I actually went in for a pedicure and when I say the older little lady did a magnificent job!! She took her time and gave me the best foot massage. I’ll definitely be back. When I was drying my toes I decided to get an overlay, when she was doing it I felt I wasn’t going to like it however she amazed me. Nice and then shaping was perfect and her hand massage was everything!!Only down fall I had was the polish was too sticky.

The workers were rude and acted if my presence was bothering them. I asked to see their nail colors and the tech dropped them on her station. When I told her I couldn’t find the color I was looking for she didn’t offered any assistance to service me. I then told her to have a better day and took my business elsewhere.

I usually only go to this shop for a shellac pedicure and they do fine work and it lasts 2 weeks, but my recent time they were not really professional. I picked mood change shellac (as i always do) and the sample was wrong (i found that out later) so the color that i received wasn’t what i needed, i came back the next day because i couldn’t stay another hour to get them re-done, after calling them in advance and explaining the situation and wheni got there, the shop gave me a really hard time of changing the color even though they falsely advertised the color in the first place, they tried to get me to pay again in full and we compromised with them just polishing on top of my original shellac, it is lasting surprisingly

Amazing nail service. I had a special color request and 3 other salons had been unable to fulfil.this place not only did it they did it beautifully! I have gotten nonstop compliments since I got them done here.I would highly recommend this salon!

The elderly women doing my daughters nails was coughing and hacking so bad she couldnt even breath.Had snot dripping. Had to go to the back multiple times because she just couldnt stop hacking. So I grabbed my daughter and left. Um were in a pandemic and your seriously soooo sick. I have been here before I always tip 10-20 $ on a tab of 30-50.we will never be back. Very dirty atmosphere. They only have 1 girl who can actually do nails and she is always over busy. Dont waste your time coming here. I will drive a thousand miles out the way before ever going back here!

I had a HORRIBLE experience at Princess Nails. It was almost unreal. So, yesterday I decided to treat my little sister to a mani-pedi at Princess Nails since it was close to her home. When we arrived it was packed, but not overly crowded due to Covid restrictions. Anyways, I let my sister go first since it was her special day. Her nails turned out amazing, so I was excited for my turn. That excitement quickly began to fade as I waited 40 minutes and customers behind me began going before me. I spoke up and the nail tech stated she thought I was just waiting for someone. That made since, so I waited until it was my turn.Whewww Chile, this is where the problems began. My nail tech was a heavy set woman that appeared to be pregnant (if not whoopsies). She was FALLING ASLEEP WHILE DOING MY NAILS. I did not initially make a fuss about it because I felt bad that she may have been overworked. So, I asked if she was okay and she said, yes. She continued to do my nails, and I noticed she put 3 LAYERS of acrylic on 3 of my nails, as if she forgot she had already worked on it. Now, most people would have intervened, but I do not regularly get my nails done so I figured she knew more than me. I told her the nails were looking thick and she said she will flatten them. Boom problem solved....or so I thought! She put on the stringiest, laziest layer of polish on my nails. I complained and she put more polish on it making it worse.When she finished, the shape was AWFUL, NAILS WERE THICK, AND I HAD ACRYLIC ON MY SKIN. I was running late for something so I had no time to complain or argue. I visited them after my errand to show my nails, as well as pictures when she finished. He stated they dont do refunds, but would repair my nails by appointment. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived he stated there was an HOUR WAIT. After midly, cutting up my nails were fixed within 20 minutes. They are mediocre at best. Moral of the story, avoid this nail shop. The manager is very kind, but the employees have bad attitudes and poor work. I would not recommend this place. This is why I need to stick to black owned nail techs and support black owned businesses. Speaking of, I have a black owned beauty supply store in San Antonio. It is called Your Tias Beauty Supply. Please check it out.*P.S. My nails were dry when I left. She left clumps!!!

The lady that did my nails today did an absolutely professional job I am in love with us at that she gave me. I will definitely be back and recommend to all of my friends.

Im From Out of State, I Live in PA and Im Use To A More Upscale Environment, Where I dont Have To Request That They Change Their Scrubber, Brush, Etc because Its FUNGUS in it! (If you see Black/Grey at the base of the Bristles) its FUNGUS!!! I Suggest Everyone ALWAYS LOOK AT THE THINGS THEYRE USING OR ATTEMPTING TO USE ON YOUR FEET! Im Use to Beautiful Ambience And Complimentary Drinks! To add insult to injury, the Shellac on my right thumb is chipped in the corner and Need to be fixed! Pretty good service, staff is friendly, and the prices are great, compared to other salons. I never have to wait long here, either.Only thing Id like to see improved is the time and patience. I feel as though they rush sometimes and they may leave a mistake. Otherwise, thats it. Its my preferred shop, thats for sure.

This was the worst place I’ve ever been to get my nails done. I walked out of the salon in tears because my nails looked like I let my 2 year old niece did them. On top of everything they act like they did their job and made me feel as if I was the problem. I’ll never return and wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone.

I have gotten Shellac on my nails. The first time they were beautiful and neat. They second time they appeared to look wonderful, but had to go back in four days to get the shellac came off of one of my nails. The third time I had to go back because my thumb nail looked like the rocky mountains on one side. Wow! Gotten repaired, but will not be returning. These people did speech and they stay on their cell phones. Not paying attention to their work. I will not go back to that place again, very disappointed.

Im always hesitant when going to a nail salon Ive never been to before. I was pleasantly surprised with this one. The lady who did my nails was extremely gentle...the best Ive ever experienced in 17 years of getting my nails done. Their prices are great... comparable to the area. Dont judge a book by its cover...or previous reviews. Id recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Terrible service. Very unprofessional when it came to covid regulations. They were not social distancing clients nor were they sanitizing the chairs after each client. They were not sanitizing the sink after clients washed their hands and they had clients using the same nail brushes without sanitizing them.

I would usually fall asleep when my Cambodian girlfriend, T does my pedicure. But, shes an absolute sweetheart.

This is not a luxury salon by any means, but its decent. The staff is nice, the prices are fair and they try to use a little bleach. My nails are definitely not perfect, but I pay twice the price when they are, so I got what I paid for. I would go again if I was in a pinch.

As long as you get there early the wait isnt bad. Ive been going here for about 6 months now and I havent had a bad experience. Once I learned to get there early I was good before thatI had to wait quite awhile. Mindy is a good tech.

I dont like the way they did my daughters nails. Save your money & go to Top Nails or Lovely Nails.

It was good except babies that are 3 months old should not be allowed in nail shops thats not good for them to breathe in all of those fumes.....shame on the mother for bringing her new baby there. Otherwise i was pleased with my experience there.

Nice in the beginning but dont know how to do a nice clean lined french manicure. Got terrible attitude for asking them to fix it.Ended up having to go somewhere else to get them fixed after spending 35 for a fill in and French. Extremely disappointed..they were a complete mess.

Got a manicure and nail paint for my 4 year old daughter and the lady charged me 50$. I thought it was pricey and said u said 50$? She said yes 50$. I tipped her 10$ also, so 60$ total bc she was a nice lady but the price for the service.... Not going back again. Was my 3rd time in the last 5 years and went back thinking they could change my mind. Sorry.

Well this is a hard review to write due to me having a pedicure done by one woman & my nails done by another. My pedicure wasnt great. The woman almost cut my toenail so short it would bleed. Luckily I felt it before she clipped& jumped back. After that she was talking to someone so much she filed the same nail so far down it was hurting, u could see the tender meat under a nail. On the other hand SOTHO did my nails and she was EXCELLENT. She was the most caring & careful nail tech to ever work on my nails. I have very tender nails& as we all know they get beat up in the salon but she was the best I will be back to deal with her only make sure u tip her :)

Every one there is very very friendly very professional and they do an excellent job. Their very reasonable with their prices. Me and my daughter tried multiple places and had nothing but bad exsperiences and rude individuals and outrageous prices. We found Princess Nails and the first day they welcomed us with respect and courteous and made us feel like we were family. Now i also have my boyfriend going there and hes also accepted amd welcomed and he very comfortable. I wouldnt go any other place. Weve been going there now for over a year!!! I look forward to going. Our favorite Naul Salon i would recommend to anyone 😀

Worst place ever! The lady who did my nails cant polish and when I asked her to fix them she told me I had to wait. Got tried of waiting so left and the Manager or whoever she was was so rude. Want ever go again.

They done a terrible job on my nails pedicure was great however the lazy nail tech tried to drill off my soak off polish then she attempted to scrape it off totally destroying my nail bed less than 2 weeks later one of my nail broke while I was washing dishes and the shellac polish is chipping already Ill never set foot in this place again they dont care about the customers just the money

The owner is grimy WILL overcharge YOU WATCH HER I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone
