 10 minutes of most of the restaurants and shopping areas in town. The complex is quiet and clean. My apartments amenities are good. The rent is reasonable. Management and staff have consistently addressed maintenance issues and other needs quickly and in a professional manner.

I have been renting from HP management for 3 years now. They are very helpful, efficient, and very easy to work with! Anytime I need anything done all I have to do is call or email and its taken care of right away. I would highly recommend renting from them!

Hickory Grove is an excellent place to live for SIUE students. The school is right down the road, and all the shopping centers such as Target and Walmart are an easy 5-10 minutes away. The bike trail is right across the parking lot and I can ride my bike to school in less time than it takes to drive there. The free Internet is great because there is no hassle with having to hook/set it up. Again, Hickory Grove is the ideal spot for SIUE students.

So Ive lived here for less than a month, but I definitely like it so far! The online rent pay is super convenient. Im a 10 minute bike ride from campus. Theres a pantry, and theres a CEILING FAN IN EVERY ROOM (two features my last apartment in Edwardsville lacked, frustratingly). The included utilities/internet make paying bills much simpler. And, for the age of my building, the apartment is incredibly clean and well taken-care of. Management is quick to respond to questions and ridiculously friendly, and they accommodated my tricky lease-signing/move-in schedule. I would prefer coin-operated laundry to the reloadable cards they give you, but hey, at least they have laundry there at all, right? Overall, very happy with the management, apartment, and location.

I lived in Hickory Grove for almost 2 years, and I have no complaints. Cable and internet are included in the rent. I have yet to find another complex that beats or matches that deal! Also, the online rent pay is very convenient. The location is great. Dining, shopping, bars and SIUE are all within 5-10 mins driving distance. The YMCA is also a 2 min drive down the road. I had a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious, clean, and quiet. I never had any maintenance or pest issues. I wish they had town homes available at the expiration of my lease, because I would have definitely renewed my lease. This is a great company to rent with, and the assistant property manager was very understanding and accommodating when I threw an unexpected curveball at him.
