I called to have our HVAC system looked at/repaired at my business to which a tech came out and said we needed to order a $1,500+ part. A day later, another tech came out and fixed it completely (from another company). I called back to cancel my parts order and left a message with someone- never got a call back. So called back again this morning to which I got transferred to Stacy who said she “didn’t know why I was transferred to her” and said I was being charged a 20-30% restocking fee. She then transfers me to someone else and I left a voicemail. Still haven’t gotten a call back. Now I’m out hundreds of $ when the problem was fixed and never needed the part to begin with.On top of that, the company that actually fixed it said the rooftop area was left a mess by this tech.I never leave bad reviews as I know how important it is for businesses to do well but this experience was exceptionally bad and disappointing. Will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Our AC went out over the summer. I gave them a call and the tech was knocking on my door the same day. The problem was fixed on the first try for a fair price.

Corey was great. He was out for a hot water tank flush, but took the time to explain some cooling questions I had. Very knowledgeable. I have my AC and furnace through Dormar. Highly recommended.

My tech Brian Moore was very professional, on time and very knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions. I had Dor-Mar install a new heating and central air unit and it was one of the best decisions I made to go with this company. So far I have been very pleased.

We have been more than happy with Dor-Mar since they installed our new furnace. Courteous and thorough. Returning regularly to check heat and AC efficency. Very dependable and although our system needed more work than expected during the initial installation, they did not leave until the work was completed. We highly recommend this company.

Cory exceeded any expectation I had. Period!I had an issue with my AC system and called Dor-Mar around 11 am and got an appointment for next day. The representative was outstanding, extremely friendly and polite, concerned about the issue (and my health!!!) even if it was the first time ever i had contacted them. By 4 pm on the same day I got a call from Cory saying he was around and asking permission to visit and have an idea on ehat was going on. Not long ago he was leaving with the problem solved and my AC back to action. It was the first time I saw such great attitude and efficiency at the same time. The motor in our air conditioning unit was having issues. The parts were checked before being installed. One part had a defect, so the technician had gotten a new one and brought it back and installed it the same day. He was also very knowledgeable and explained the problems.

The service tech Brian showed up on time was friendly and knowledgeable inspected my ac system he explained that it was low on refrigerant he filled it and then tested the duct temperature before leaving to make sure everything was working properlyThis was the best experience I have had from any repair company

Bad news: Our 19 year old A/C unit died in the middle of a 90 + degree heat wave in September. We have five kiddos in the house, and we are expecting another. It was 88 degrees in the house.Good news: We have been customers of Dor-Mar for years, and they responded immediately. Greg came out and diagnosed the problem, and we had a transparent discussion of the options. Replacing the A/C unit was the right option. Matt came out to start the installation of the new unit the same day. In the meantime, Dor-Mar also dispatched two portable A/C units to cool off the infant’s room and the first floor.Everyone we dealt with (April, Sherry, Greg, Steve, Matt, etc.) was unbelievably professional, unbelievably responsive and unbelievably helpful! We are lifetime customers of Dor-Mar.
