You got to use Kings Heating & Air Conditioning! Even the Technician, was very professional and friendly. He explained what he checked and why he checked. He even looked other areas which he didnt have to which I never seen any technicians who seems care about the customers concerns. He called in advance to ensure to let me know he was on the way. I just got the quote and it seems reasonable and they sounds like they know what they are doing. Quality wise, I dont know yet because I just got the estimate done today.

Very positive experience, they were quick, kind, genuine, and knowledgeable! I called to make an appointment to get my AC lines checked and cleaned and they said how soon do you need an appointment and I said I can be home in 5 minutes. They were there 10 minutes later. They also took a quick look at my water heater and gave me some suggestions! I was very happy with their service and I will definitely be using Kings Heating & Air Conditioning Co. in the future!

Mike did a fantastic job of inspecting and cleaning my AC & Heating unit. He explained everything that he did today as far as cleaning my drain lines, cleaning inside the system of the unit that is inside and the unit outside. He also checked the electrical work in both units. I had Gregory come out to repair my house/fuel line, after gas company turned off gas due to leaks. He showed up early in the window of time they provided, I could track how far out he was to arriving, and he made the repairs in under the time he quoted. On a cold night, I couldn’t have survived another night without heat. The price was reasonable, the staff was great, and I have heat restored.

I am so very grateful to these folks for their awesome services. My heater stopped working a few days before our winter disaster storms and it was very impressive! The serviceman showed up on the same night to fix it and thankfully we got great heat when our power came back on. I am glad that he was able to fix it the same night with very short notice and that it was super inexpensive! This is my only A/C and Heating company from now on!

Their work was neat and professional, drop cloth covered the stairs to prevent scratches from moving the materials up and down, the work area was swept clean and free of debris, the old units were disposed. I am not sure how a business can have all 5 stars and nothing else, however, let me be the first. I called on a Tuesday. I was told the service fee was $250 which seemed way off base but there was a heat wave and we had no cold air. They gave me a window of 3 hours and said some one would call. No one called. No one came. A half hour after the window they gave me, I called to get a status report. I was told someone would call me in 15-20 minutes. No call. By 5:30 I called again and they answered but said they were closed but could book me for first thing in the morning. Window was 8-10. About 9:30 I thought I should call and confirm the appointment. I was told the tech would call me with an ETA. By 10:30 or so I had lost all confidence in this company and did not trust them. I called and cancelled.
