I had Galaxy Appliance repair a leaking washing machine and a Viking Cook top fan. In both instances they correctly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Galaxys technician was fantastic! Our AC system died on us RIGHT as we were selling our house, and RIGHT during the worst Bay Area wildfire season in years. Naturally. Thankfully, Galaxy Appliance Repair had an opening for their technician to come out the very next day, and he was everything youd want your repairman to be: prompt, knowledgeable, skilled, and totally professional. He fixed our AC system in about 30 minutes, and its been working wonderfully ever since. The new homeowners even commented on how much better it works than their old houses! Haha.

Our stove stopped working galaxy appliance repair came out, he was very thorough in checking out to find what the problem was. He pretty much took the whole oven apart. He found the part that was needed To be replaced. He described what was wrong and how much it would cost to Fix the stove. I would definitely use them again very professional and courteous.

The Representative that came to my home to help was very respectful, and listened to my concerns - he went right to work on the issue and it was resolved. I appreciated his frank diagnosis, and explanation of what would make the most sense for me.

I needed a fix for the ice-maker as it didnt make ice.They sent a person who came a few times. Each time he claimed it would work and that it would start producing ice within few hours. But it never did.Last time he actually broke the water system as well. Now neither ice nor water works. This guy lied to the warranty company telling that he fixed it, and gave us different stories.The Select Home warranty company is also fraudulent as they never followed up or responded.The whole episode took three months. And I have now both the ice-maker and water out of order.Really really bad.

Their service is great. Let me tell you a story, so the other day my air conditioner in my house broke, and then i was like what can i do. I gave these people a call and they responded in a timely fashion and gave me a quote quickly. After that they came by and fixed it quickly and professionally.To conclude their work they offered me a discount. This service was great.

When I called on Sunday I was told they werent able to come out that day but could come Monday. This was fine and quick. The gentleman showed up on time and diagnosed the problem. When we finally received the quote to fix it it was enough that we decided to go with a new stove instead. Our stove was old and we knew that time was coming. Only reason I took off one star is because I was told I would have a quote for the work by the next day and I had to call to receive it on the second day. Otherwise everything was else was fine.

I had a great experience with this company today. My Sub-Zero fridge stopped working, so I called their office and they sent me a technician same day! Technician arrived within the 2 hour time slot they gave me. He found the issue and was able to fix it same day as he had the replacement part with him. The price was very reasonable, and he gave me a discount as I was a first time customer! Very happy! Technician was very nice and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them!

Awesome experience! Ratmir arrived on time, and was very professional. Originally, I worked through my home warranty. I was told a switch on my range needed to be replaced, which wouldnt have been a problem ,but the range is 18 years old. The parts are no longer available. I called Galaxy Appliance Repair. Ratmir came out with a switch he had made hoping it would work. No need, he fixed the part that needed replacing. Call them before anyone.

Zip! Zap!! Galaxy/Swift fixed our broken dishwasher as quickly as that! And we saved $35 by mentioning the Yelp discount.Our Bosch dishwasher wouldnt drain. From researching online its usually 1 of 4 things; clog, kinked hose, panel board or pump. Paul had a new pump with him and installed it. Soooo glad we didnt have to wait to order the part.Plus while we were waiting for the dishwasher to go through some cycles Peter fixed our broken front door knob!Highly recommend.

Really good service for a fair price.I had a problem with my dishwasher. Called these guys up based on yelp reviews. They came 15 minutes into the 2 hour window they gave me, diagnosed the problem very quickly and fixed it even faster. But the best things about them are 1) I didnt feel ripped off, and 2) they didnt make me feel dumb for not knowing how to resolve it myself.Thanks guys!
