They do very nice nails as long as you go to the right people...However a couple employees are very rude at times and plan to be there for a few hours or more, but the end result is worth it...

I come here often and this is the second time they have cut my toes doing an pedicure. I gave them too many chances and they continue to show poor customer services, as no regards to my concern. I feel like they have been doing a poor job lately on my pedicures don’t feel like they last long. As far as my nails it’s a hit and miss depending on who you sit down with. The prices are decent and they do an ok job.

It was great service at first 3 times I went to get my nails done but today it was on some b.s. I waited 1 1/2 for pedicure no color and waited for my nails and I walk out.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY. I went here to get a full set and toe polish. The owner had a very nasty attitude as she worked on my nails ! 3 days later my shellac And polish started to deteriorate like nothing I never seen before ! This had never happened to me before it looks horrible. I hate I had to go there because my nail shop isn’t open on Sundays.

Had a very good visit here very friendly atmosphere. Liam did great on my pedicure very generous and precise. Anna did my manicure she did great as well. I also got my eyebrows waxed by Hannah and they were BEAUTIFUL. I never let anyone do my eyebrows and I’m glad she didn’t disappoint. Good job guys it’s all about GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Prices are reasonable as well.

This place is right by house so I thought I would give it a try. Ive been there twice and the first time was okay. The second time, the guy kept cutting away at my cuticles. He kept asking me if it hurt which means he probably knew he was cutting too deep/too much. Three of my fingers bled. I wont be back.

I have enjoyed this salon, usually come back here when I’m home from school. However, my most recent experience was not up to par. I came in and got my nails done, fill and repair, I explained to my nail tech that my nails were being done too thin, because they kept breaking, and I needed the tips a little thicker for durability. My nail tech seemed to understand what I was talking about and they seemed to be ok. The very next day my nail broke, I was not able to come in for a repair that day due to being busy so I came in the next. I was charged $5 to have my one nail repaired after spending a little over $40 the other day and the shaping of the nail that was repaired was off. Any other salon would realize their mistake and not charge for a repair especially if I was here just a day ago. I’m disappointed and really feel they have lost a customer.

This water for a pedicure is never hot. Never ever ever. Swear. And they rush. If your looking for relaxing and chill not this spot. And not good for eyebrows. And they do cash only.

This place is horrible. When I first got there they took me right away which was surprising since they were a little busy but then I waited over an hour with my feet soaking to get a pedicure that wasnt even the color I asked for. I asked for 429 (in 4th picture) and the box that the guy brought out was 429 but it was more of a 430 color (5th picture is the color that I got). By time the guy had gotten to me the water in the foot bath was cold--it was hot when I first put my feet in. I had two ladies sitting in the right of me and they both were not happy and the lady to my left had to leave because she had been sitting there for for over an hour at that point too. Ive had better pedicure in my life but thats not the real problem. The real problem is my nails! My co-worker recommend the lady that works there. She had gotten her nails done 4 weeks prior by the lady and her nails still looked great. I asked the lady if she could do something like the first picture shown... she said she could but she actually couldnt. The next two pictures are what she did to my nails--nothing like what I asked for. I was getting my nails done for prom and I wouldnt have had a problem doing something else if she said she couldnt do them. She had the light blue glitter out but I kept telling her that my dress was red and that I didnt want the blue glitter-- she didnt care and put it on anyway. she really wouldnt listen to me at all since I kept saying that wasnt what I wanted and I wanted more a glitter look. She ignored me anytime I would say something or she would just say that they would look good at the end. When she started the file my nails she was very rough! Anytime I would say something about how rough she was being or make any sort of reaction she would just laugh and carry on doing it as hard as before. Also, she decided that she would put a rhinestone on my nails without asking me... she said she wouldnt charge extra for it but I didnt want it in the first place and it wasnt in the picture I showed her so I dont know why she would put them on in the first place. Altogether it was $83 including a tip... not worth it at all. Not to mention it I walked in there a 6:00pm and didnt leave until 9:30. I had to go get my nails done the next day which was another $50. I wouldve rather spent the $50 to begin with and had the nails I wanted instead of something that I didnt want at all.

By far the best place I have ever been! Nails were amazing stayed on so good and the jewels too! Did I mention they glow in the dark! Im not gentle with them at all by the way! You get what you pay for and then some! Highly recommended! Wish I could post a photo! Fill in time and Im excited!

They are super unprofessional. Not enough nail techs and the techs make up random hours if you want someonespecific. Every tech is not good. Wont be returning

Lily is so gentle and my nails are exactly what I wanted. She is helpful, patient and Her work is very neat. She sat at table 8. I was in and out in 50 mins for shellac with soak off.

Got a over lay and lashes. I have lash glue literally everywhere, they’re really thick and she was going to leave my inner corners of my eye with no lashes until I asked her to put some there. I already knew getting cheap lashes was a bad idea so that’s my fault. nails cute though

I sat at station 6 on February 17 2019. I picked my nail design and length. The drill hit my skin numerous times. My nails on my right hand was crooked. And the cut was uneven .I asked for them to be repaired very nicely. After attempting to fix them and realized that they couldn’t. I was told my fingers were crooked. I have been coming here for over a year and will no longer do so.

You get what you pay for, they will do an amazing job.

Service was good but they do NOT sterilize their instruments. They used the same tools that they used on my grandma on me. I am a healthcare professional and this is absolutely horrible. The risk of a fungal infection is very high at this salon. They have tool boxes that they use for their pedicures and they move that toolbox from one person to the other. I HIGHLY recommend going to a nail salon that actually autoclaves their utensils in the blue bags.

It is an great shop and great workers in side I had an good foot soak and massage and my nails did they are reasonably.

I would NEVER recommend this nail salon. I went there for the first and last time today. My nails are thicker than ive ever seen a set of acrylics before and are uneven. The woman that did my nails would not listen to what i asked she got acrylic and nail polish all over my skin and did not clean it up on top of splashing a red bull and a slurpee on me while i was sitting at her station. And after leaving i decided i could not handle how bad they were so i decided to go back and ask for a refund to which at first they refused and then informed me to get my money back they would have to remove the nails and after about 2 minutes of struggling to remove the nails they sent me on my way. So i now have one missing nail and two nails missing chunks of acrylic..

My wife nails look pretty good I would recommend them to ladies tryna look fancy.

I went here today for the first time , had a horrible experience. the lady doing my nails at table 2 was drilling my nail caught my skin in it & kept burning my fingers , she did not shape them how I liked then once I would tell her to fix something she seemed to have an attitude Then she paints my nails very sloppy not taking her time at all and messes up & then just puts on a thicker layer of polish instead of fixing it. The nail polish was so thick after all of her mess ups that it wouldn’t even dry . & then on top of all of that I told her I wanted acrylic multiple times , after I go to pay she tells me a higher price and I said for what , she began to tell me how she used gel and I needed to pay more. I will never waste my money on this place again !

Went in for a fill in and to replace 3 nails for French tip regular Acrilic and regular polish it was $27. The man at booth 6 didn’t speak English and had a woman translate for him. The new nails didn’t match the nails I had previous and were completely different lengths. On two of my nails the polish was messed up. After a week I had 4 nails pop off, I won’t ever go back to this place ever again.

Slow as hell. Says 15-20 minutes what they mean is 2 to 3 hours. And then rush through your nails because you dont get gel and use there 20$ nail polish. They need to hire more people.

I went in to get coffin nails with shellac powder and four color just black.The guy did not understand anything I was saying so he painted them white.Then cut me three times all the nails are on even it doesnt look good I will not be going here again absolutely horrible service.
