I went in yesterday and got my feet and nails done. I picked a specific color for my hands and toenails. As he was doing my nails I told him multiple times that wasnt the same.color I asked for. He said it was the same just because they hand wrote the number on the bottle. It wasnt. They keep it dark so its hard to see the color until.you leave.So now my hands and feet are 2 diff colors after paying 63 for a service. Will not be back. Was supposed to get lashes and brows that same visit but I refused to give them anymore money. Then they do what the hell they want. I asked you for 1 service and you do whatever you wantThey charged me 10 dollars more then I should have been. Id be wrong if I dispute with my.bank though, right? I didnt get the service I requested and not happy with the quality of the pedicure they claim to do.

Very unsatisfied... I asked to just get my old set removed and do a new set but was assured they can do a fill in and it look just as Nice. The pictures below was the final result. When I approached the tech about the job he was on the phone and very dismissive. I also had my eye brows waxed and the tech wasted wax on my clothes, mask, and nails. She was very apologetic but the overall experience was unacceptable. The sad part is my 10 year old and I were the only two people in the shop at that time 11am in the morning so there was no excuse for poor quality. I spent $130 there and I refuse to spend anymore ever. I will never patronize this location again. There should be more pride in the product you supply.

The place is really nice inside like really nice. I got a pedicure and it was literally heaven with the package I got. Thanks guys we will be back again!!

I went here twice and YOU CAN DEFINITELY TRUST THIS REVIEW. Pedicures are good but my first gel nails break off within the same week. You may feel that they keep adding and adding on your final price. And youll may leave thinking How did that get to that amount? or What exactly did I pay for? I recommend going and if you feel iffy about your final price then just pay, and not revisit.

I refused all the extras they asked me about because all I needed was a pedicure. They did a lousy job and quick to move me out the way. I told them about the dead skin on my feet and they only made excuses. The cubby lady said you smooth see. I continued to show her the dead skin on my feet. She continued to make excuses and not correct the problem. I would have received better service if I paid $40-75 dollars. The cubby lady kept saying our customers pay for shellac instead of just polishing the toenail or finger nails. So I dont recommend this shop unless you want to spend extra money on services they want you to have and help them make more money.

Lina and her staff are incredible, professional and very detailed. Relaxing and quiet atmosphere, COVID safety measures in place and I wont go anywhere else!❤

I have had 3 different experiences here..the staff is completely rude (except for Lee Lee, shes kind) and they have literally tried to rip me and others around me while I was there off! The prices on the wall say one thing and they have given me a different price every single time as much as a 10$ difference! And when you confront them they start saying random numbers and things to try to confuse you and hustle you. They even tried to hustle my mom who was visiting from out of town and all she wanted was her lashes done. Completely rude and scandalous. Wont be back! Check out starlight nails its right across Kelly from linas! Better prices and staff!

I went here for a mani and pedi, and let me tell you they did an outstanding job! I was here for for 2 hours, and went a little past closing. Even so, they still took their time and were so grateful and kind. The pricing was very reasonable, and I left feeling so, so, so GOOD! I will be coming back!

Pedicure is the only thing worth going for other than that its a waste of money my nails were terrible my lashes looked rediculous and my daughters polish was off in a day not to mention they double charged us for the children smh.

I have been coming to Linas nails since Eastland Mall and to the new location. The first time with the new owners was great back in March second time great after the quarantine and this last time a week ago was not so good my left hand is bulky and nails loosened right hand looks brand new like I just walked out of the shop. They wasnt as friendly this time around and the tech that did my nails wasnt friendly at all. I asked for the owner Leo and he tried to give me to another gentleman and I said no and went with the tech Lina that will not happen again . Will try them one more time because I understand everybody has a bad day and rough morning start.

Please don’t go there went there about 5 times and the last 3 times my nails are ridiculous after nails are off . Real nails are coming off literally and split in half . And nails hurt so bad when they are growing

She has lost her love of the craft. The gentleman that works there is too high strung. He moves too quickly instead of taking his time, which results into him having to redo some of his work all over again. Its two other nail techs but I dont have any info other than the work that Ive seen them do is really good.

He did a rush job my nails are all a Different size some are taller then the other Chunky and I paid $75 for this never again

Absolutely not. If you want something basic and old fashion, sure but everything I asked for was a struggle and my nails still look chunky.

I am here right now! The gentleman greeted me at the door with a smile on his face and got me set up. He made sure i was comfortable and had all i needed.I told him what i wanted and BOOM. He got right to work. Cant wait to see thr final product of my pedicure!!!!
