Ruby was hospitable but she did not paint my whole nail

Left there very upset. They let me sign in and sat down for about 15 minutes before letting me know I couldnt get a mani/pedi. I just got off work. Never again.

Ke ke did my nails her shaping is amazing and they are not too thick I am so glad I went to see her.

The tech Nick was good, however the wait was unbelievable 2hrs. If it was hr would give 4 stars

Followed them from their old location on Gratiot to the new one at 8 & Kelly coz I love the quality they do! My nails take a beating! I open boxes in the backroom of a store and have been able to use my gel nails to cut tape when I forgot a blade! For real! And they lasted! Love them!

All the ladies in there are good, my nails look amazing!

I have my own private cosmetologist there the best.

Been going there for years! I love the place, atmosphere and home feeling!

First of all, if the store supposed to close at 7:30 that’s the time I expect for them to close. Not at no 5:00 regardless of how slow it is, if a customer comes in at 5:30 you don’t send them away saying that you’re closed because online says otherwise. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I loved going there and getting my nails done by Danny and one other only because most of them can’t do nails right. Anyways I don’t think I will be going back to this shop any time soon. Either needs new management, new employees or better yet both.

I see Ms. Mathews for my pedicure. I dont know what I would do if she ever retires.

Very bad customer service. Not to mention the inside was filthy. Me and my daughter walked in at like 7. The lady asked if we wanted service. I said yes she replies well we not doing no more for the night. I said ok because the website said 7:30 she gone say the door say 7:00...Bye lil baby. If i wasnt saved it wouldve been a problem but GOD. No i do not recommend this place. I try to support black business but some of us dont know how to act...ended up going to the one on 10 and gratiot and i love that place.

The shop was a HOT MESS and dirty. You get what you pay for and this was definitely not a good experience for me. My nails had lumps on them because the person who did my nails, did not file them down properly. I will not be going back.

Very Unprofessional shop....customers do whatever they want, kids and dogs be running around, customers turned away even if its 2-3 hours before closing time. Clearly understaffed:(

They were horrible I got my nails done Saturday they came off the next day !!! Never going back Andy & Kathy can only do my nails didnt even have them on a week
