Ive been coming here for a year. I used to see number 9 but he moved to another salon. I was scared to try another nail tech. This time I went to number 1. She was very sweet and patient. I didn’t completely know what I wanted but together we came up with something that fit my mood.

Love this nail place, they always have my nails on point. staff is very friendly except the dude that sits in the front and stares at the wall…he’s very rude to customers when they’re asking him a question then gets mad when they react at his attitude.

They did not wash anything that was used from person to another. I made the lady doing my toes clean the supplies before she worked on me. She cut my toe in the cuticle area. My nails are very simple I got. Charged 60 for a short set no design. I wouldn’t let my kids play in this place. They are very judgmental if you can read vibes you can tell. I got laughed at because one of the workers thought I didn’t I understand her.

They, off their rockers! I called to ask about the pricing for a manicure he said $30. I asked about a pedicure he said something expensive.. I asked for pedi and Mani he said...🤦🏽‍♀️ the price he gave I dont even remember 😭 ( I called back its $35)Wont be getting my money!!!! 💰 Because, Im not fond of being nickle and dime 💃🏽

So, Im one who always goes to the same nail place no matter the drive. Ive been driving 30 minutes to my old nail spot but today was short on time so went here.Im nothing but 110% satisfied! A young gentlemen did my nails and Ive truly impressed! I will be going back and happy I dont have to take a 30 min drive no more!

They are very friendly & professional ! I’ll admit I didn’t like my nails starting off but the guy was so nice and calm and fixed it ! I’ll definitely be back seeing this was my first visit. Ask for Number 3 when u go in he’s the best! (They go by numbers)

My nails were great! I had lashes and a full setand it went smoothly and in a timely manner. No problems afterwards with my nails breaking or coming off too soon. Would recommend

Been coming here for years .. need better ventilation for your customer.. Less chatter screaming from staff... More women staff that are gentle in handling other women... But I still come because of the price is great...And they stay open late 7 days a week

Took an extra 45 minutes because i had to have the first set of nails soaked off. They were HORRIBLE! Then they tried to charge me $45 for a short full set with no polish. The man had an attitude because i voiced my opinion and did not like my nails. I ended up going to#3 and he fixed my issues for $25. Not a good experience at ALL!!!

I went into this place for a pedicure, the little chocolate girl did a good job at clearing up my toenail area but left the rest of my feet rough and unfiled. Then she requested for the other melanin rich young lady to do my designs, whom did a horrible job. Then the little chocolate girl tried to charge me more money just for glittery nail polish and the whole shop proceeded to jump on the girl who did the designs after she stepped away from her chair for a second. So much unprofessionalism no customer service will not be back there. PS I went across the street the very next day and got my nail polish changed.

My mails they were awesome so pretty

They tried to charge me 45 for polish change on my feet and nails with shellac. Not a pedicure. Not a full set. Nothing extra. They were extremely rude when I called them out. I would never come here again, and the place was dirty.

Me personally I dont really have a bad experience at this but I do see other customer having a rough time and I guess yesterday was my turn. I dont understand how you can ask for something show them a picture and they still cant get it right and charge you the price for a job that they didnt do. & when I spoke with the owner Kim she was rude and had a careless attitude. Everything wouldve been okay if the problem wouldve gotten fixed ( & to pay more wouldnt have been an issue) but she acted as if I was inconveniencing her. so I wont be back ever.

I should have listened to the reviews I was just so desperate to get pampered... my experience it was a dirty facility gnats everywhere, carpet filthy, raggedy equipment. The staff was ghetto, unprofessional, unkempt. The service I received was not what I asked for my pedicure was completely mangled I asked her to trim toenails, she cut them completely down to my skin to the point she couldn’t shape them. Haven’t even got to my nails yet I can only imagine.

The manager is very nice though, i went today and the Chinese guy did a beautiful job on my nails, but im moved up to 3 stars because the conversations i was hearing from the staff..very ghetto and the cuss words they was saying bout the owner was very crudely rude

Very filthy people with bad attitudes and unprofessional conversations. Then you think you getting a good deal until they charge you extra for every little detail then you end up paying the same price as everywhere else. Dont get tricked I learned the hard way and ended up back in Southfield to get my nails the actual way I wanted them.

Fast & did a good job on my nails however I will not return. The shop is very filthy, unprofessional & ghetto. Would not recommend anyone to this shop.

Today, August 21st, I paid for my service via debit. The owner, Kim, printed a receipt for $43. I had a service that totalled $43. When I went home to check the summary for that debit card it said I had paid $51! I am going to get this issue resolved tomorrow, August 22nd, hopefully. If the owner fails to explain the extra charges or lies, I plan on calling the authorities as well as possibly suing. Please, if you chose to go here, pay in cash!

Not satisfied at all paid for coffin nails got regular square round and messed my index finger coffin nail smh needed a fill in of nude color they nude color was pink then tried to charge me 35$ for a fill in Im so disappointed never going back #5 terrible then when I talk to the manger about it she laughed Im gone stick to 8mile and vandyke they do great just not open on sundays

The customer service here is AWFUL!!! The quality of work has slowly declined over the years, the staff is extremely unprofessional and the owner tolerates rude behavior from the workers. Each time you go in the price is higher, the same girl never works the same day 2 weeks in a row, never bring your children for service unless you want them exposed to explicit conversation from the staff. My dollar will never be spent here again, not even on a bad day!!!
