I love the way they do my nails the prices vary sometimes but they do a good job you may run into a few people acting a fool 2 the workers there its unfortunate but a fair warning

I was so pleased with my full set and pedicure! Ive been getting my nail done since I was a teenager. And it simply amazes me how far the nail tech industry has come. The process of getting your nails done is so quick and easy. Also, faster service is Covid-19 friendly. 😷💅🏾🤗 But you wanna know the best hidden treasure in this shop??! LADY T! She is a queen! Her energy is amazing! And her service is unmatched. She did my brows. But she didnt just do my brows.. she touched me in a way I will never forget! It was a true experience! ❤️ I love my nails, feet, and brows! 🥰🥰

The best, most professional and relaxing facial I ever had was done by the esthetician on site, Lady T. Such a peaceful experience, shes such a soothing individual. She even gave me champagne and chocolates! I knew I was in good hands, as she is also licensed and credible. She has a special for $375, you get 10 treatments of your choice, and you can even split the cost between a group of people. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND X MARKS THE SPA FOR THE BEST ESTHETICIAN AVAILABLE ON THE EAST!

DONT GO HERE!!! The staff here is rude & unprofessional. They rarely greet you when you walk in. When a customer has a complaint they blame the customer. I wouldn’t recommend no one ever use them for service the MEN are the worst, very mean rude and aggressive. I left with my nails half done, due to all the disrespect

They rush you and their services are very overpriced. Full set, long with ombre acrylic and a pedicure was 95 dollars!The first time I went, I saw Ken. He was quick and did good work, but basically told me he was getting a 5 dollar tip! (He didnt know that initially Id already decided that I would give him a 10 dollar tip, so he played himself.The second time I saw Ken for a fill in. He was much slower and never held any conversation. They just rudely talked loudly and laughed in their own language, he again told me what I was to tip and even acted as if I was taking too long. I decided then, that I wouldnt be returning. 1 week after that, every nail on my right hand lifted!!JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Terrible arrived at 9:40 signed in and waited 2hrs then when the lady was ready to do my pedi shw didnt change out the protective wrap in pedi tub from the last customer I definitely HAVE to find another shop beside the good nail tech ana and andy this place is horrible.

I asked for gel she decided to do dip instead first off if im paying you for a service do like I ask! Then my nails are cracked and uneven because she was rushing it was very dirty the sink was stopped up and she got mad because I wanted to wash my hands everybody right next to each other even tho its a pandemic

Absolutely love this place when Lee at chair 5 does my nails. He is awesome, chill and laid back, talked with me the whole time and listened to every particular detail about how I wanted my nails. The are perfect since exactly how I wanted. Will return for only him to do them.

It was crowded in there, people were wearing masks, speak up to these people cause they constantly go from person to person. The foot soak felt good.

Very crowded charging top dollar for simple stuff almost 80 for pink and white ombre coffin style, the guy rushed through my nails they were uneven and different sizes! Had over 30 ppl not including the staff getting serviced, some wore a mask some didnt it wasnt inforced! They just trying to collect as much money as they can no care for our health or safety

I stopped coming here and I should have never went back. Everytime Ive gotten my nails done here they always mess up a few days later. New years eve I was last minute and every other place was packed even my normal nail place. Man got my nails done with in seconds had to have one polished over. They were rushing on everybody nails and about 4 hours later my Polish was peeling on the sides made me regret even thinking they have changed NOPE NEVER AGAIN! New years day and Im looking for a shop thats open to redue my nails smh.

My first time visiting this nail shop my 2 daughters age 16 and 5 walk in to get our nails and lashes done l saw a sign said no kids allowed but l said heck my daughters getting service only to find out they dont allow kids in nail shop on top of that all three of the nail techs stood at the desk and never said anything but Keisha did a great job on my eyebrows and lashes l can say that but to not service children because someone had a fight or something in there that is bold l shouldnt have to take my 5yr old to a different nail shop to get hair nails painted l hope they change that since their under new management

My nail set came out absolutely trash, shaped poorly, lumpy, not smooth. They just look so bad, but the nail tech was friendly and was trying, i guess he just didn’t understand what i was asking him to do. However my toes and eyebrows came out really well. I’d post a picture if i could.

Had my first ever facial with simply lady T shes very professional and my face feels great

They dont track the way or order customers come in well. I went in for both eyebrows and pedicure. I was called immediately for the eyebrows, but my name was crossed or for the pedi. Customers that came in after me for a pedi was called before me even though I was already done getting my eyebrows done. I looked in the sign in book and saw that my name was marked out for both so if I hadnt said anything, I would have been sitting there. Both ladies that took care of me were really sweet though.

Got nails done using the obray design. I fell asleep. I work midnights. I looked up and I ask the tech that my nails didnt look right. He said I know my job. So $45.00 later. My nails where shaped wrong some was square and some was oval. He put a lot of gel in the nail bed. My. Nails were cut too short. The Polish was all outside the nail bed. When asked management to fix it they said the only thing they could do. Was let he drill around the nail bed. He put the Polish backward. If I wanted him to fix it it would cost $35.00. they just. Lost a good customer.

Prices to high i paíd 65 for a full set with glow in the dark acrylic on 2 nails for each hand. Not once have my nails glowed in the dark smh they got me.

Their prices are too high for certain things and they dont work with you.... But i always end up going there because they are the closest to me and there is ONE person that does good work so i always go to him. He is great.

They discriminate against children! I came in to get a fill-in and get my daughters toe nails polished. They do not allow kids in store at all, serviced or not. I feel like that is not legal and I will not support any company that discriminate against age, race, or any other category

I have been coming here about six months . This shop is under new management after a horrible pedicure I was told to come back Monday. On Monday it was worst they cut a gap out of my feet and it was oh well . They do lashes well but never will I go again for neither

Worst experience! DO NOT go to this place! They are unprofessional, rude and ignorant. The nail tech guy got upset cause I asked him to fix ALL Of my nails cause they were uneven. I then called over Sean who fixed THAT Problem. They refused to compensate me for this mistake & The fact they filed my nails lower than I like and refused to give me MY money back. Didnt wanna make an issue over $4 but its MY money and I paid for a service. I would recommend this nail place to anybody! Doesnt even deserve ONE star they should have a trash option! & not to mention you cant even get the paint job done professionally! The young ladies polishing were on Facebook Messenger & Face time the WHOLE time being loud and nothing was done about that neither. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Non consistent. You go one week its one price the next its a different. Different nail techs charge you different prices and shop is very unsanitary. Would not recommend anyone go here unless you want to catch fungus.

First the guy made me wait while I️ was in his chair he went to go have a ciggerate break then he came back smelling like it with a attitude yanking my fingers then the black ladies was gospeling about the people that just left so then they didn’t have any grey nail polishes so I️ had to go buy my own then I️ came back in and they told me to go to one of the black ladies to get I.T polished she was so unprofessional she had a attitude didn’t say hello to me or nothing she was quiet when I️ sat down and to top it off my nails is uneven and polish came off a hour later WORST EXPERIENCE.
