I love this place! Steffany does an amazing job on my pedicures. I’ve had Jackie once and she was really good as well. I love that they accept walk ins and last minute appointments (as availability permits). The entire staff is nice. They personally call you to confirm your appointment and it’s just a pleasant atmosphere. Always clean, never crowded. The prices are very affordable as well. I just love it here!

The staff was very nice. Made an appointment weeks ago, waited just over 20 minutes to be seen. Needed a nail repair, but they didn’t have the needed supplies to complete the service. Asked for a quick soak off and cut down instead - this took over an hour. My nails weren’t filed or cut properly and there’s still gel polish on them. 🙃

This place is amazing and so are the ladies that work there. The vibe and the professionalism is exuberant and the prices are awesome. To me they are cheaper than the Asian people and the quality of their products is way better. I’m so glad and thankful that I found a new nail salon. You ladies rock, keep up the good work. This is exactly what I was looking for!! I get pedicures, but I always wanted more scrubbing and actual treatments for my feet. I really didnt care about polish. I did the cloud pedicure and it was lovely!!When I walked in, I was greeted and had my temperature checked and was instructed to wash my hands. All the tools used were either disposable, or were packaged showing they were sanitized.The jelly felt so cool on my feet. There was a scrub, a wax dip, lotions and oils, polish, and hot stones rubbed on my legs and feet, and smaller stones places in-between my toes!!!This was a splurge, but honestly it was so worth it!!!! My feet feel amazing!!!

Polished Beauty Parlor provides excellent service in a clean, classy environment. They provide online booking, off-street parking and super courteous staff. The original provider selected fell ill, the staff at Polished called me to reschedule immediately. Courtesy texts and emails were received. Love, love loved and hope to be a longtime customer.

Poor quality products used! My nails started lifting and popping off less than 10 days after getting a full set done. when I gave this place a chance and I saw that they offered a fantasy set, I assumed that the technicians there would be skilled and know how to do them properly. The technician I was scheduled with name Ari was clearly an amateur at doing this type of set. I was in the chair for over 3 hours, and it was clear that she was struggling. She could not do an encapsulated nail properly, a few of my nails were poorly shaped/lumpy, she also told me that she didnt have any supplies to do nail art with, and within 2 hours of leaving the shop my stones had already started falling off my nails. The lady who I believe to be the shop owner was very professional and courteous, however, as the shop owner you should be aware of the skill set that your technicians have and schedule accordingly. I had to return to the shop the SAME DAY to get my nails fixed because of the stones falling off and how badly they were shaped (lumpy acrylic)... I was willing to forgive all of that because again the shop owner was very courteous... but now I am just down right disgusted because I have no nails less than 10 days after getting a full set that cost almost $100. I cant speak for any of the other technicians there, but the girl who did my nails was completely inexperienced and used very poor quality products. Never again will I spend my money here!

I went to a new nail tech name Latesha. I got a fill in with gel polish and she did an amazing job. I will be booking more appointments with her.

I think this salon is simply beautiful and professional, everything you want in a nail salon. The added bonus is that its black owned! Ariel did a stiletto full set (their fantasy mini) which I loved. She was thorough and made me feel comfortable. The owner was also very pleasant and welcomed everyone that walked through the door. They also do a great job of sanitizing after each client. I’m not even an Eastsider but I’m willing to make the travel every month to get my nails done and polished by these beautiful women. You’ve got a continued customer out of me!

They always say they accept walk ins but majority of the times you call or walk in , they say they’re not accepting anymore . I make an appt with the Ari girl you can tell she’s just learning to do nails however I spent $85 on a set majority of my nails lifted and popped off within a week . Other than the tech they’re courteous and the shops vibe is friendly and relaxing

I highly recommend Polished Beauty Parlor for all your beauty needs. From the time I walked in the door, it was a professional environment. I had nail services by Oprah, and she slayed my nails in a timely manor. There are other nail techs there as well, and they all are top of line in all things nail care. Again they offer other beauty services as well. Like manicures, pedicures, lashes, eyebrows etc. You wont be disappointed... 5star service⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been to this nail salon 3 times. Very clean, and professional. However, the last 2 times I went has been a poor experience. I was scheduled with a nail tech by the name “Ari”. Ari did me a long full set. Within, 3 days my nails were lifting. I ran my hands through my hair and 2 nails bent. When I soaked off the nails. I had 2 finger nails cracked too the meat and my nail bed was purple. With long nails you have to use enough glue and acrylic. I went back for the 3rd time Ari did my nails again. I got my nails short this time. My nails ended up lifting again in a few days. Then not to mention I had another nail broken down to the meat. I love how convenient and put together this salon is. However, the waste of money and the pain I had from the nails caused me to write a bad review. Ari needs a little more practice and more supplies. I will however, return only if its a different tech available to do my nails.

Oprah and her staff are always polite and courteous. Polished Beauty Parlor definitely has some of the top quality nail techs in east Michigan. Over the past year this has become my PERMANENT nail home and I don’t plan on moving EVER :-)

After the Governor lifted the restrictions, I knew that I wanted to patronize a black owned nail business. I did some research and was delighted to discover that there was such a business in my community. I absolutely love this salon. Upon my first visit, unbeknownst to me at the time, I was greeted by the owner and found her to be extremely friendly. Oprah is doing a great job in providing quality services. Ramia is my preferred Nail Tech, and she is an amazingly talented and gracious young woman. Her nail polish collection, and creative ability on the spot are very impressive.

First time customer and last time. My nails are lumpy/bumpy, they are suppose to be coffin shaped and the shape is off on some nails I had to come home and shape them more myself. I wanted to try this place out. I called and made an appointment, the lady said they had a 2 PM appointment, I said Ill take it. She said I had to leave a deposit which Im ok with that because this is not the only place that does this. However, theres a $2.50 fee to use my card so I was like ok. I then asked how much will the total be for the mani and pedi, the lady told me how much and said the deposit is included. When she gave me the total over the phone it made sense. As I was hanging up she said see you at 2:15. Which was a red flag, I then said you just told me my appointment is at 2, she then said we give 10 minutes for the tech to clean up. I said ok. That didnt make sense. I said ok cause i wanted to try them out. I get there and had to wait 15 minutes. The service was ok. I tipped the ladies who serviced me. I go to check out and my total was more than what the lady said on the phone plus another $2.50 fee to use my card on the same day amd the same service I gave my deposit for. I told the lady thats not what we discussed on the phone and didnt tell me there would be another fee to use my card for the remainder of my balance. Had she been more clear and detailed on the phone i wouldnt of made the appointment. This was a total rip off for plain simple service because I didnt get no color or design, all I went for was a regular pedicure no color and regular manicure no color.I will never return nor will I recommend.

My daughter went here to get her nails done for her mini prom. Very nice and welcoming better a lot of nail shops. The only reason why I gave 4 stars was because I was concerned about the stones coming off easily but was told they will last long, but Day 2 and she’s losing stones.

I have gone to this nail salon before as a walk in and had positive experiences. As a walk in, Ive waited 30-40mins max to be serviced. March 12th, I booked an appointment online for today, March 13th and waited 2.5 hrs to be serviced! There were only 2 ladies working today because they said one of their coworkers got into an accident and their manager left abruptly with no explanation. I did ask after 1 hr if I could get my deposit back and I was told it would have to go towards my next service so I waited some more because I was constantly told that my nail tech was almost done. The girl that serviced me, offered a service add on for the wait or $5 off my overall service (I accepted the service add on because $5 was not enough to compensate 2.5hr wait). The 2 girls had great attitudes despite being super behind and so busy they had to turn the walk in sign off. I tipped the girl for my service because she was nice and did a decent job. I later found out via Instagram that the owner, left her shop in need to do rapper Kash Dolls nails for her birthday. I was there from 2:05pm until 6:15pm. This was an unacceptable wait time. Management has to do better!
