Two thumbs up! My AC quit working in 102 degree 100% humidity weather. I called up in the morning and Nick was at my house in two hours. He identified and fixed the problem with so much ease. I would highly recommend Larkin Heating & Cooling as only a few companies offer such phenomenal customer service anymore.

Larkin Heating & Cooling were great. I have no idea how anyone can work outside and in hot attics to install units in the middle of summer and be so polite and professional, but they were amazing! They provided an overview of the unit they would be installing, how it would be more efficient for our home, and within 4 hours my house was cool again. Well done guys. You get 5 stars because you deserve it. Hopefully, I wont have more AC issues anytime soon, but if I do youll be the first company I call.

Larkin Heating & Cooling is by far the best customer service and support Ive ever had. Professional and friendly staff that try to do whatever they can to give you the best price without compromising service. Text alerts give you a picture and a short bio of who your technician will be with a live tracking map so you know exactly when to expect them. Top notch service! I highly recommend them!!

The technician was great, he was professional, he found the problem and he fixed it quickly. This company was so great to work with, I will be calling them in the future for any heating or cooling needs! My heater went out and within 3 nights my house was at 44 degrees, I called Larkin Heating & Cooling and they were out & had my heat fixed in less than 24 hours. I am so happy & don’t feel like my finger and toes will fall off anymore!
